Google does not allow to give zero stars. But let me put it this way, I cannot wait to leave this hotel and ultimately the country! My worst experience in Africa! With all my reviews I try to be positive, but with this place its impossible. The only helpful people is the cleaners. If you can avoid, please do, if you can avoid the country, even better!

Although it is much smaller than La Falaise Douala, La Falaise Yaoundé still has a lot of things going for it. It is centrally located, you have almost everything less than ten minutes away, even during peak hours (government offices, Covid-19 testing centres, supermarkets, good restaurants and cabarets, etc). The rooms are good-sized, the beds comfortable and the staff at the front desk really polite and always ready to help. Downside: the reception area is quite tight, it gets a bit noisy during the day because there's construction work going on nearby (they're about to start building a new shopping mall), ...the WiFi service collapses on some days and it takes up to 20 hours to restore😏😒

For someone coming into the capital city for business trip .. Here should be in your list .. of bookings..

Nice hôtel in downtown Yaoundé. Near shops and restaurants. Easy to access and very friendly staff.

Wifi was a problem at times. The rooms are very small but you can get what you could require for a short stay. Not very quite at night. I am giving four stars for the nice breakfast and great customer service.

The rooms are very neat and the service is impeccable. The restaurant and bar offer a wide range of items and you definitely can't lack what to order. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Very beautiful rooms. A nice hotel with interor pool, a nice restaurant and several resizable modern and well equipped halls for meetings and up to concerts. There is an underground parking but with limited space. It is challenging to park outside. The hotel is well situated in town. Ideal for business stay in Yaounde.

Great hotel in the center of what could be described as the central business district of Yaounde. Many businesses and administrative services are within walking distances. The rooms are comfortable with just enough space to keep travel items organized. The sofa in the room is made of real and good leather. There is a safe, a desk and a refrigerator you can turn on at will. The bed is really comfy but there is no alarm. Hence set up your phone alarm if not you could get carried away by the comfortable sleep.

Very good environment and staff were very courteous. Facility is well managed. I had a great stay.

Nice venue for your events. Road side parking is poor especially on busy days like saturdays. Be ready for some traffic congestion sometimes

A non to date hotel regarding commodities. Hold regarding new hotels and international standard. The restaurant have been replace for something similar to a cantine. The hotel bar, guest saloon or firts floor toilets need a quick refreshment to upgrade confort and look and feel. And horrible experience in my whole life hotel experience in the world . The Nintendo switch of my kid with 5 games disc have been stolen in the hotel, in my room. Since my complain to reception team no call, no email. Nothing happen. I am still waiting since 6 days now.

Good: clean rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast buffet. Friendly service. Convenient location. Needs improvement: gym equipment is in need of better maintenance and care. Not so good: noisy wedding party hosted by the hotel until the wee hours of the morning made the following day a struggle to do work. The rooms are also quite dark, little natural light comes in. The swimming pool is more like a large bathtub, not useful for exercising.
