    Pete has been great to work with. He not only is knowledgeable about which exercises I need to meet my goals, but is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to eating healthy and all the body muscles. Each time we meet Pete has carefully mapped out which exercises I need to accomplish. He is patient and a wonderful teacher modeling how to get the most out my workout routines. I highly recommend GoFlow if you are looking for an experienced trainer. Pete will help you meet your goals.

Whether it's tailoring workouts to your strength goals, trimming down, improving mobility, dealing with aches and pains, balancing energy levels, sharpening mental acuity or eating better, Pete makes the process accessible, the daily routines convenient and the goals attainable. Not only an expert in wholesome wellbeing improvement, Pete is a great coach. He will meet you where you are, listen with empathy, respond to your needs, and keep you moving forward. Improving fitness, health and wellbeing can be intimidating to jumpstart, confusing to navigate and hard to prioritize - but Go Flow is the tool I needed to make it all happen. I can say that the investment is paying the dividends I had hoped for!

    Peter is an incredible trainer. He looks out for his clients and is there to answer questions and help out 24/7. Anytime you need help you can give him a call and he will do everything he can to help. I enjoyed my program because it made me work out consistently and educate myself as to what workouts are the best for my body. Absolutely loved GoFlow Personal Training!

    Peter really knows his stuff! Within a few months of working with Peter I have not only gained strength, but also improved my coordination and flexibility. The programs he creates for me definitely address my goals, and he aptly tailors the exercises to what I am capable of achieving at the time. Peter began our sessions with the fundamentals of good body mechanics and the importance of stretching; laying the groundwork for killer workouts that are safe, effective and rewarding. And his encouraging nature and dedication to his clients are icing on the cake. Peter is a superb trainer and all around awesome guy!

    Peter is absolutely amazing to work with. After our initial meeting he perfectly understood what my goals were and helped me reach them. Not only have I made great and noticeable improvements in the strength and condition of my body after working with Peter, but I am more confident in my ability to work-out effectively on my own. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is nervous to start or restart their fitness journeys as he is understanding and willing to work with you to find the optimal solution for you.

    Working with Peter and the GoFlow team / community has been great. Personally my goal was to lose weight & the system that you get here takes out all the fluff and allows you a simple way to reach your fitness goals (Without a crazy strict diet) & you get a routine personalized to you needs and goals. It’s been great… So if you are on the edge, take the leap & go hit your goals!

    Pete is an awesome trainer and has created a program that is easy to follow, thorough, and workouts that I genuinely look forward to. His program has helped me reach my goals! He is beyond dedicated to motivating, guiding and educating his clients on the best/healthiest/safest ways to improve their fitness. Tailoring each program to the abilities and needs of his clients, and constantly adapting the program to promote overall success and safety. I been able to improve my strength, mobility, coordination and overall confidence in the time I have worked with Pete!     Pete was my trainer and diet coach for 8 months. He did a fantastic job guiding me through many lifestyle changes to reach my health and fitness goals. Where I think Pete is different than most coaches is the wholistic view he takes on your health. We covered many aspects of my health including exercise, diet, supplements, sleep, recovery, and stress to name a few and Pete has extensive knowledge in all these areas. Pete did a great job of making these lifestyle changes manageable and helped adapt my approach over time. No matter what your current level of health or fitness is if you’re looking to improve or achieve a goal you’ve set for yourself I highly recommend working with Pete.

    I spent 4 months working with Peter. My number one goal was to develop better habits in order to improve my overall quality of life. Peter developed a plan that was flexible to my needs and allowed me to develop better habits over time (sleep, meditation, nutrition and more). Over that four month span we built a great foundation. One that I can continue to build upon for the rest of my life. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I couldn’t recommend his coaching more.
