Be careful!!! We were there 45 mins. Spent £117 got a parking ticket today for £90 from private company. I emailed them & attached receipt from shopping. How very dare they?

So bad experience shopping at here. I received £90 parking charge today. And store manager said that they can’t help. Really bad customer service at Lidl.

Never any stock out on the shelves particularly fresh fruit. When there is it’s either mouldy or goes off within a day. Not enough staff - never enough tills open!! Dread shopping every week now.

Don't make the mistake of parking here if you can't find a space for the minor injuries NHS unit across the road and you are running late for an appointment and panicking. Hope you enjoy your parking fine! (I get it, they have to protect thier spaces for customers but middle of the day with hardly any spaces taken? Unfortunate for me, guess its time to shop at Aldi!)

Handy cheap shopping, be careful when parking and always scan your receipt so you don't get a ticket!

Good price but you can had a charge for car park if you forgot to validated your ticket. I trying a 0waste home, paper ticket is not a good ecology solution for manage car park, maybe an apps can be make.

Cheap and cheerful, always a bargain

Great prices and the middle-of-Lidl often comes up with little gems, but I so wish they had more tills open. Customers have to queue right back into the aisles before a new till is opened

Good value. Helpfull staff. The car parking is validated by a machine inside the store, easy to use.

Always find what I need. Empty shelves at times but put it down to deliveries. Bakery super, everything is behind a plastic screen, tongs are available, so I find no concern regarding hygiene. Staff always helpful, and friendly. In short, have no complaints with my Store

Freezer department very low on food,also milk,eggs ,juice,cold meats,having to use HB to top up shop.

I do like shopping in lidl but, the shelves are becoming increasingly empty 😕

Staff very friendly and helpful as always. However shelves lacking in stock, very busy today, had to queue for a while before being served as not all tills open. Guessing shortage of staff. Great value for money.

You can live like a king on a tiny budget. Booze, food and random wonders at bargain prices. You might go in for a bottle of milk but you'll leave with an electric screwdriver, a children's art set and enough booze to fuel an office party. Plus a pizza.

Good old Lidl. We needed to grab some supplies on the way back to our rental bungalow. Not knowing the area, we were happy to see a Lidl on our route. Stopped in and were not disappointed. 👍

This is a great store and the staff are always really friendly. The only downside is Yate is getting massive with all the new houses being built and this store needs to be double the size to cope. Unfortunately for them they can't expand because there's nowhere to go ...unless they decide to build a second storey. Try to avoid peak times otherwise shelves are empty and you can find yourself queueing at the tills even though every single till is open.

Called for Turkey gravy - not seen elsewhere. Also bought £12.99 bourbon whiskey not available for last 6 months - it's better than their £15 version!

Beware although it's free to park here for 90 minutes. You still have to put your car number plate number in the terminal and tell the cashier your number plate and enter it into the terminal as you leave. If you don't you will be fined £90. So beware!!!!

Please put more staff on at the checkout. Buying 5 items should be in and out, not having to wait to pay for my purchases and when I leave im ready to draw my pension.

Well it's just good

The store was recently modernised which is great alround ,with a bigger middle aisle section ,and a good selection of groceries, it is just the checkout there is no quick checkout, I had two items behind a large trolley load .Anyway the food is great quality and all goods are value for money .We all hope this would of being dealt with when they modernised. I will still shop here anyway.

Nicely laid out but I don't understand why when you follow the aisles you end up in the Far corner of the shop rather than at the tills.

Great! This store has had it's makeover and it has a lot of choice. The bakery section is actually lush! We bought a few things and we couldn't believe how cheap it was. I've always found that the fresh fruit and veg let's this place down but they seem to have really upped their game and it's fantastic!

It's great to see the new Lidl and also having organic vegetables and some vegan options. The new look store looks clean and tidy and well stocked.

Positives: Great prices and variety. Negatives: 1. Those customers who take things out of boxes and just chuck them back......grrrr!! 2. Store is too small for the amount of customers, especially at Christmas time!

My go to store and love it, but, - went today and there was no evidence of hand sanitizers or trolley cleaning. Won't be going again until there is!
