The same specialist Dr. Shashi sir available in Mandya MIMS but if you want to meet him there it was long process. If you want to meet him early take an appointment in sparsha skin care centre with Rs 250. This is the sad reality of our system.This is our socialistic INDIA..... Finally i understand money has power....... Power has power........

I had a worst experience. I took 1 year of treatment for acne. Almost spent Rs.15,000 and my valuable time.Visited almost 10 times a year. Not even 1% useful. He has it's own medical store and the medicines are very costly. Completely money minded. A good business model which make patients to visit as many times as possible with out giving them a long and permanent cure. I am very disappointed for them.

I had horrible experience with this hospital, think twice before even planning to go to this place. If possible, avoid its complete waste of time. I wan to narrate what happened to use yesterday. My wife wanted to consult Dr Shashi Kumar B M. We called the clinic at 1:30 PM after noon and asked or the appointment, we were told that doctor is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM we can come directly. We went around 5:00 PM and asked for appointment/token. We were told to wait for a while (around 10 minutes). As we were sitting there were couple of people went to see doctor, without any waiting. Were waiting there for 20 minutes trying to understand what’s happening here. It was clearly evident that they were not following first-come-first service order. Up on enquiring we come to know that they maintain separate list and we were 50th in that list. Even though we called at 1:30 PM that day asked for an appointment our name was not in that list. The staff at the hospital asked us to wait till they call our name and they were not sure how long I have to wait 1h/2h/3h etc. Finally I decided to not to waste any more time after 30 to 40 minutes and come back home. There were 2 ladies at the front desk not sure about their name and details – but they were very rude and behaved as if they were the collector of mandya district. They were unresponsive and abusive in there talk. So finally any one planning to visit this place – if know any other alternative doctors find them best to avoid this.

Irresponsible doctor and irresponsible staff worst experience at first time( My wife had a appointment on 30/06/2023 Friday 7:30 pm we came and waited least 1:30 hours for consultation the doctor went outside and all of a sudden we asked the staf to ensure the timing of doctor for return they told us to wait until he came back or to consult with other doctor for a kind then the staf lady came and told us to wait her response was like rude 😠 so we went back and other patient also went back with us shouting for negligence of patients in a clinic )

He is not a doctor at all he is a business man, who wants to make money under short period of time I have visited so many times he even says nothing regard to any skin problem only he says that is 'I'll give u medicine and take this u must come again ill check and give u another medicine' he says, don't go to this clicin peoples
