It's good apartments. Located on a wide stretch road. Surrounding 1 km is still undergoing major constructions. Wide drive ways inside the premises. Ventilation is good. Entrances to different blocks are maintained well. Close proximity to E city and surrounding areas

Maintenance needs to be improved. Calm and quiet place compared to Smondo 3 but lacks a little in Infrastructure and amenities.

Nothing to do with the apartment or the people there. This review is regards to a recent Durga Festival Flea Market organized by Great Indian Events, who are unprofessional. Do not put up your stall via the above event organizer for any event. They give false information about the whole event, and you will end up wasting your time, money, energy and all the efforts that you put into trying to sell your business products at the flea market stalls here. Probably you can talk directly to the apartment manager, and set up a stall individually, which might help you move products.

One of the finest society nearby Bommasandara industrial area. If you are working in companies in this area. Smondo 2. 0 could be a perfect place for stay. I loved there for 2 years and enjoyed the society. Although with latest developments the price of the flats is increased so much and almost out of hand. Flat owners are asking for exorbitant amount of security deposits. But when the time comes to vacate the flat they return peanuts.

The place is good but the the flats for rent are quite expensive. Overall the area and the surrounding is good!

The society is huge with plenty of space within the compound, enough parking area for every vehicle in the society and also for conducting gatherings. It's secure and safe and is bachelor friendly.
