I booked table in advance though I was half an hour late.They gave a call but I have not attended the call. I requested receptionist and finally they have considered.Otherwise they cancel and allow to next . Receptionist was very polite and most of the staffs are young and well mannered. Some people particularly booked to celebrate anniversaries.Staffs also joined with them for celebration. Only management has to be proactive to provide foods without delay.Otherwise no enjoyment to dine in hotel. Neat and clean and well maintained.

It was a great experience again after COVID. Staff was nice and friendly, barbecue was good .. mushrooms, paneer, seek kabab, pineapple, corn etc.. food was good .. The celebrated the birthday with full energy and enthusiasm. Pani Puri wasn't that tasty. Only thing was availablity of places at a point but I guess it was too crowded that's day. Better have the reservations in advance. It was a good experience with family.

Had been for lunch with family for veg buffet. Starters were nice. Dessert was ok. Main course and chats were ok. And had celebrated Birthday over there too.

Food tasted ok but not great. Service they have to improve a lot. The chat counter does not have many options and at the desserts counter there is no one to serve. Only the customers have to go and serve themselves. The ambience is nicely maintained. The restrooms are located outside and they have a passcode to open the doors.

Barbeque Nation in a way pioneered the concept of grilled food in India. Although they have competition now, they have managed to keep leadership position in the market. I visited this place with my family on 29th November to celebrate a Birthday. Though it was a weekday, the restaurant was full during evening. While it didn't take us much time to get a seat, the service started late and was very slow. Not sure if they were understaffed that day or that's how this particular location worked. Since we are vegetarians, we took vegetarian food. There were several grilled items for vegetarians as well, including Paneer, Garlicky mushrooms, vegetarian tikki or kabab, Soya Chap, pineapple, crispy corn, etc. There were live counters making chat and Tava fried vegetables. In the main course, there were gravy items, Noodles and Chinese gravy, roti/Naan, etc. For the dessert, there were several types of mini cake pieces, gulab jamun, ice cream, kulfi, phirni and a really tasty Moong dal halwa. The staff also sang and celebrated birthday and gave a small cake. At the end, they served us complimentary sweet lemon soda also. Overall, it was a good experience and we would like to visit the place again in near future.

Place feels a bit crowded at full capacity. Food wise it's okay, veg had multiple options like broccoli grill which stood out. Mutton based items were limited. Desserts were a bit disappointing as usual. Mr. Ruchan provided good service.

Have been to other barbeque nation outlets, this was first visit to Yelahanka outlet. Better sitting layout, did not feel cramped for space. The barbecue items were good, special mention for tawa veg fry from the live counter. Service was excellent. One suggestion is to mention that there is basement parking available when booking is done, wasn't aware of this and ended up searching parking elsewhere before discovering the basement parking

Pritam served us , he was very patient and concerned about our preference . All staff were friendly . Fish food festival is happening currently and it was good . My kids enjoyed the non spicy variants . We had a good time @ Bbq nation Yelahanka.

To be honest it's a good place for the casual hangouts and parties. The service provided by the team is also excellent and I would give 5 stars for it. 2 stars given is for the food the majority of the items tasted very bad and should definitely be improved the rice items and the desserts especially .Having these loop holes fixed this would be a great place!

Really I enjoyed the each and every type of variety there, I really liked a lot the best Barbeque Nation with best taste in the Bangalore. Went for my friend birthday and atlast they really made her bday 🎂 with joy finally we went 7 people and all are happy.

It's ok , there is good food in non-veg but, in veg it's not that great there are pretty good sweets too but still can improve , the food is not as tasty as it used to be in the past tho 🙂

The worst experience. Butter chicken is made from burnt grilled chicken. Veg options are limited and they won't serve what you ask. In buffet lunch, mutton got finished when we went to serve ourselves. Very crowded and they are unable to handle it. Date of visit 01.10.2023 time 14.30

Wow, impressed the moment we entered. The waiter directed us to the serving table and ensured we felt comfortable. Starters were served hot and fresh. Had a wide range of appetisers. The waiters ensured to keep the spice levels in check. Excellent maincourse, with choices meeting everyone’s needs. Chinese dishes were a let down though, gobi manchurian and noodles were overcooked. Desserts were fine and lived up to the expectations. Out of ordinary was the complimentary cake for my parent’s anniversary which was top notch, anniversary song was played and claps were clapped. Great Experience !! However, one thing that kept annoying me was the waiters kept asking if we needed drinks repeatedly, when we had denied it the very first time. Leave a like if this helped you!

This buffet hotel offers delicious food and is worth the money. The service they provide is very kind. They don't get you into a hurry to leave but you can feast as much as you want. They provide everything from starters to desserts.

It was a very great experience, I went with my family. The whole experience was great. Mr PRADEEP, from the service team was very good and was taking care of our table. I am utterly disappointed with my Dine-In experience at BBQ Nation Yelahanka. The entire experience is horrible to say the least. Here are my observations. Before I begin - I am not new to BBQ Nation - Have visited multiple outlets in Bangalore and Mysore so I know what I am talking about. Firstly - the Entire Staff is USELESS to say the least. Whatever they talk is like talking to themselves. They mumble something and serve the Dish. I had a tough time to understand what they are saying. The dishes served were pathetic to say the least. The spread is very minimal, and you need to ask every time you need something. They do not bother to check in on the table. Mind you this was a Mid-Week with very less customers. The cutlery was missing from the Table and had to remind them to give it to us multiple times. I literally wanted to walk out but held on to my nerves. They do not give a second serving of Chicken Kebabs. If this is part of your Cost Savings - Good Job, you just lost a customer. I think I am done with BBQ - Trust me guys, you get a better spread and Service for the amount you pay here. You are better off avoiding this place. LASTLY - the Toilet stinks and you feel like throwing up. BOTTOM LINE - YOU NEED WELL TRAINED STAFF WHO ARE PLEASANT. JUST SHOUTING HAPPY BIRTHDAY DOES NOT CUT IT.

It is a very nice and lively place to get together for family and friends. Has a good range of buffets with wide dishes from Continental, South Indian and North Indian. Weekends can rush so plan in advance or request for reservation if accepted. The grill is generally full and they keep asking for more but this time I felt due to peak load they were unable to replenish our dishes quickly. We had to call them many times for fried chicken and prawns. Taste wise it was great I definitely recommend this place.

Good starters and desert and very friendly staff. Separate kulfi counter-a must try, which comes in multiple flavours. One interesting thing they have a section in main course where one can find food items specific to ongoing festive season.

It was a wonderful and wholesome experience. The staff were very nice and polite. They were continuously available for us. Even the chef came to us and asked personally about any changes that needed to be made to the food. The food was cooked to perfection. Although some improvements can be made to the main course. This place is an easy recommendation from my side.

I've been to BBQ Kolkata restaurants many times and this is the first time I went to their Yelahanka restaurant. I must say the Yelahanka BBQ is by far the finest one that I had visited. The variety of starters, the main course spread and the courtesy of the staffs - really awesome experience! They might need some improvement from the ambience front but I didn't mind that because it wasn't bad either. Give it a try and you won't regret! Get there between 7pm to 7: 30 pm and you'll get early bird discount as well.

Good place. Grill was ok. I felt some products were not so well cooked. Not possible to get the complete worth of money offered for buffet. But once in a while taking family or friends is fun. Also don't forget to ask them to celebrate your closed ones special occasion. They offered a complementary cake. It was fun with their singing.

Went with my brother and sister. Looks like the BN is catching up. We couldn't reach the restaurant on time as per our slot we picked. We had rescheduled it and somehow got it in through. The grills are good. I think it offers more variety than a normal person's appetite would demand. They still did not have the bar license yet but they were promising that the bar license is going to be operational from next month onward. Parking is a serious issue. It's a no parking zone in front of the restaurant. Better to take Ola or Uber.

Went here on August 20 after lockdown was removed..had a great meal and great experience..looked really safe temperature checks and sanitizer at entrance...table is sanitized in front of us.. All employees were wearing masks... Entry was restricted to only 50% of crowd.. Though there were not many.. Social distancing with only alternate tables... All buffet items are delivered to table.. We can order with our phone... So a nice job..Food was great as usually tasty starters to deserts.. enjoyed the meal..

Strange experience with barbecue nation for the first time. They completely changed their menu. In a way you don't feel it's worth the money spent. Their Biriyani is the worst even if you compare it with the roadside food. They serve seafood mostly In the starters and only 1-2 chicken dishes. If you ask for it they serve the same 1-2 dishes where you expect for something very special. Change your menu or change it to limited menu!!

Did not visit the place but ordered online. Biryani and kebab box. By seeing the packing only I was impressed. It was awesome and looks like some electronics item is packed. Inside the big pack, there were separate packs for starters, salads, salan, chutney, Biryani, sweets. I must say, food was good not great because it gets cold till we start consuming it, but still it was tasty and price worthy. Must try combo.

Visited this place for dinner and it exceeded expectations. We don't have a large appetite and so buffets are not ideal for us however this one was special because of the service. The waiters (Roy & Ravi) went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience and kept checking if we were comfortable with the taste of the food, so much so that they were willing to alter it according to our spice preference. The spread of starters was impressive and they have a really nice kulfi bar where you can ask for customisations. Really pleasant experience and will be back soon, this time more hungry!!!

I was happy with the service. But i was expecting a complimentary drink which was not provided. It was bit a less than expected. We waited for 10-15 mins for clean plates which was bit off on the service part. Hope it is not something that's gonna repeat.

It was my birthday celebration and made by day. The service was awesome , food was just too good, took proper precautions for vegetarian. The man who served was Pradip was very humble, honest and dedicated. He didn't even accept any tip ,though we forced him .

As usual like all the bbq this is same . We had good experience over there , as usual food was good. No doubt the service is good but I would like if the service can be little fast , we went on good Friday and the service was very slow , sometimes we waited alot for the starter itslf . Anyways this can be change might be it's good Friday there is rush that's why it's difficult to serve . Not sure what the problem. Also I would suggest if they can add some other things in there bbq . I went in some other bbq whr they even serve pizza , and hot pasta and all but here I didn't find it .

It's a good visit once in a while. It's the same food that gets served, non-veg options are plenty, but vegetarian options are quite limited. For Vegeterians, I would recommend having their Buffet, which is much better than their barbecue options - Don't get filled by their Barbecue.

Worst experience ever had, AC not working, mediocre food. Half of the buffet was always empty. Starter Refilling is taking miserably long. Waited forever for kulfi with no luck. Last year, when I visited it, was good. Just wondering how comes one can go from best to worst in less than a year. If you want to just go by the reputation try this restaurant. Giving 1 star because no option for 0000. 😡

At delivery counter of food, happend to see that the staffs are drinking water from one bottle commonly and same water is used to dilute gravy meant for parcel delivery. Without gloves, they are using bear hands to wipe the extra chutney spread on the vessel to fill the parcel container. They must look into this seriously. Un professionals are deployed there.

Our go-to Barbeque Nation in Bangalore. We always had a enjoyable experience, love the staff and service. However on a busy evening of February 14th, our booking for a table of 10 got delayed by 1 hour furthermore after we got a table, the food was delayed or reduced due to a busy day. All this added bitterness to our rather sweet past experience. Later we had to rush through our dinner as it was near closing time and almost all the staff were in the mood to end the day, which I won't complain about since they had a busy day. The good side of that evening was the staff. Their friendly attitude and their calm demeanor put a sweet twist to our experience. Sasank , Sunny, the front desk staff and frankly ever staff on that evening put in everything to ensure they ameliorate our experience. Good on the staff and team! Need more work with the process of assigning tables. To the management, please try to avoid such experience in the future as we love this branch and wish to visit in the future. Please notify any possibility of delays or don't take bookings if it's a busy day. The team did great, couldn't hand the flowers to show my appreciation to the folks. Lastly, we love BN as they always inquiring about any dietary restriction, tailor the service to match our food preferences, parking option, compliment cakes, kid-friendly service and the list goes on.
