Such a beautiful waterfall. I stop here every time I go over white pass. If you walk all the way down the path by the fence you'll have the best view of the whole waterfall!

Small parking lot, but a beautiful place to stop. 3 beautiful waterfalls to see with a little bit of motivation on your part. Clear Creek Falls and Upper Clear Creek Falls can be seen from the parking lot area, and following a trail down hill. The 2 Falls drop almost 300 feet. As a bonus if you hike up the road from the parking lot about 100 yards, you will see a trail down to a smaller yet wider 20 foot waterfall, that puts you down in lush forest, away from sunlight. The temperature drops a good 10 degrees from the shade and coolness of the water. Now be safe and don't fall off the cliffs, but just enjoy the beauty and sound of the rushing water.

Clear Creek Falls Overlook is an incredible destination for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Not only is the view of Clear Creek Falls itself breathtaking, but the geology of the area adds an extra layer of fascination to the experience. The falls drop an impressive 140 feet into a picturesque gorge, creating a dramatic and mesmerizing scene. From the overlook, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding forest and mountains, making it a great spot for photography and taking in the natural splendor of the area. But perhaps the most interesting aspect of Clear Creek Falls Overlook is the geology of the area. The falls are part of the Clear Creek volcanic field, which was active millions of years ago. The lava flows that once covered the area have eroded over time, leaving behind a stunning landscape of cliffs, valleys, and canyons. The volcanic activity that once shaped the area is also responsible for the unique rock formations that can be seen at the overlook. The basalt columns that make up the cliffs are the result of cooling lava, and they create a striking pattern that adds to the visual appeal of the area. Overall, Clear Creek Falls Overlook is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in natural beauty and geology. The stunning views of the falls and surrounding landscape are matched only by the fascinating geological features that make the area so unique.

This is a small but dramatic fall located right along Highway 12 and just east of White Pass. The fall is on Clear Creek and has a smaller fall before making a much higher fall towards the valley below. The fall is quite beautiful, and the stop makes for a pleasant respite from a long days drive. There is a pit toilet at the site as well. The trail that takes you to viewpoints was passable. However, a tree had blown down across the fence and trail. A quick hop over the tree was all it took to continue, and it was also avoidable with a slight detour.

Incredible! We stopped by at about 10 am and the sun was hitting the water perfectly to create the most beautiful rainbow. A must see for sure! There was plenty of parking and ease of turning in from both ways. We drove a 32' motorhome.

Great place to stop on the drive! Great view, get a few steps and stretch the legs, and, use the bathroom if you need it.

It's a beautiful area to get out, stretch your legs, use the restroom, and breathe in some high-ish altitude air.
