A great location, big rooms, staff that are extremely responsive and helpful, but they seem to cut corners in the oddest places so bumping them down a star. Places we saw corners cut, no face cloths available, a single hair/body gel rather than separate items for shampoo and body wash. The view from the "Premium Balcony" was not great in my opinion, but my wife enjoyed it. Location wise they are in the heart of the old city meaning most everything in the old city is within a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel in great city center, but major issues that never got resolved. We stayed in room 101 and I suggest you request that you do NOT stay in that room. 1)WiFi, cut in and out, couldn’t stream. 2) shower would get extremely hot and then cold every 5 seconds. We advised the hotel of this, but maintenance never showed up during our stay and they didn’t do anything about it. Also, if you want to go the gym you have to reserve which is so odd for me considering the fact that there is enough equipment for 2-3 people in there. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel if the things I mentioned above are important to you.

Repetiremos seguro.

Overall excellent! It's a smallish boutique hotel and brand new, so hope the prices don't spiral out of control. I felt like I got a really fair deal through a booking site, and had a really comfortable stay. My check-in was pretty efficient once the receptionist had finished giving lots of advice to the people before me. I was delighted to have been upgraded to a room with a balcony from a standard one too. I did end up getting to see what another room was like (the one next to the gym), which was actually a bit bigger and also a great room, but I couldn't resist the outside space. My room was on first floor, accessible via elevator - I couldn't find a staircase that didn't call itself an emergency exit. It was a good size, with a little kitchenette, banquette, dining table and king size bed. A small balcony had just enough space for 2 chairs. The kitchenette was well stocked with a kettle, coffee machine, cutlery/pots/glasses, a hob, microwave and decent fridge. The bathroom had a large shower with rainfall head and a handheld one. Handwash, body lotion and shampoo/bodywash were an organic brand and quite nice. Robes and slippers were provided. - I slept really well - the bed was very comfortable and the soundpoofing was excellent. Location is right in the old town and it was perfect for me, but didn't hear a thing at night when I closed the balcony doors - I booked because of the gym, but never got to use it. It has to be booked, and is only available from 10am - 7pm because it's next to a bedroom. This didn't suit my schedule at all! - I think tall people designed the rooms - hooks, the towel rail etc were really high. The smaller shower head also wasn't on a riser rail or adjustable in any way so you could only really hold it to use. Great pressure, however. - The safe is a fancy one that claims to allow you to use a code, bluetooth or your room key...but none of them worked for me. I just got an error every single time, so gave up - didn't trust it to open again if I ever got it locked. It also wasn't big enough to fit a 12" laptop. WiFi was fast, but also a bit annoying to sign into initially. - It was absolutely spotless! - Room was pretty dark, but hard not to be considering location. Suppose upside is that it stayed cool even without AC (and they also have shutters). Would absolutely return, however. It's a shame the gym wasn't really on offer, but it was a very comfortable stay and I felt right at home!

Stayed for our honeymoon and this was our favorite hotel by far throughout our trip. room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated; home away from home. Staff were immaculate; always helpful and polite. Location is near good eateries and many beautiful churches in walking distance. The only slight inconvenience was the taxis and private hire cars couldn’t locate it on their GPS if you booked through their apps, so I always stopped at the Valentia Cathedral and took a few min walk (which isn’t a hassle really). The front desk staff called me a taxi on my check-out day, which came right to the door.

After a couple of sleepless nights in another hotel (due to noise), we moved to the Valentia and we're so glad we did! Quiet and yet close to everything, the room was well equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for quality accommodation in central Valencia!

Probably the most beautiful hotel on our vacation through Spain and Portugal. I had everything you needed and the room and it was very high quality. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and had great recommendations. It was very affordable and they allowed us to even use their sister hotel's rooftop deck or drinks.

We stayed with our one year old and were amazed by the service, the communication beforehand, the room and the location. The room was very clean, the breakfast wasn’t too big, but had everything we needed. The only negative thing: our bathroom smelled extremely bad. I guess there was a problem with the pipes. We were able to handle it a bit. We are definitely revisiting Valencia and going to stay in this hotel.

Probably the best hotel and best value I have been in for a long time. In terms of service, it was great! The personnel is extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Beatriz at the breakfast buffet, making the best cappuccino in town and taking good care of us :) 5* for the team. Also, Everyone spoke English very well. We had a standard room with no “view” but that was fine, it was on the interior with windows. Only minor point was that the curtains were slightly see through so I would have liked an extra layer for privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious, well kept, give a relaxing atmosphere and contain: utensils, pans, a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, dishwashing supplies, safe and ironing board+iron. (The only thing missing is a toilet brush, which would’ve been helpful after those many tapas/paella) The bathroom looks modern with super soft towels, bathrobes, slippers and a full set of toiletries in case you happen to forget them. The location is right in the center with Mercat central at a 5-ish minute walk. In the most beautiful part of town. Buses and public transport are a little further out though. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough and the next time i’m in valencia i would love to use this hotel again. It has now been open for 6 months and hope that the quality will stay this good in the future.

Everything was incredible! I have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the best designed rooms I have seen. It was immaculate, they had thought of everything and it was so pretty and cosy! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location unbeatable. There was a little noise at night which died down by midnight but you have to expect that being so central. I loved my stay and did not want to leave!

We went for the Valencia marathon and paid approximately 350eur per night. In contrast to other hotels, they refused to open the breakfast in time for people to make the race start, so we asked if they could at least set up a breakfast bag. They finally agreed and when we asked them what they had put in the bag; “ one toast bread, an apple and some water. Some get a banana instead of an apple.” - not exactly marathon food and not exactly what you expect from a premium hotel experience. When writing them afterwards with feedback about this they said “we gave you a cappuccino, I was there” We then asked for late check out which of course was impossible. We asked to borrow a shower and got the answer that we could book the gym for an added cost. Ironically not at first realizing that the gym is not what you want after running 42.2 km. They came to their senses on checkout and did not charge for the gym, however something that is a discussion that should never have taken place if not a 2 star hotel or a motel. Other than these things the hotel is ok, I just think there are so many better options around that I would rather book than this place. Edit after Valentia response: The comment made by the hotel as a response to this review is untrue. There was no such option and the breakfast offered was as I stated, a picnic bag with water apple and a toast. As well did I provide this feedback several times during the stay as well as in two emails directly to the hotel. The first one they didn’t even respond to. Just stay somewhere else and save yourselves any trouble and bad experience.

Fantastic hotel. Walking into the building feels like a bliss, the rooms are spacious, new, and extremely clean. I felt very welcome by the staff and was always met with a smile. Gym is OK, about what you can expect from a hotel gym (no barbells/free weights), but everything is brand new and is very clean. I’ll definitely be back in Valencia and this hotel is gonna be on top of my list.
