Great hotel friendly staff and great bang for your buck. Breakfast and pool/hot tub included. Nice little river in the back. Rooms were clean and generally quiet. Overall a great place to stay in Yakima and would come again.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. My room was impeccable, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was relaxed. The suite offered space for family meet ups and when all the busy work was done I relaxed in my in room jetted tub. Did I mention the river view and the walking path to a lovely community park just steps away? I highly recommend.

Great value! Very clean. Nice location on the path. Looks dated from the outside, but this place is much more pleasant than a Marriott or HIE or other larger chain. Great staff, at all touch points. Highly recommend.

Great location! Clean room. Nice buffet. Julia at the front desk went above ad beyond to make sure we were taken care. Wonderful customer service. Will be staying again in January

There wasn't anything overtly horrible about this hotel, but lots of little things added up to a subpar experience. Here's a few: I waited 20 minutes to check-in while one not-so-competent employee fumbled around taking care of other guests. My card key didn't work the first time. The much promoted "manager's reception" didn't happen either day I was there. I was charged the junkiest of undisclosed junk fees: $10 for booking online (and that junky junk fee was taxed, so it ended up being $11.13). The heating unit in my room was so loud it woke me up both nights. The breakfast was mediocre and the guy working it felt obliged to "bless me" and talk about politics. Like I said, a subpar experience.

Rooms are outdated but so very clean!! We didn't feel entirely safe staying here, though. When we arrived late in the evening, there was a security guard walking the premises. When we left in the morning, there were 5-6 different houseless individuals sleeping on the lawn near our patio on the backside of the building and walking around near the property while we loaded our car. The safety, or lack of, is the only problem we had with the property. Otherwise, a simple, clean stay!

If you enjoy a great hotel the oxford suites is for you. The staff from housekeeping to front desk personal are fantastic. When you walk in you can just feel how welcoming and comfortable you will be. You can be a couple, single, or family and the service is there. The rooms are simple with the necessities a person needs. The beds are quality for good night of sleep. The whole environment is just wonderful.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The property is a bit dated, but it's super comfortable and clean, great beds, all rooms face the river and the breakfast and manager's receptions were lovely. It was a great place to meet people. The staff were all great. We felt like they actually cared about our comfort which is so rare these days. They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. It's a very good value. I can't wait to go back.

Checked in a little early. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and recommended some wineries to visit. Room was missing extra towels and pillows for the sofa bed. Otherwise clean. Shower was hot and strong, tub and bathroom floor clean. We were in the 3rd floor and could hear every step from the room above. We were told there would be hors d'oeuvres and a drinks (one per person) in the evening. We got the wine/beer. We were expecting crackers and cheese but for clam chowder and dinner rolls. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was pretty standard but lacking for fresh fruit. Surprising since we were in Yakima.

I stayed here on the drive from Seattle to Boise. Trying to break up the drive into two days. This place ended up being pet friendly. Which was good because we had a cat. The room was clean and comfy. And the hotel itself was great. Highly recommend if youā€™re looking for a place to stop on the road.

We had a great view of the river, and we had a cute little balcony. Also, our was quiet. We were on the top floor. The elevator worked great and was quick. Breakfast was great. The bed sheets were clean and crisp. However, the bathroom and several counter tops needed attention. Especially the bathtub. We left a nice tip for our cleaning staff because perhaps they were not the last to clean the room, and I appreciate all they do since years ago, I had a job just like that at a hotel. It's a thankless, never-ending task filled job.

We stayed here recently for several nights. The front desk staff were very nice. There is a great kitchen that served one of the best complimentary breakfasts Iā€™ve ever had at a hotel. The kitchen staff were just excellent, courteous, professional, friendly, and proud of their tasty food. The bed was comfortable and I didnā€™t get a stiff neck or back. The room was clean and pretty basic. Its not the most updated room and it could use a touch of upkeep but overall it was good. The ice maker in the hallway startled me the first night until i knew what it was. Haha.

Standard setup with a great experience except as noted below: The shower. Terrible if you're tall. If you're over 5'10" you'll be frustrated at how low the shower head is. And regardless of height, you'll be frustrated at the extremely weak water pressure. It's also a skinny shower where you'll be bumping the wall and shower curtain constantly. The other problem is location. The hotel is located on the other side of a major interstate so you can't really walk from the hotel to the main part of the city.

Great spot to overnight on the Yakima River. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The bar with managers complimentary beer/wine for each evening took the edge off the drive getting there. Indoor Spa was hot... Just right! So many hotel spas feel like a warm bath in comparison. Indoor pool is only 3-4' with most of it being 3'. So not so good for adult swimming... but great for families with small children.

Polite staff great location. I've to have a sliding glass door to enjoy the park like setting and the river/ walking path. The breakfast was great and again the staff was so polite. We weee truly happy with our stay.

First off with service. Light over the eating table didn't work. There was maybe a half a roll of toilet paper left in the bathroom with potential for 4 people in the room. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The upside, beautiful room 2 queen beds and a couch. A balcony that over looked the river. Wish all hotels had that. Overall was good experience. We weren't able to do breakfast since we left before they were serving. Wish we could have stayed longer. But needed to get home.

Had an amazing stay at the Oxford suites. The staff was kind and courteous. The room was in excellent condition with a great view of the river from my balcony. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

This place was a solid 4. We were so pleasantly surprised by the free drink from the bar when we pulled in after a long drive! The bar food (nachos and quesadillas) that we ordered were just fantastic. Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast. The floors on the second floor were very squeaky. I went to get ice with my socks on and the floor definitely felt uneven and squeaked a lot. The bathtub in our room was ridiculously squeaky everytime you moved in it. I donā€™t know why that would be but it was strange. Having said that, the shower head and water pressure were fantastic. Beds were cozy. Pillows were fluffy and numerous. Our pet was greeted with a little gift box which was so thoughtful! The coffee was actually similar to a tea bag which took a little more work than my husband is used to when heā€™s bleary-eyed in the morning. But i found it to be pretty good. Location was easy on/easy off the highway but it was still quiet. Walmart and burger king are close by. Not enough outlets for all the things we charge nowadays. The HVAC was old with no temperature control but we were comfortable in the room.

Nice room with river view and hills in the distance. Enjoyed the clean room and all amenities. The breakfast was quick and tasty. Easy access to services and freeway.

We stayed during a summer season. We had a great room and we were ecstatic that we could have our dog with us. We had a lovely view of the river so sitting on the patio in the evenings and mornings was great! We saw deer come to the river and a hawk. It was awesome to be so close to nature. We went down to the bar and had a few drinks and some good laughs and conversations with other guests. The breakfast provided was pretty decent. They also have a little store if you need any necessities or snacks. The hotel and grounds were clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and willing to help if needed. I definitely recommend this place!

Room on the river, my dog got to stay as well, a nice walking path that passes right along the river. Very comfortable rooms. And CLEAN! Very nice.

Great location on Greenway along Yakima River. Hotel is becoming dated. Needs updating and repairs. Only one elevator working to service the entire building. Free breakfast available but somewhat limited choices.

I'll stay here next time I go. The room was comfy, the view of the Yakima river just outside our room was beautiful. Also complimentary happy hour and breakfast made for an awesome stay.

So far it's been great. People are nice and hot tub was really relaxing. The wedding soup was yummy with breadsticks. Company of fellow parents was wonderful!

After a terrible experience elsewhere (a budget motel) we booked last minute here and weā€™re blown away by their hospitality and kindness. They offer free apps and 2 complementary drinks from 5:30-9:30pm! Super warm and friendly at check in. Went the extra mile for us to feel welcome. Our room had a balcony overlooking the River!

This is our second time staying here and we really love the staff! Always so welcoming and very helpful and attentive. Our tv broke and they worked so hard to fix it and discounted our rate. Also love the view of the river, itā€™s beautiful and has a nice walking path. Great breakfast! I applaud the ā€œenvironmental ā€œ move to house cleaning every 3 days. Other hotels are doing it too and we need to give our earth a rest whenever we can.

Everyone in this hotel was very caring and kind from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff seemed personally happy to see me every time I was in the lobby. The housekeepers were funny and friendly and the rooms are clean. The people working at the breakfast bar were cheerful and enthusiasticā€¦ I just canā€™t say enough about how well-taken-care-of when I stay here. (Didnā€™t have a chance to eat more than breakfast bar here). I was in town just for two nights for a conference and I will never stay anywhere else in Yakima. What a great place. šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘šŸ»

There was food on the floor of our room from the previous guest. There was also garbage in the elevator that remained for the duration of our stay. I only ever saw one turnover cart or housekeeping employee. Fine for a really cheap hotel but if you want something clean, this isn't the place.

Erick at the front desk was so nice, friendly and accommodating. The welcome with wine and soup was a nice surprise and the hot breakfast was great! Location was perfect, we enjoyed the walking path and the view of the river.

Loved being here at first but last two nights have been horrible loud guests banging in the Celling until 3:39am I called the front desk multiple times first she said they were getting bak from some event then I called again and was told it had been enough time sheā€™s going to call and let them know to be quite Iā€™ve been here two weeks with three boys theirs no excuse for all the noise I was told if a guest left because of me or people in my room that I would have to pay for their stay well Iā€™ve been up all night and writhing this at 5:30am due to not being able to sleep I didnā€™t even call down to the bottom again Iā€™m sure no one was told to quite down !!!! Guess certain rules donā€™t apply to everyone but over all itā€™s a nice hotel and wonderful staff the weekend noise is way to much Iā€™m a very quiet person

Front Desk lady yesterday evening made check in easy for my husband and me. She suggested great dinner locations and let us bring our grandkids to use the indoor pool.
