This place has always been great. Come here often for the small town farm store feel. Most the time they are willing to go the extra mile for you. Got some happy healthy birds from the last year

Needed propane, they refill tanks. It's cheaper than exchanging them. If you're still going to exchange your tanks, get yourself a fuel ⛽ gauge for your tank. Some of the tanks you get when you exchange them are only half full for full price.

Good prices nice employees. And a very wide selection. If you like western wear this is the place for you!!

Great propane prices 2 stars! Was in the other night and was paying for propane, as I was standing in line I thought I could use a stocking cap. 4th in line I have 2 minutes. I go to get a hat and when I’m 10 paces from the hats I’m told to leave. I explained what I wanted and the line. “You have to leave Sir”, Kept repeating. I asked if there was any stocking hats was told “all out”. Propane again two days later. (Don’t pour concrete in the winter. Though this is for a noble cause which makes the extra effort so much more enjoyable). Back to my review. Paying for propane I asked if they had gotten hats back in stock. I was told they were never out and I could go back and see there tons of different kinds. There were multiple employees who agreed that they were out of stock. I asked that while I waited in line waiting to pay for the propane. I’m don’t feel like lying to a customer for such a reason is neighborly and insults my intelligence and makes me feel stupid seeing those employees again. I think I will buy my propane in my local (Selah)neighborhood filling store. Sixty cents a gallon adds up when I purchase 250+ a month. This is just one of the many disrespectful episodes I have had at Yakima Costal. Ellensburg Rocks! You can be assured that I stand for values and in a city that’s lacking in every facet.(invest in Kindergarten thru 6th. Really invest 10,000,000.00 for change). Costal is just one more reason why money to invest in our children is not here because people like me will start buying online cheaper then be disrespected in your store. You start at the top to eliminate bad values and the bottom up to instill good values.

This place has everything a person needs and the knowledge of the staff was great help ! Though I was on a parts run I returned to this business to do some personal shopping. The kindness of the staff is one of the best staff in counters yet ! Cleanliness is top notch! Manger has done a great job ...

I received my first senior citizen discount,,ugh,,,,especially when the young girl didn't even ask me my age,,,I'm not even close to that age,,,,so I guess I saved a few bucks for the insult,,,lol Still. Great place even if the girls up front are to young to tell,,,,,or I'm just that old looking,,lol,hahaha

Didn't really have the deals they said waited in the cold for about 40 minutes was about the 12th person in line wanted two items but didn't have either in anything but small or medium and none of the 11 people infront of me went after what I did 🤔

This store has alot of variety at pretty well set prices. But their customer service really sucks. I have went in there multiple times, I try to avoid going here as much as possible because it's that bad. Everytime I walk in there I leave pissed because the cashiers have poor communication with customers, they let other customers butt in front of you, and choose who they want to help when they feel like helping them. Your employees really need to check their biases and their work ethic.

Don't buy gas powered enything from these people if you are capable of maintaining your own equipment they try and hold you hostage and tell you that they have to do the adding oil and if you don't let them they won't honor your warranty. Also follow you out to your vehicle to say warranty is void because you walked out of the store. Must think people are dumb and can't do for themselves. Most of their clientele could rebuild and maintain equipment better than anyone they employ .

There is a huge selection of everything there. I didn't realize how big that store is. I found my boyfriend's favorite brand of shorts in more styles and colors than we even knew existed! They were on sale too, which made the find even more exciting. The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer. Prices are normal, no matter where you go, everything is expensive these days.

Went there to get a heated dog pad, since it's like negative degrees here in Wapato. Ended up finding it after being at three other stores that didn't have them. Also picked up something that I've been looking for that they had on stock. Customer service help this out with picking the right one, Sean was very knowledgeable with the product and how it works and how we can make it work for our gate. Thank you I will be returning again as a returning customer. Merry Christmas.

This was my first experience with Coastal Farm and Ranch. I ordered my item online, but I also called to ask product questions. The online experience was simple and worked well. The person I talked with went the extra mile to answer all my questions. The forklift driver was really great and had my product ready for my arrival. He loaded the pallet with skill and made it easy for me to get home safely. All in all, it was a really great first-time experience.

The vast majority of employee interactions have been somewhat testy dismissiveness. I've told a few coworkers that the Yakima County Public Services Division needs to divert its new county employee hires work clothing allotment to another 'outdoor' oriented store (there are a couple in the area), this one is a sour experience despite its convenient local and half-decent product choices.

Interesting store. Much like those where I'm from in Illinois. Different products as needs are different. A little pricey, but I don't see a lot of junk products on the shelves either. That's a good thing.

Always find exactly what I'm looking for here. Today I searched all over town for some boots. They either didn't have the style or my size. I found them here! And on sale. Score!

Went in to buy some baby chick's. Noticed there was a dead one being pecked at by the other chicks. I let the girl worker there know. I don't remember her name. She did have long blonde hair. She looked at me and said "oh yeah. He's been like that since yesterday morning." Needless to say I did not purchase chicks from here. If they can't keep chicks alive, how can I be sure they won't just die on me? Since there is a no return policy on chicks.... I understand why know.... Then that is costing me money for me to get chicks laying eggs. I will never go back there again.

Loved everything in the store, wish I had copious amounts of monies to spend I liked it so much....but it's a bit on the spendy'r side for us country folks. A sweatshirt is $70.

It's a bit overwhelming, this was my first experience here. There is very little signage and locating things was difficult. The ladies at the checkout didn't really help things either. One left as I came up and the other walked away to a different registrar and just expected me to follow her. I did find the item I was looking for, but I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Loved this store until I was accused of stealing just because I was carrying a shopping bag. Held against my will by multiple employees which is illegal. I bought all my Carhartt gear at this place will never spend my money here again.

Lots of choices for animal feed, care, and toys. Plenty of ideas for gifts, lawn care and decorating home. The staff are always helpful and willing to direct you to location of items needed. Thanks for being top notch!
