The room was not at all like we saw in pictures while booking. The room didn't have proper lighting. It was too dark. Also, there were no plug points near the bed. We found one below the TV which we used to charge our phones. It was extremely inconvenient to use. The only good thing about this place was it's location, next to a big mall and close to the metro station, bus station and downtown.

In the moment We made the reservation We notice that was a expensive and in the moment We arrived We was correct. What the hotel offers it nothing related to the price. It is very old like 70’s without any upgrade. The room was very simple and the furniture Very damage and old. The rooms is very noisy, you can hear the sound of the street very clear and all the noise and conversation from the room next to yours. The doors has lots of problems to open, sometimes does not read the key. The doors has bad design so you can hear all doors closing on the floor very loud. The shower was dirty with fungus on the walls and the hose of the shower was broken. The tele has very poor channels and the WiFi gets disconnect all the time. We ask for a king size bedroom but they gave us two individual beds together :/ Considering this defects plus some not mentioned I consider very expensive for a poor service like this. The breakfast cost is to much. No rest at all, too noisy, too expensive, place disappointing and service very poor. This place deserve a one star hotel.

Beautiful hotel. No complaints. Hotel helped friend and I order tickets to the aquarium. Have bikes to rent. Room is spacious. Next to mall for shopping convenience and plenty of food options. Short cab ride to famous landmarks. Beautiful park nearby.

I have been coming to this hotel on average 3 times a year for the last 20 years and am always impressed by the staff From making my reservation to being there is always first class service. The only downside is that the Piano Bar does not open until 11am, but all in all very satisfied with my visits.

Rooms clean and tidy as is the rest of the hotel, decor is looking dated. Breakfast buffet is as to be expected, great choice and plenty of it. Staff are very friendly. WiFi is OK but depends on where your room is located. All in all nice hotel in a prime position with all the facilities around from transport to shopping.

Worst breakfast I’ve had in a while. Rooms are pathetic and service is non existent. You can’t expect much with the low cost rooms but it’s like they don’t even try. There is only one staff at a huge reception looking after 5 to 6 customers that are standing in line for 15-20 min. Would not recommend, pay a little more and get a better hotel.

We had a very nice stay at the expo hotel Valencia. Especially the rooftop pool and bar make this hotel worthwhile. It’s a little bit out of the city center but still walkable. It has very good connections with public transportation there is a bus stop and the metro station next to the hotel. Also the big shopping center next to it is convenient there is a supermarket where you can get some small groceries. I would definitely recommend people who go to Valencia to stay at this hotel. The price quality ratio is excellent.

The lobby is impressive. That's as good as it gets. We were greeted by a cockroach in our bathroom, staff didn't seem to care. They were unhelpful and impolite. The room was filthy. All corners, especially in the bathroom, were a disgrace. Under the beds were never cleaned I reckon, as it was full of old dust and hair. Beds were uncomfortable. All in all, a terrible place. Won't be recommending expo to anyone, ever.

First of all its so easy to get here from the central bus station, 4 min walk only, the staff is super super friendly, speaks english and some other languages, the pool is great although many people were there. The rooms were pretty good, just needs more electricity sockets and its all great. Its not far from the city center (15-20) min walk, beside you have a tram and a bus station 1 min walk from the hotel. On our last day we delivered the room at 12 but they let us use the pool and keep our bags at the reception for free, so it was a nice experience overall, highly recommended

Just returned from a stay at this hotel. The location is great, and provides easy access to the city park, buses and center. The room was mostly clean, but the floor was a bit dirty. We had a room for three (two adults and child). It was a very basic room, so don't expect luxury. But, beds we're clean, and all we needed was a place to sleep. It is true that the hotel is quite dated. Huge problem for us was lack of electrical outlets. There were just two in the room under the TV desk. None by the side tables. And one in the bathroom. If you have multiple electronics, you will find this very inconvenient. Be prepared to play musical chairs with the outlets. Breakfast downstairs was adequate, but nothing to write home about. The scrambled eggs were runny and coffee was disgusting (clearly from concentrate). Cost: €10/adult €5/child. Rooms were cleaned daily and it was nice to return to a neat space.

Nice clean modern hotel, well situated, staff pleasant. Breakfast excellent value only let down by very poor layout, to me it was a bun fight to get food and a table. Bike hire expensive for the range and state of the bikes. Roof terrace restaurant excellent, good prices and nice staff. If your on a motorbike there is loads of parking outside hotel at no cost. Plenty of eateries, shopping mall and other shops nearby. Easy access to park. Biopark 20 easy minutes walk on the flat. 5 stars if breakfast arrangements and bikes were sorted.

Good location which is the main plus for this hotel. Rooms are ok but very hot! We visited in November and the hotel was so hot, at night we slept with windows open as the air system did nothing but this meant it was very noisy due to the street below. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on this. Walked into the bar once to try and get a drink but it was very stuffy and bad atmosphere. Fine for a short break where you are out and about and want good access to Metro and easy walk to old town. If you have a car parking is very expensive in the car park underneath, would think they could give you better rates. Also dont pay for parking at the hotel - you can’t get out of the barrier without going to a booth and speaking to the parking attendant who insists you need another piece of paper.
