BRILLIANT! Without a doubt, this rental, company and overall experience was excellent. My first time using Centauro and hopefully won't be the last. 7 seater SUV requested and presented with a Kia Sorento Hybrid 4 model which was a beautiful car, very high spec, comfortable and beautiful to drive. Collection was easy, counter to car in 5 mins and return was less than this, none of the usual rip off experiences in terms of marks, tyres etc. Staff were brilliant too! The only downside is being off Airport but really worth it. See you again soon Centauro and please don't let me down 😀

We had such great service. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after the office was shut, but I was able to call the head office (who amazingly answered at 23:15!!!!), who called the local Valencia office and they came and picked us up (note the office is not at the airport - you have to get a shuttle bus). The person who picked us up was so kind to us and we got an amazing car - a Lynk and Co which we'd never even heard of but it's totally fabulous! I assume it was an upgrade as it was a much better model than we normally get (we often hire from Centauro) Fantastic service when we dropped the car as well (we needed a taxi to take us to central Valencia) We highly recommend Centauro Valencia - added bonus that there is a petrol station right next door so you can fill up there before dropping the car back.

Absolutely flawless and quick service. I booked the car directly on their website and everything went smoothly. We had pretty late pickup but had no issues with that: polite guys at the reception, cool new car we were happy with during our 1-week trip. Highly recommend.

We recently booked two cars with Centauro in Valencia, via Zest. Our flight was delayed but we were picked up straight away at the airport by a driver with a minibus. He was very friendly, helpful and professional, as were the staff at the Centauro office. The car was excellent too, the drop off process was very quick and the fuel charges were refunded straight away. Thanks for a great car hire experience.

Absolutely brilliant service, basically got a brand new car. Never had a problem with communication, I even extended the lease. Deposit for the full tank arrived 2 days after returning the car. Can absolutely recommend to anyone looking for renting a car.

This was my first time using Centauro Car Hire and I was very impressed with the service I received at Valencia. The staff were excellent on both collection and return - very helpful and friendly. I have used other companies in the past (FF & GC ) and although Centauro offer their own insurance, unlike the other companies there was no pressure to take this as I already had arranged my own insurance. The car was in very good condition and had been cleaned properly. I hope to use Centauro again soon.

Everything imaginable was perfect with this company... at the pickup and drop off we were assisted by a guy named Paolo who gave us a brand new car for our holiday(only 3km on the clock). For the price you pay it is very worth it. If going back to Valencia will surely rent from these guys again!

I had a really good experience on a 2 week trip to the Valencia area. The courtesy bus picked us up in no time, we got our car in 2 minutes and were ready to start our trip. They offer 2nd driver and comprehensive insurance as standard I believe. The car was very tidy and ran well (Fiat 500). It was really good value for 2 weeks. The drop off was easy and they refunded me my fuel deposit there and then when they saw the fuel tank was full. Highly recommended!

With the Quick Key function, it takes one minute to get a car. The KIA Stonik car was practically new (3,500 km) in excellent technical condition. It was possible to use the navigator in the car absolutely free of charge. The return of the car took several minutes. Fuel deposit returned to card 2 days after car return Centauro is a great company.

Very efficient car hire service. Good English speaking personnel which is a rarity in Spain. The curtesy mini-bus avoids you the hassle of the labyrinth of the airport. Very clean car and in very good condition. Petrol deposit returned less than 24hrs after returning car. Highly recommended.

I absolutely recommend Centauro 100% as a company. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. I always rent cars from them and find their services to be very efficient and user friendly. I will definitely use them again (and again and again!) I particularly like that they cover everything in the hire if you go premium and they send the contract by email and return the petrol deposit right away. Very good service!

One of the best car hire places we've used. Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to find the shuttle bus when we arrived at the airport and it's only a 2 minute drive from the airport to the car hire office. We had a great car for the price. It was very new and had been cleaned to a high standard. There is a petrol station right next door if you need to fill up. On return, we were served straightaway and dropped back at the airport promptly. Highly recommended!

After reading endless bad comments about Valencia car rental companies, I decided to use the Centauro car rental service in October and I`m very happy with my decision! In my own example, I can say that there is absolutely no reason to worry if you decide to rent directly through the car rental company's website and choose their "premium plan". Yes, it seems more expensive, but if you get a total coverage/ full insurance without deposit (except for half a tank of approx. 38 euros in my example which they later returned) and the price includes an additional driver, then for the sake of peace of mind, the amount invested in the service is worth it. And by the way the customer service at the Centauro airport office was also excellent. I rented a car from group C for four days and the cost of one day was about 48 euros, which, considering all that it is included and that I made a booking only a week advanced, is a completely normal fee.

Perfect service. Good car, smooth process on collection and return and really good price. They even drove me to closest metro station instead of airport! Definitely recommend.

Super affordable and easy to get to car rentals. Rented for almost a week for less than the cost of a tank of gas. We got a cute newer model fiat, and happily took it all over the country.

The people here are super friendly!! Renting the car was very easy. The meeting point at the airport was a bit tricky but after a long day of driving Ana checked the gas and that everything was normalised and even drive me back to the metro! I would highly recommend to anyone! Super cheap during the week!!

General very good .upon pick up i did not find very easy the meeting point for the shuttle bus in Valencia. Other then that all ok. On return was even better, deposit unlocked immediately in 10 min money were back in the account and the 77euro for the fuel guaranty was refunded back after 2 days. Very kind staff on return no question no trying to hustle absolutely nice.

Rented the car for a day everything went smoothly. I was reading other rent a car reviews in the area and was a bit worried. Staff was nice and polite , got the better car then the one I ordered, easy pick up hustle free. I would recommend them definitely. Downloaded app to be able to use it again. Spot on.

Very professional and helpful service from start to finish. Courtesy bus drivers very helpful and friendly. Office representative was helpful, friendly and explained fully the insurance details (I upgraded to fully comprehensive premium and would highly recommend this for peace of mind) and the fuel return process. The return process was quick. Can not fault the car, the staff or the process with this office. Will definitely recommend this office and would have no hesitation using again. Awful experience. I sincerely recommend not to rent a car with them. First they charged a specific amount from a credit card with which the reservation was made. Once we came to pick the car up, we needed to pay additional expenses which were never mentioned at the reservation process. Three months after returning the car, the company just without any notice or explanation withdrew 40 euros from my credit card. I find it unimaginable that someone can just charge the client for something without an invoice. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone, but for already finished bookings they don't answer calls, apparently all the information is on their webpage. Which is also a lie and mistreatment of the clients, for the amount of money they charge, the service is quite bad. So my sincere advice is, just pick another car rent company if you want to be spared the problems i encountered with them.

Friendly staff and good prices. Only the location is difficult to reach when you come from the city center. We used Cabify to go there and to return.

Prices are ok and instead of ford focus I've got new VW T-roc, what was just great! The bad they are like all other companies try to cheat you with insurance, you can't get rid of it, "not working" website with fake errors. Booster seat is €8/day, better take your own)
