Absolutely incredible sushi making experience. Our chef and instructor Nat was very informative, spoke excellent English, was entertaining while teaching us about sushi history and etiquette, and was very patient while she helped us make our sushi. We got to make four different types of sushi, and Nat was very accommodating about our dietary preferences and restrictions. She even provided gluten-free soy sauce since I have a gluten intolerance! I would highly recommend this tour for anybody who wants a fun and memorable experience in Tokyo. Our kids, age 11 and 13, said this was one of the best parts of our two weeks in Japan.

Great experience. The teacher explained things while showing pictures and sometimes asked quizzes, so I had a great time. I enjoyed learning about sushi in general, not just how to make it, but also its history and etiquette. Of course, I enjoyed the sushi I made.

Fabulous, personal experience of learning to make sushi in the chef’s home. We’ve done it twice - 5 years apart - and it was even better the second time around. Morris is absolutely delightful, thoughtful and professional!

it’s a great and fun experience. My son ate the Sushi he made even he never eats raw fish before. I also learn to make better Sushi at home by correcting some mistakes I have. Totally suggest this session.

Great experience. I don't like sushi, but at the end of this class, I tried the sushi I prepared and it was delicious. The teacher is so helpful and he makes the class so entertaining. He even accommodates if you have any food allergies.

It was a very enjoyable class. The class had a relaxed atmosphere, and there was no tension. In addition to how to make sushi, we learned a lot about Japanese culture and made new discoveries. The class is close to the station, and they will guide you, so you won't get lost. I highly recommend it!!

Happy experience! I participated because I was interested in sushi from before. My expectations were betrayed in a good way. A polite welcome with an apron on. At the venue, the presenters welcomed us with a smile. Beginning with the presenter's self-introduction, the quiz started. I knew about the quiz show, but I thought it was a polite explanation. After that, we practiced nigiri using toy sushi. A toy, but easy to understand. Detailed and polite in the video. After that, there was the first kazarizushi, and the history of sushi. Finished with nigiri sushi, I ate it at the end and it was delicious. Very satisfied. Especially Mr. Morishita It was fun to see the entertainer. If you want to experience sushi in Japan and also experience laughter, please join us!

My friend and I did one of Morris' sushi-making classes this past month and had the absolute best time. We loved how friendly and fun Morris made the class -- and we learned a lot about sushi and making sushi as well! I couldn't recommend this tour more.
