接客や料理の口コミがよいとのことだったので今回、始めてランチに伺わせて頂きました。
終始冷たい対応の方がいらっしゃいました。スタッフ全員が接客が良いわけではないのですね…。
特に会計のときは冷たい対応だったので何だか悲しかったです。
会計時にはただ「○¥です」と金額のみ言われ…。
「ご馳走でした」と声をかけても無視…。
前日に駐車場の有無について、お電話したときに男性の方で冷たい対応されました。きっとこの方だったのかな？
当日、快く食事出来るか心配でしたが、不安は的中したみたいでした…。
あの方がいらっしゃると思うと怖くて次回、行きたいとは考えられません…。予約の電話もしづらい！
そのくらい冷たかったです。
私の口コミ以外はとても評価がいいので、もしかしたら客層によって対応が違うかもしれませんね！
料理について
お肉の焼き加減をミディアムでお願いしたのにウェルダンで出来上がってきてしまいました。
お肉がとても楽しみだったのに非常に残念です。
全体的に値段に相応しない感じだと個人的には感じました。
ちなみに、お電話で予約を対応して頂けた女性の方と当日テーブル席での注文を対応して頂いた男性の対応はとても快かったのです。
なので★2を付けさせて頂きました。
