    I have been using the Yoyogi store for about two and a half years. The Kitasenju store had been renovated and was a very clean space. Although it is compact, it can be used for semi-personal use. I started with no exercise experience, but the trainers teach me carefully so I don't have to worry about keeping up, and since most of the members are beginners, we train in a way that suits their level. Since I started going to GOODLIFE, I feel that when it comes to muscle training, it doesn't really matter whether you're good or bad at sports (I can't do any physical education other than ball games). I think people tend to think that the hurdles are high, but that's not the case at all, and even if you're like me, if you keep going, your body will definitely change. If you want to change your body, please come and try it out!

    I am a member of Yoyogi. I apologize for the inconvenience due to a change of coach due to the new store. It's close to the station. The inside of the gym is beautiful! (It's like a house) and the mirror in the back is placed in an L shape, making it easy to train! The restrooms are clean, and so are the changing rooms! They also have shoe rentals, so it's really easy to get to. We are a coach that specializes in muscles and can also provide chiropractic care! Perfect for people who want to shape their body. And and! Below that is yakitori and yakitori! You can have a course that includes natural protein after training.

    旦那の紹介でこのgymを入会しました! トレーナーが優しくて面白い人です! セミパソナル通い放題で週三回くらい行きました。 筋トレの知識を教えていただき、いつも自分の限界を越えるまでにサポートしていただきました! いい体になるように頑張ります!

    結婚式に向けて通い始めました! 運動苦手ですが、トレーナーさんも会員さんたちも良い人たちばかりで楽しく頑張れてます😊 トレーニングの方法だけでなく、食事や生活に関してもアドバイスをくださるので、少しずつ生活習慣が変わってきてる気がします! 目標に向けてまだまだ通い続けたいと思います💪

    I have been using the unlimited one-on-one visits plan for about 4 months to relieve my lack of exercise and improve my hunched posture. You don't have to think about what part of your body to train every day, your trainer will create a training plan that suits you, and you'll be motivated and can continue going to the gym for a long time with peace of mind and working toward your goal of getting a great body. I am. The trainers at the Kitasenju store are cheerful people, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone new to the gym.

    I was intrigued by the word "semi-personal", which I had never heard of, and the price, so I started out once a week. The trainer will carefully monitor your condition and give you instructions in an easy-to-understand manner. Also, at first I was worried that I wouldn't be able to work well with other people, but each person was able to train the areas they wanted to train on that day, and the trainers were cheerful and stoic, so I was able to have a really fun time with them and have a sense of unity. it's finished. I thought I could do my best here, so I immediately switched to unlimited access. It is also attractive that they are open until late on weekday nights, with the last time being 9pm.

    In order to improve my health and lack of exercise, I started going to semi-pas as much as I wanted. The menu is designed based on your goals and the conditions of the day, and they push you to the right level, so you can continue to enjoy it. It's best to go if there is space on the day.

    I started going one-on-one once a week. When I go to a free gym, I sometimes end up not going to the gym, so a regular weekly course was a good fit for me. Over the course of 50 minutes, your coach will set appropriate hurdles for you and provide you with support while training you thoroughly, so you'll feel moderately tired and refreshed once you're done. Your head will be refreshed and you will be able to do your work later. It is especially recommended for freelancers and managers whose bodies and brains are capital.

    I am able to enjoy muscle training every day, and even as a beginner myself, I continue to go there after work! I get inspired by seeing how others are doing, and it motivates me to do my best as well. I've also been to other stores, and I've learned a lot from being taught by various trainers.

    My goal is to attend 3 days a week as I can attend as much as I want. Before each lesson, he asks me what areas I want to train today, and he creates a menu that suits that person. The trainer will carefully explain the correct form and which areas of training will be effective. If it gets too hard and you get into a comfortable form, it's easy to see through it, so even after 40 minutes, you'll end up with muscle pain somewhere in your body every time. I'm having fun going to school, so I'm looking forward to seeing my body change in the future!

    I have been unsuccessful at large fitness gyms in front of the station, 24-hour gyms, pay-as-you-go gyms, etc., but I have been able to continue working here semi-personally. Here are some things I think are good: ・No reservation cancellation fee ・Same-day walk-in reservations also possible ・You can leave your shoes there. - Carefully explains the purpose and form of each training session ・You can also consult about meals. ・Seeing other members working hard makes me want to work hard too ・The trainers are friendly and have a positive atmosphere, which makes you feel energized (including people from other stores)
