Only used the Café which is fine, not very large but an adequate size. Did wander around the food aisles but did not have what I was looking for.

Service was good, quick and easy, choice of food quite simple, coffee was really good ( with an extra shot ). Tho only let down, small area to eat at a four place table, only seemed to be for couples. We had the only four place table for three of us and it was full on a Saturday midday. I suppose that's a good sign as it's popular and people must like it. Clean as well and staff clearing and cleaning which I think is important for new customers to see. Ideal place for quick drink and snack would visit again...

Whilst I was not bothered about receiving a mini collectable, imagine my surprise when the so-called 'breaded jumbo fish fingers' just contained a strip of cardboard. Sorry but all that packaging etc for that is just laughable. Having said that the food purchased was fine.

Along with Tesco's, broadly the highlight of Yate centre...also one of the cleaner shops.

Could be a good shop if the bakery was more reliable.You can never rely on farmhouse being there if it is it was baked 3 days previously.Bought a pkt of 4 egge custard tarts on the 27 with a use by date for that same day.Checked others on shelf and all were the same.Not very good to give to visitors the next day?

Very pleasant, met a lot of colleagues and we could all sit comfortably together. Pleasant staff, peaceful atmosphere, lovely. I was able to have Soya milk in my tea, which is fab.

I don't go there often mostly because there are lilies near the door and I am allergic to them, also, acknowledging the food is good quality it is mostly above my budget. However I really like the Swiss rolls as a treat really tasty and the bread is good.

Only a small food store, but very popular and very clean. Best toilet in the whole shopping centre, and a very nice cafe. Click and collect for non food orders is a real bonus.

Had a lovely lunch & did a bit of a shop. Disappointed when I used the disabled toilet. Needed to wipe the toilet seat, and the hand rail, which I need to use, was filthy. It was encrusted, so hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. Yuk! Toilet bowl was not up to standard either. Not what I expect from an M & S toilet.

The Coffee Shop in M and S in Yate Shopping centre is now open. A one way system to your table and walk out. Friendly staff. Very clean. Staff member cleans the chairs and table after each customer.

Usual good selection of quality M&S foods but the branch didn't appear to be well organised. Queues were not dealt with promptly. One member of staff did go out of their way to help us and later opened a till which we were able to use.

We don't normally go to marks and Spencer to do our weekly shop, but thought we would to have a change, found the staff to be very helpful and cheerful, the shop itself was clean and well laid out, and there was a lovely smell of freshly baked bread, the pricing was very reasonable as was the selection of food and some very good offers. We will be going there a lot more often from now on.

This M & S is a food store only. I go there for M&S own brand earl grey tea bags. The best Earl Grey on the market in my opinion, it actually tastes proper unlike other brands.
