It's closed for reasons. No visible roadside signage. Even their business fb page says they're open. Not a happy camper.

What a beautiful hidden gem, so worth checking out. Don't expect to just see thousands of shells... There are fossils, preserved fish, shell artwork, and different corals, just to name a few. The lady was so welcoming and shared so much of her knowledge and love of shells with us. We walked away having learnt so much. There are so many shells forsale also, we picked out a few different Australian ones. Highly recommend all to visit.

Kids loved it and wanted to buy every shell and knick-knack in the shop. Is a bit pricy to get the whole family into see the collection (especially when compared to my kids' attention span, but we spent 45 minutes and could have spent longer and we have no regrets. Very friendly owners who were happy and eager to answer all of our questions. They've spent over 70 years collecting and it is great that they've opened their collection to the public. Really the sheer quality and quantity of shells and other related objects is worth the stop!
