Really nice place to see fireworks, crowded but not as crowded as other famous places

Very nice and huge park, we went here to watch the Sumida fireworks festival, and you saw them really good and comfortably from this park, it wasn’t too crowded and we brought a blanket and just sat on a hill.

Overwhelmingly beautiful park. Just go there with a book to read and relax in a pleasant atmosphere for hours by the riverside.

One of the places to enjoy sakura. The combination of the pink sakura, green grass, blue sky, and the river are just beyond beautiful.

Beautiful park by the water. Was there on July 29th for the Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival.

Very crowded during the fireworks festival. There were policemen controlling the crowd. Japanese are very orderly, not much commotions despite being overly crowded.

Fantastic park! Plenty of space, large climbing structure, beautiful trees and clean toilets. Ideal age for kids to play is 4 years + but there is a small kids section too. I brought a 2, 4 and 7 year old and all had a fun time. Plenty of bike parking too. Some areas are closed for safety sake or repair? Not sure.

Love this place. A beautiful parks near rivers with playgrounds for kids. The view on a nice weather is superb. There’s also rental barbecue place open in summertime. A lot of runners also loving this place for a run. Highly recommended for a visit.
