Amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Russo does awesome work, and Lynn helped me set up an affordable payment plan through Care Credit! Highly recommend this office!

During a recent dental emergency, Bass River Dental truly stood out for their exceptional service and care. After contacting numerous offices with no luck, their team promptly accommodated me on the same day - even as someone who is not their patient - providing immediate relief and comfort. Dr. Russo's patience and detailed explanations were immensely reassuring, especially as a new patient, and Lynn's welcoming demeanor at the reception made a typically anxious experience feel surprisingly pleasant. It's heartening to witness a team that takes such pride and genuine care in their work.

Warm friendly office , felt comfortable right away . Everyone worked as a team , so welcoming from front desk to assistant to Dr Russo. Such a pleasant surprise from other medical experiences I’ve had of late . Grateful I found Bass river dental, first visit the best .

When I was on Cape Cod last year on vacation, I had an emergency and I needed to go to the dentist. Dr Russo and his staff received me well and quickly, they are excellent, I was pleased to be welcomed at his office with so much good care

Your answering service sucks. I called to notify that I had Covid and I would need to reschedule my appointment that I had on Feb 2nd. Never received a call back.

Everybody at this dental office is so pleasant and dedicated! I became a patient about 6 months ago after a loooong hiatus from the dentist. Needless to say, there was some work to be done, including an initial exam, x-ray, cleaning, and a filling. Over three separate visits, these services were provided painlessly, with compassion and without judgement. I used to be apprehensive about going to the dentist and would put it off constantly. Now I have no hesitation about making an appointment and I feel like my dental health is in the best of hands.

What a nice experience on my first visit to Dr. Russo’s office. 😊 All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Very comfortable and attractive office. Enjoyed meeting Milissa, Dr. Russo’s assistant and Dr. Russo who gave me a very thorough exam. Both were kind and warm. Then I met my new hygienist, Kelly, who was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. And there were Lynn and Taylor at the front desk who warmly greeted me when I came in and assisted with questions when leaving. Was with my previous dentist for over 40 years so concerned going to a new dentist, but very positive experience!

Everyone I’ve interacted with in this office is so kind, warm, and professional! The receptionists are very warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist, Kelly, is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and warm, as well! And, Dr. Russo is a great practitioner with a wonderful bedside manner! I felt like I was home from the moment I walked in!!

I can’t say enough great things about Bass River Dental, I called them with an emergency and I was not a patient and they took me in right away, Lynn, Melissa and Dr.Russo are just amazing human beings, they actually care about their patients and that is not easy to find these days, Dr. Russo has an amazing team!!!
