My experience with Neo Smiles Dental Clinic: 1.Empathetic - Dr Priyanka and her team were empathetic towards my dental condition, and attended my 6 teeth issues with highest professional standards. 2.Dental scaling - I had a good experience and it was completed in one sitting. 3.Dental filling - I underwent multiple teeth fillings without much post treatment discomfort. 4.RCT - Both the RCTs were successful and it was painless. 5.Bridge and crowning - To my surprise the bridge was created so perfectly that the crown fit my teeth perfectly without any additional measurements/procedures. I underwent crowning of another teeth with a reputed institution in the past, but the crown did not fit properly and they had to repeat the procedure to fit the crown. I must admit, Neo Smiles exceeded my expectations in measurement procedures, bridging, crowning. 6.Overall treatment - I took few days gap between each teeth treatment to observe any issues and discomfort. Doctors at Neo Smiles fully supported me and did the next teeth treatment only after my satisfaction of previous treatment outcomes. I felt the overall treatment was performed very professionally with good clinical competency. Infact Dr Priyanka suggested that I visit her anytime I feel discomfort post treatment:) 7.Finally pricing - Like everyone, I requested Neo Smiles for discounts. Dr Priyanka was confident of her treatment and materials used and hence suggested to have faith in Neo Smiles treatment and focus less on discounts. This is my post treatment review, and I think I 100% agree with her now. I will update my review comments in case I come across any issues with the treatment I received. Dr. Priyanka is amazing at her job. She makes sure that you are comfortable and gets the job done with utmost ease and precision. I had huge cavity in 2 teeth and I wasn’t keen to go for RCT. After careful consideration she went ahead with deep cleaning and filling. I have always had a fear of the dental chair and injections but Dr. Priyanka made me be at ease before and during the treatment. She also followed up with me a few days after the treatment which shows a genuine concern for her patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Neo dental for your dental care and needs!! It's been a very good experience for me and my Mother at Neo Smiles where we got our root canal treatment done! Highly recommended to all..... The doctors are excellent in their field and an expert with kids too. My daughter gets her teeth check up done there regularly and Dr. Priyanka has been terrific with her. She is just superb in her field.
