Completely in love with this hotel!!! I came to celebrate my birthday and I'm having an amazing experience. I wish I could get the corner room, but that was way out of my budget, so I booked the "normal" room and it exceeded my expectations. The windows go from close to the floor all the way up to the ceiling and the view is simply breathtaking!! I haven't had breakfast here yet and my check out is still to take place, but so far the only downside is that we can hear the trains passing by (and there are many of them!) though I guess we might end up getting used to its sound.

Overall pretty good Room good size, price not too expensive. Breakfast included option was just okay. Buffet style we had to wait maybe 10mins for a seat and the options were simple. Location was maybe 15m walk to the main Nagoya station. Note you can walk on the East or West side. Google will say only west but you can cross via the station bridge.

Room is not clean. There are stains everywhere;sofa, toilet, and room floor. The sofa stain looks like cum stain… really disgusting. And they don’t clean up the room for customers who stay for more than 1 night. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We missed our train to Tokyo! There is no staff at lobby during check out early morning 6am, we waited and shouting in lobby still no one came. At last we had to go the staff room behind counter to find staff. After check out its already too late. Pls take note & improve on this

It was my first visit to Nagoya and I stayed here two nights. The hotel was located in a newly-developed area and finding this area was not so difficult, but finding the parking entrance of the hotel was extremely difficult. After parking at B1, finding the way to the lobby was like a maze because the lobby is located on the 31st floor. There was an exclusive elevator which took you to the lobby floor but it seemed to take forever. Room is clean and view is nice. Nothing else really special about the hotel to mention. There is a small gym really not even worth mentioning. The immediate area of the hotel is all newly-developed and so there wasn't really a whole lot to see. We spent most of our time walking about 15 minutes to Meitetsu Department Store area where there's a whole lot more to see and do. Breakfast was just okay with nice presentation and decent selection but the best part was the bread which they highly advertised being supplied by a nearby bakery. Maybe because it's a newly-opened hotel but I thought the service in general was not so good. There is nobody to help you with your luggage and this apparently seemed to be the norm which I thought was very unusual for a five star hotel. I won't stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Nagoya.

Situated close to Nagoya Station with lots of shopping opportunities. The location was however tricky when using Google map or navigation system to direct the route. It got confused around the bridges and high buildings around. Car parking was charged at ¥2500 per 24h stay. The room was spacious with 32 sq m that was comparatively bigger. The facilities were well equipped and new. Quiet room for overnight stay. The dinner was good with Japanese roast beef and sea urchin sauce spaghetti as the highlight. Recommended.

The interiors of the hotel, the rooms designs and views are all awesome. The staff and services are excellent. There is a decent size mall just below the hotel with grocery shop, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. I expected the hotel to be closer to Nagoya Station though, yet it could take 15 minutes walking (around 10 minutes by taxi and costs less than JPY1,000). The lobby is at the 31st floor. I didn’t like the idea of having to switch between elevators from the 31st floor onwards.

New and clean it has a great connecting room configuration which is just the right note in terms of space and value. Also offers great views of Nagoya. Hotel is conveniently located next to a nice mall offering eclectic produce and lovely mix of restaurants. Train station is just a sky bridge away. Service at hotel was a bit cold but efficient. Access to lobby is on a very high floor thus the namesake Sky Tower.

Excellent hotel only 10 minute walk from Nagoya Station area. Clean, quiet, spacious. Amazing views of the Nagoya area. Friendly, helpful staff. Is located in what seems to be a new business park development with a number of food options available throughout the day as well as multiple coffee options, a drug store and convenience store within 3 minutes. Stayed for work and needed easy access to Nagoya Station; there were closer hotels, but the King room I stayed in was easily the best hotel experience I've had (I travel 15+ times a year for work and personal). The walk is easy to make to the station and to the later night (local) food/drink destinations. Some people may be bothered by train sounds, but that's going to be the case regardless of where they stay around the station. Didn't bother me at all. Will always stay here when working in Nagoya.

Nice hotel with stunning city view. Went there for a buffet lunch. Something they can improve is the access to the sky dining/receptionist. We were a bit lost at first because there was no clear sign in the building. Overall, the place and service were nice 👌🏼

Loved our 4 nights here. Room super clean and spacious. Staff so friendly and great service. Close but not too close to central. Views amazing, best hotel in Japan. Buffet breakfast had a great combination of traditional Japanese and western foods. Highly recommend.

Great views of Nagoya. Rooms were of a good size and not too expensive. About 10-15 min walk to Nagoya station or 2 min train ride where there are much more food options.

The best hotel in Nagoya. The view is great and I love the friendly service. The only one con is that it takes 20-minute walk from the JR Nagoya station and the way is too complicated. You should rather take the Aonami line after getting off of the super express Shinkansen-sen and a few minute ride to the Sasa-shima Live station which directly connects the hotel building.

A beautiful, modern, stylish, fashion, brand new hotel in Nagoya. We love the family room here. We have a huge and wide city view from Windows, and a comfortable bed, a separate bathroom and toilet, an absolutely clean room. The service is warm, kind and perfect. I totally recommend this fabulous hotel for all of you.

Such a great hotel to stay in. Rooms were comfortable and a good size, bathroom well equipped and good size and modern. Staff attention excellent. Breakfast very good and fairly western. Local train station 2 minutes undercover walk away, and 1 minute ride to Nagoya central. Would definitely use again as we have stayed there previously and is still as good.
