Please don’t fall into this trap, this project is delayed since 7 years now. There are multiple flat owners who have invested their lifetime wealth and still paying rent. Be a sensible investor and don’t ignore low rating reviews. This project is the biggest SCAM of Bangalore.

Peaceful apartment complex with all basic amenities and vast parking space. Has a gud bakery,swimming pool and supermarket within the premises.

I had been here for 5 years as tenant. Worst build quality and lifts are still not constructed to many blocks. However maintenance wise they are managing well a association is good but this is not suitable for buying house.. huge land wasted with bad build quality

Flats were full of seepage, and overall ambience was gloomy. The corridors were stark dark and there was little spacing between flats. Corner flats might still get adequate light, but overall it was not ideal. The lifts had a pungent smell leading to instant cough for all occupants. Too far from the main road, as well as an arrogant property manager.

I love to live in this place. Just that it is still undergoing lots of maintenance work. Electricity is not yet separate meter for each flat. Apart from all the unfinished work the people the gated community is an amazing place to be in with kids and family as all festival and celebration are done with lots of pomp and glory.

Good to live.. Very spacious and especially kids will love to stay here as there are parks, play areas etc. There is a clubhouse too. Celebrating place. And of course you cannot see this spacious community anywhere in bengaluru may be. For owning a flat I don't prefer to stay but for rental purposes I would say it's a better choice.The surroundings of GM is not good. The roads are also dusty. There are street dog issues which is never ending.

We booked a room here in the clubhouse RK IRIS for 3,500 per day.The rooms were good,bathrooms were clean,free wifi,tv cable,and free gym access.The helpers were available anytime.The restaurant there weren't up to the mark so we had to order Swiggy/Zomato but they provided proper address and food was delivered in correct location.

This is very good society for mid and upper class family. Almost all festivals from different culture and different states are being celebrated here with full of enthusiasm.
