Great caravan park. Super friendly staff with extremely clean amenities. Park is close to town within walking distance. Yass is a very pretty town and well looked after. Was only going to stay one night but was so impressed with everything we stayed an extra night. Do yourself a favour and don’t skip staying here, you won’t be disappointed. Drive thru sites are quite large.

Very conveniently located with a ten minute walk into the township of Yass next to a picturesque park and river. Quiet even though close to the main road. Some sites had concrete slabs and drive through sites were available. Only little bit of mud next to our powered site. Toilets and showers were adequate. Camp kitchen was open to the weather, which is ok when it’s not windy nor raining. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great cabin at good price. Clean and comfy. Heather was a delight to deal with from booking right through to calling us very quickly after we checked out because we left a bag behind! Shame about the undrinkable water that came out of the tap - truly disgusting.

Fantastic, awesome showers very clean , nice and quiet. Fabulous hosts! Drive through sites, phone ahead for spots,great BBQ area with wonderful facilities even with dishwasher liquid supplied!

We had a powered site, the site was a good size flat & easy to fit the van on. Pauline was very friendly. It was great to see a park with reasonable rates for a change. Keep up the good work! Amenities are very clean.

Nice, tidy, organised, close to town centre and the river, this is an excellent caravan park to stay a night or two. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. Sites are large and easy to park in. We stayed in a drive through spot with a caravan.

Heather was so friendly and helpful. She made our stay in this tidy, well set out park very enjoyable. Excellent amenities and double slabs in drive-thru sites are a great idea.

A lovely caravan park. We stayed only one night as a stop over but what a terrific park. Amenities were clean, managers were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Although the council owned caravan park has no ensuites. The service was wonderful and the facility cleaned regularly. The laundry I feel needs to be closer to the amenities. The large herb garden near the BBQ was great. Not far from the leash free park for furbabies.

We drew the short straw on position but we were a last minute booking. This is a small but clean and neat park and the management team is lovely. I recommend staying here. Clean facilities too.

What a fantastic place to stay! Clean and tidy, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Close enough to do a day trip into Canberra. Highly recommend 👌

We've travelled from Tasmania and going to Hunter Valley NSW and we've stayed in a few caravan parks and some arent so good and others are great.. The Yass Caravan Park is really nice Karen is friendly & helpful the park is clean great bathroom facilities and laundry & very shady with lots of bird life..l But for me to give it 5 stars and Great it would need to have a Camp Kitchen equipped with Microwave, Crockery, cutlery & cooking equipment.. Every Caravan Park has a Campers Kitchen its a must have for all us Campers...

Location good close to town. Staff friendly. Amenities basic but clean. Caravan park is used as a transit park therefore people arrive all the time unfortunately we had two lots of vans arrive next to us on separate nights after 10pm.

This is a small park but with drive-through sites and lots of cabins. There is a pleasant walk along the main road to the shops - in either direction from this place. The amenities block is clean and the water is hot. It is well worth a visit when you are around Yass.

Fabulous caravan Park in a beautiful part of our country. Have stayed over the Xmas/new Year break. We stayed on a powered caravan site at the top of the park. Very quiet. The young couple running the place are fabulous. Hard working and they can’t do enough for you. Amenities are always cleaned and tidy. Highly recommend for a stopover or a longer stay. Can easily explore the yass Valley region as well as our countries capital. Giving five stars.
