If you are traveling alone, please look for some other place for accommodation. At night this location appears totally deserted with almost NO street lights. Coming to the property: 🚩 There isn't any security i.e. people may go in and out without anyone questioning you. 🚩 Rooms are OK, but there are signs of weak maintenance 🚩 Service is slow Not sure how this property claims (at least on few sites) to be a 4* one. It should at most be 1.5* Location wise - this is on the interior part of Electronic City Phase 1 i.e. take a left once you cross Electronic City Phase 1 Toll Plaza. These roads are currently all dug up and quite a painful journey. Anyway, unless you are really getting a bargain deal, I don't see why one should use this property at all.

Receptionists are harsh, lack of professionalism. For cab and other basic things they will make you wait for long time. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not replaced regularly. Poor maintenance of shower and pipes. Wifi was very slow. They didnt help me to check out the rooms even thought i explained my situation of carrying 4 luggages. Few good things are, everyday they clean the room and Food was manageable. The canteen persons were good in serving. Good Parking space available. They view from hotel was good.

Shady place with fraudulent activities. Went to this place for a seminar on country holiday travel (CHT) on pretext of providing free coupons for vacation. This is a fraud company which operates for a long time in this place. After taking money will not provide any service. All representatives placed there are hired local goons, stay away and run from here. It is in isolated place and breeding ground for cheaters..

First of all it should not be called a hotel it's a multi building lodge. The set up and the mentality of hotel staff especially the receptionist is like a lodge staff. To be honest except the room size everything was worst. Torn towels, shabby bedsheets, stinky rooms, 3rd class food in terms of both taste and quality. If night stuff remains they served the same stale food in the breakfast. For name sake they have a swimming pool whose water they don't replace and it appears full yellowish. No proper management, staff not properly trained in professionalism, the receptionist behaves like cheap autodrivers. This hotel is mainly occupied by the cheap corporates for providing accommodation to low grade staff. I stayed there just for 1 day and changed the hotel the next day due to non-professionalism. My advice don't go with this hotel it mere waste of energy and money. They originally charge corporates around 1700 ₹for food, accommodation and cab to office and on websites they display themselves as 4 star hotel and hotel rates will be seen as 4K-7.5k per day which is vague just for advertising. So don't fall prey to it.

Stayed for a fortnight on company accommodation. Simply excellent stay. Fourteenth floor suite type accommodation with necessary gadgets.Full view of ecity from top. Good housekeeping ,items available at beck and call. The chef at the restaurant was indeed very good providing all variety of food and service staff all very courteous. At times place got too crowded and service faltered. The location is bit remote.

Good hotel in electronic city phase 1. Breakfast above normal taste..Rooms are good.. Service was good. Very supportive. The price is bit higher. Little far bus stand. Less public transport option.

The Cab service arranged by the Hotel (payment for which would be included in the Bill) is very bad. It is not at all punctual and they make you wait for hours. The person at the reception did not respond well when complained about the same. No toiletries are provided regularly which is generally provided by all the other Hotels at this Price. You will be asked to wash your hands after having food by using the common washrooms near the reception at Ground Floor. But it stinks all the time

Stayed almost for a month with my family on business trip and hence giving honest review 1. At the price they charge you can book Lemon tree in Electronic City with cheaper rate 2. Breakfast daily the same. If you miss to have it after 10 am forget to have it if it is complimentary. ( I had asked the ground staff in kitchen and they informed that Manager force them to say that breakfast is closed but if they need, they can order by paying charge) 3. Poor Wi-Fi connections. Disconnects daily 4. I had opted for drop and pick up from the company. Everyday you will waste almost an hour to follow up with the staff to get the cab ( According to their policy they don’t share driver number) 5. If you ask for first aid kit , they will serve you bucket and mug and after lot of follow up first aid kit arrives after half an hour that too the kit has only dettol and cotton 6. Dinner was inclusive in my bill hence it was buffet. For vegetarians it has mostly potatoes and non vegetarian it is fish and egg. Less varieties compared to services offered vs price charged 7. Reception staff are either under trained or they are freshers so you will face lot of issues during check in and check out The list is endless and that too no feedback is ever taken by staff. Money is yours and so is decision.

The rooms are very nice, compact and cute. I loved it. The service is really good, but the wifi services can be improved to avoid failures in between. I liked the breakfast but not the taste of dinner and lunch so much. Staff is really good and prompt. The location is a little outside, but you will manage to get an auto in the mornings and evenings.

It's not star hotel, observed insects, lizards, no cleanliness of sofas , no changing of blankets, not providing minimum basic things such as soaps, slippers etc. Towels are not good. Reception people are very harsh, no professionalism. They are not proper responding. Only good thing in there is waiters are good. They have professionalism and good hospitality.

Nice hotel, location wise it is little inside in electronicity phase 1 area. There is lake park near to hotel. Food is good. I have a pleasant stay for a month in starlit suites.

I would like to thank each and everyone for their utmost service they provide. A special thank to Mr.jithin will provide (10star rating) for his extraordinary care and hospitality right from day one and to Mr.son (cleaning staff) service for his calm and quite nature. Food is equally good. Everyone should give a try when they have plan to make a visit to Bangalore and a perfect and safe place to stay for a family.

We stayed for 2 nights buffet for breakfast was excellent had variety of food but the restaurant staff service was bit slower need to be improved the dinner buffet was ok ok not to happening rest staff service were satisfactory

I went for friend of mine post marriage treat. Enjoyed the food and environment. surrounded with many of residential sky crappers but lot of dusty because roads were yet to asphalt.

First when I saw the room it was quite good but from starting I felt very uneasy in the washroom.I don't know how to explain but I was not feeling good in the washroom everytime I go there.I always used to close it even if it is open an inch.But as I went there on a school trip there was a seperate buffet which was great!

Room wise is good.. But safety wise little problem happened me..balcony door unfortunately closed. But unable to open. I called security and asked help...But security did not inform to reception. .I pushed door fast.Luckily door opened. ..If it happened to lady or children means what will happen...They have to improve by giving emergency press alarm to directly to intimation to receptionist..

Very pleasant stay at 7th floor.. it's a small suite with a bedroom, one living room(TV, AC, Sofa, wifi) with attached mini kitchen (fridge, oven, chimney, wash basin, mini table) and a balcony nearly 1bhk.. their house keeping is extraordinary and room service is a phone call away.. it can easily accommodate 3-4 people.. Complimentary breakfast is very good with lot of options.. Ignore those negative reviews it's worthy if you get it for 3k - 4k per day.. Only downside is the commute as it's little remote from main road.

Google rate is like a 4 star hotel but it is not like 4 star. During my check in I waited more than half an hour. The room view was good.accessibility is more like public transport, restaurant shops etc...

The hotel is quite clean and safe. The service was upto the mark. If you opt for breakfast, they will consider making variations of the items that are already on the menu. Also, if you wish to, you may order food on any of the food apps. Alternatively, you may consider visiting the eateries in the residential next to it. The cabs/autos are fairly accessible from the hotel.

Location is the only drawback.. rest Food is above average but can be improved. And rooms are good and comfortable..

Hotel was good for a mid range and they should improve on house keeping. The staff is courteous and very helpful with any of your requests. Especially Asabul who looks at dining was very helpful, very supportive and nice person.

It was good business trip stay.. Rooms of hotels includes all essential materials like Microwave Owen, Fridge, induction etc. Small kichen is provided with some cutlery. Rooms are clean and good service staff. Restaurant is good with variety of food items. Restaurant staff is very kind and supportive especially Saroj from restaurant staff is very kind and humble..

Not a 4 star by any means. 3 maybe, 2 by Western standards. A place to sleep for a night, clean enough and with a place to eat. Don't go for a longer stay.

They do provide a nice cozy stay with a feel of a studio apartment where you get all the amenities, but it does not appeal like a suit. There were cigarette burn marks on the couch and sofa. The starlit team can definitely improve on the room appearance and provide a modern touch. The lighting in the rooms could be improved, it appears a bit dark, I have observed the same in 3-4 rooms which were shown. However, that being said, the staff is courteous and very helpful with any of your requests. This place is a big thumbs up for a budget friendly stay!

It's a hotel for business stays in particular with all the facilities including the pool which again is very well maintained with a lifeguard support. You can request the chef for custom menu, both veg and non veg options are available. They also support with local cab service on prior requests.

Miserable Experience 1. We had to call multiple times to fill shower gel. 2. AC remote was not working fine and they didn’t even change the batteries 3. We gave our room keys for cleaning purpose and on returning back to hotel, they misplaced the keys and we had to wait for 1 hour at reception and that too at 11PM. Reception Manager was misbehaving when we asked for our room keys. 4. We were asking for plates to eat food in our room but it had never reached in the room. 5. Their in-house restaurant is so pathetic taste wise as well as service wise. 6. While having breakfast, on asking for tissues in restaurant, staff said they don’t have it in hotel right now. It needs to ordered and will be available in evening. 7. More than 50% of the items mentioned in food menu are not available at their in house restaurant. 8. WI-FI: I think, they just installed as showpiece. The speed was very very poor. I don’t understand why they call it a 4 star property. They don’t have basic amenities, even 1 star hotel can provide you much better service.

An ideal hotel to enjoy hosting. Good service. Good rooms. Good reception and lounge. Good parking ground, that we can park our vehicle at our convenience avoiding valet parking. Good restaurant. Mr Manaf was excellent as always he is super cooperative and friendly with the guest. Good location and the approaching roads are convenient.

There is a good rooms and excellent breakfast service also good, but that location not good that much, no proper roads to go there.inside there is a pool i think it's not clean for seeing so I didn't swim. other then everything is good.

It's an Average Hotel, Food taste is not good, dinner closes at 10 Pm. Management needs to be more professional on 4 star hotel etiquettes. Room and cleaning is good. But services need to be improve a lot. Overall Below average.
