Huge park with few tables for picnic and hang out with family. The tower itself is overlooking surrounding cities too. Big parking space too.

Great place to take the kids. Multiple playgrounds for all ages. A new replacement playground can be found at the back beside the bouncy hills. In the summer, you can find a petting zoo too. Lots of beautiful flowers to view, a walking trail and bicycle path. You may hire bicycles also. Plenty of spots to have a picnic. There is a small cafeteria where you can order basic dishes from a ticket machine. A fun day out for the family.

Its freezing outside ,you need to make sure to wear a nice warm winter coat so that you can enjoy strolling around the beautiful lights this month of dec.

The surrounding trees seem to have gotten taller. It needs to be raised another 40 feet.

I recommend a visit to the top the tower, from where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape, even at night. During the spring hundreds of cherry trees bloom in the area and offer a beautiful landscape. Reserve some time to walk slowly between them and take lots of pictures. The access is possible by using the public transportation, departing from Ichinomiya station.

At night, they will light up the tower to help tell you what the weather will be like the following day. If it is a nice clear day, you can see the surrounding areas. Depending when you go, you may have the choice to climb the stairs to the top. The elevator is always an option though.
