Room was nice and clean. Ceilings were fairly low and where the tile panels which was a but funky to me. The front desk lady was very nice we needed some tea for my nice and she got it for us and some sugar from the breakfast area. We arrived at night and it was well lit by the front door but the parking area seemed low lit and there seemed to be several people handing out by one of the doors that gave the place a shad feel. Breakfast was basic but seemed fine.

Clean and very serviceable, especially given the low price I paid. Area is a little sketchy but doable for my teen son and I, just be smart. Room had a musty smell but I got some febreze and made it work. You can't beat the value, and it was clean I will stress. Breakfast was not restocked but we found enough to fuel up for the day. This isn't luxury but if you need a cheap clean quick stay this is your spot.

Wouldn't recommend it. It's in a sketchy part of town, found hair on the towels, the room smelled musty, and the shower was cold. Reception gave both the person before and after me the wrong key, so they were trying to get into rooms that were already occupied. Would have been fine if I'd paid $60, but I paid $140. Not worth it. The bed was very comfortable, though, and I slept like a baby!

Disgusting place to stay! My grandparents and I stayed here recently and they slept on the bed and I stayed on the pull out couch. Upon arrival (approx 6-7pm) we checked in and got to our room. I noticed the pull out couch cushions were dirty and full of stains but continued getting the bed ready and when I was pulling out the mattress I noticed it had a previous guests sheets still on it and it had crumbs, coins, and a random tool on it. I called the front desk and asked them to come look at it and when she arrived I asked her to have housekeeping change the bedding and she said they were gone and just handed me some new sheets and left. There was also a random large window screen just sitting in the room perched against the wall I asked her to take but she refused to. Internet did not work but I didn’t even ask them to fix that because I just used my phones data instead as it seems this is the whole theme of this place is to have poor service. If you want to have the worst sleep of your life, sleep on their pull out couch, by far the most thin spring-filled mattress I’ve ever slept on. As if the stay couldn’t get worse, we heard 4 gunshots in the middle of the night. Completely unsafe, disgusting stay I’ve ever had. Breakfast was ok. Will never stay here again.

Front desk lady really nice, overall r The stay was pleasant. The only downside was the parking lot being to small to accommodate all the guests

The rooms are clean and are equipped with a little microwave and refrigerator for smaller items. A wide variety of Television to watch and free Wi-Fi. Close to downtown and the interstate. Lots of recreation in the area near the river with parks and walkways. The pool is outdoors and is seasonal. Close to a really great breakfast restaurant if you don't want to have their continental breakfast. It's a good value for the price.

My wife and I took a last-minute trip that we hadn't really budgeted for, so we went with a cheaper hotel than we're used to. Although this hotel is definitely a step down from something like a Holiday Inn Express, it met our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. There was free breakfast in the morning. Nothing too fancy, but we were able to make waffles. They also had cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, and I think maybe some bananas. The downside is that the location isn't in the best area. When we arrived around 8:00 PM, we saw several urban outdoorsmen in the immediate surrounding area. I wasn't particularly worried about my personal safety, but I was a little bit concerned about whether my rental car would be safe overnight. Everything turned out just fine.

This place was clean, had comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, and was very quiet. It’s in kind of a dumpy part of town, but the price was fabulous! We had no complaints. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is not hard to find and just off the freeway. They serve breakfast with waffles and other selections from 6-9 am with the same hours on weekends as well. There is a waffle restaurant next door that is open from 6 am - 1:30 pm. Check in was quick with a nice friendly desk clerk. The room was clean with no complaints except when we got to the room the a/c was on full blast and set at 61 F so the room was freezing. When I turned up the thermostat it didn't change anything and just kept blowing cold air so I shut it off and turned it back on. When it came back on it came on heat since the room was only 61 and the thermostat was now at 70. There was a horrible burning smell that came from the unit that was not just dust burning off. It was more like burning plastic so I shut it off. The temps outside were not going to be bad so we opted to just stay with the unit off since it was getting pretty late. We let the desk clerk know about the issue in the morning. We did not get up in time for the breakfast but the busy waffle house next door was very good. I would stay here again if I was coming through the area again. 5 stars for location, ease of access, and staff. 3 stars for the heater issue, do 4.5 stars if that was an option to give.

Very clean. Great bed and quiet. Wish breakfast included a protein, but good offerings. Front desk and staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again. Price equal to other areas and equal value.

Pretty impressed. Good for the price paid and a great staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The area is a bit sketchy, but the hotel does a good job keeping the place clean and safe from outside influences.

I was quoted one price but when I arrived I was told I had to pay $30.00 incidentals. I ask what that was and she said in case of damage but it will be removed when I check out. I received a receipt on checkout that shows the correct price but they changed my credit card the price plus the $30.00. I would not stay again since I did no damage for them to try to get an extra $30.00.

Pros...yummy! Nice breakfast, nice rooms. Cons..Power outlets are shot and need replacing, plugs fall right out of every outlet.

Days inn motels are always affordable. However, I was impressed with the front desk personnel and that she went over every detail and it was an easy check in. I enjoyed the room that we were set up with. You are also able to get breakfast and the kitchen staff would continuously refill the food when it would empty out. I truly enjoyed the stay!

It's not the greatest but not terrible at all they have breakfast wich is alright but they also have waffles!!! The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom.. one thing I could say it needs is hot sauce for the breakfast because they don't have any so buy some before you get there.

First of all let me say that I am not affiliated with Wyndam properties or the hotel industry at this hotel is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in my life the attention to detail goes far beyond the expectations the staff including the manager Lily go the extra mile and making sure that you were staying as is pleasant and it’s informative as it can be each reaching out doing the most that they can do to make sure that your stay at the Yakima days in the best that I could ever be. I must say that the sheets and the towels the curtains are all very good quality the beds are amazing I had a king room and I just melt when I get into that bed the sheets are good quality so they just feel good when you get inside there’s like five or six pillows more than ample but you just get lost in your sleep amazing nights rest thank you again to all the staff housekeeping kudos to you front desk girls you guys are the backbone of the customers experience you’re the first to see them and the last to go and what an impression You ladies have made on me keep your smiles and your good attitudes and your warm hearts you all are gonna go far in life God bless you.

Was very impressed for what this place appeared not to be.The lobby is nice. It had its own breakfast room that was closed off by a sliding door. There was orange juice and you can even make your own waffles fresh from a little Flippy grill. Plenty of seating was very impressed.

The girl who works the front desk in the morning (tall beautiful brunette) is amazing. My morning appointment ended much sooner than expected and she let me check in early, no problem. She told me about some cool spots in town and was very personable. I was almost disappointed with how quickly she got me checked in because we were having such good convo. Great customer service goes a long way with me. I wish I got her name (and number lmao) because she deserves recognition. Hotel review Pros: I always have doubts when choosing a hotel because of the price (lol) but I was pleasantly surprised by this Days Inn. The rooms are clean, no foul smells and nothing was stained or broken. The doors are thick and the locks work well. TVs have a lot of channels + HBO. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Wifi worked well enough to play COD Mobile and watch videos on YouTube. The microwave, fridge and coffee pot all worked well. The bathroom was clean and a decent size. The rooms have plenty of storage space, lighting, a desk, dark blinds for sleeping in and an arm chair with a table by the window. There’s a small closet with hangers, an iron/board, a shelf and a safe. They serve breakfast from 6-9am that includes: waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins, toast, bagels, juice and coffee. Cons: If this hotel was in a different part of town, they could easily charge $15-20 more per night. It’s not the worst area and I wasn’t concerned about my safety but I made sure to park near my room to keep an eye/ear on my car. Other than that I can’t really say anything negative about this hotel. I wouldn’t expect $60/night to include a pool, fitness room or huge breakfast. If you’re looking for those things then you should expect to pay closer to $90-100 per night.

We were there on business. The hotel is very accommodating. Key cards to get in rooms and hotel makes it pretty secure and safe. Priced good and free breakfast.

OK, the room cleanliness is, in a word, LACKING. The first room smelled like a Marijuana Growing Operation mixed with a cigar lounge. The second room (got a different room after complaining) smelled 'dirty', the curtains felt 'sticky'. The sheets were wrinkled, you could see hair and stains in the sheets, through the mattress cover, the fitted sheets (plural, yes. THROUGH the SHEETS...), and stains of something brown. The carpet felt like it was grabbing our shoe soles. NEVER AGAIN HERE!

The room was clean and it was quiet. Staff was friendly. Beware: When they say breakfast it is only microwaved scrambled eggs, nothing to put on them, Waffles, one flavor of yogurt (french vanilla), plain bagels only, no other bread, 3 types of cereal, no half & half for coffee, no fruit at all! They only serve meat with breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Nice if you have no service animals. There was absolutely nowhere to take my service dogs out to potty. 😡 thank God they are pad trained. Won’t be back because of this issue. Furthermore when I asked about grass the lady said yes then I went back and asked again and she said there was no grass. I don’t like being lied to. There isn’t even a dirt patch. Management should not welcome animals at all and should have the personnel inform the guest there is nowhere outside to take animals potty! I finally got one of my service dogs to potty on the rocks but she cried because they hurt her paws😡😡 mattress covers on both beds had stains on them. Bad area with homeless and druggies everywhere. Room was otherwise clean. Thank God.

The room was great! Nice king size bed. Location left a little to be desired...too many shady characters hanging around. Have to kinda look over your shoulder when loading your vehicle after check out. Good experience overall though.

The rooms are clean but a little outdated and outside the homeless people is very prevalent, Breakfast is good plenty of choices. Desk receptionist Cassandra is really friendly and accommodating there is one worker I could complain about long black hair she's rude and unfriendly to guest

Terrible!!! I stayed a week! I was told it was a nice area. They were far from the truth 😔 My room was dirty on arrival and housekeeping was gone so they expected me to stay in the dirty room I was chased by a homeless person literally outside along the building. There's a homeless man that dances naked nightly at the end of the building so be careful!!! So Don't stay there bad housekeeping if and only if u get A clean room Also don't depend on housekeeping being continuous Also Don't. Go out doors And the gas station next store closes early due to the rise in crime and homelessness

Staff was incredible. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and very helpful and patient. Management she was super nice also. Very willing to help or offer info if you didn't understand. Thank you. The rooms were nice the entire place was clean and quiet except someone outback non hotel affiliated was loud. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there and would definitely stay there again myself! Thank you all for being so nice to us. See you soon.

They are rude and very bad customer service they came banging on my door saying there was a strong odor of cigarettes coming from my room me and my wife where in bed sleeping and we don't smoke they then proceeded to tell me I had to check out and refused to refund the money I had paid in advance for the days I didn't get to stay there. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel

Clean room, comfy bed (the sheets and pillows smelled fresh and clean). The only issues were in the bathroom. The hair dryer didn't work and the toilet was so close to the wall that my whole side was pressed against it, but it was nice and clean and the shower was wonderful.

Good service and overall decent hotel. Bedding and towels were nice and clean. Stinky room though. The second I walked in, the heavy smell of what seemed to be some kind of cleaner hit me. I was nose blind in a few minutes, but still concerning; I kept the window open all night. Didn't ask to switch rooms cause chances are the next one would smell the same. Wish there was water in the fridge. No other complaints. 👍

  • 5/5 L G. 2 years ago on Google
The staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and quiet. There is a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. There could be better water pressure, but good HOT water. The complimentary breakfast is typical waffles and powdered eggs. Plenty of parking. And not a "bad" neighborhood.
