So
I
had
the
worst
experience
in
this
restaurant.
So
me
and
my
family
went
out
on
valentine's
Day
for
lunch
outside.
We
reached
the
restaurant
and
we
are
presented
with
a
menu
and
it
has
a
set
menu
for
valentine's
day
it
starts
with
appetizers,
main
course,
drinks(Alcoholic
and
Non
Alcoholic)
and
a
dessert.
And
you
"have
to"
choose
one
Full
course(appetizers,main
course,
drinks
&
dessert)
and
you
"can't"
pick
and
choose
1
specific
dish
from
that
valentine's
menu
also.
You
need
to
choose
the
full
course
that
costs
1200
per
head
for
having
food
at
this
restaurant.
The
place
doesn't
have
air
conditioning
and
it's
a
small
indoor
and
outdoor
seating
area
with
fan.
And
I
asked
the
owner(I
believe)
if
I
could
get
the
regular
menu
and
she
was
like
"no"
today
we
only
have
this
valentine's
day
menu
to
serve.
I
was
shocked
to
hear
that.
Which
means
the
kitchen
team
is
only
prepared
for
what
is
on
this
particular
menu.
Note
that
I
have
gone
by
1
pm
to
this
restaurant
with
my
husband,
kid
(5)
and
my
caretaker.
I
was
stunted
and
we
all
were
hungry
and
just
wanted
to
eat
food.
I
was
furious
and
wanted
to
walk
away
but
we
all
were
hungry
to
head
to
another
place.
From
my
understanding
any
place
would
let
customers
choose
what
they
want
to
eat
from
a
large
choice
of
menu.
Be
it
any
occasion
or
festival.
And
yes
it
is
a
customer
choice
on
what
to
eat
or
order.
Not
the
restaurant
telling
us
we
can
eat
only
from
a
small
particular
menu.
The
valentine's
menu
was
a
fixed
and
short
menu
with
4-
5
items
under
every
course.
And
while
I
was
there
I
could
see
people
coming
and
sitting
down
and
leaving
as
soon
as
they
didn't
present
a
normal
menu.
I
didn't
know
we
had
a
restaurant
like
this
in
Bangalore.
I
was
very
disappointed
with
my
experience
and
the
food
wasn't
great
at
all.
I
wouldn't
have
written
this
if
the
food
was
spectacular
and
fabulous.
And
also
please
note
that
In
the
hospitality
industry
your
customer
matters
and
is
right.
