I have been to other onesta branches in Bangalore before and have generally loved the experience. However my visit to the Yelahanka outlet was not that great. Ambience and the property set up is much better than othe onesta.. so it is so disappointing to see the quality lacking. As always we went in for the unlimited pizza option. The desserts were awesome ... Truly and 10/10. The chillers were also well prepared. However, it were the pizzas that lacked the kick. Somehow nothing clicked for us.. neither the cheese and nor the base. Some days are off days .. may be we got in to one. They had the varieties .... We tried all the toppings but as I said the base is same and it didn't suit us good. But one that stood out was the double cheese mushroom pizza in veg.

I love thin crust pizza and this was just how I wanted it. Though the chicken topping was quite less. Taste was good and price was reasonable too. I had placed order from Swiggy, so availed some offer as well.

Onesta Yelanka has a really good ambience. The overall food was delicious, the pizzas were fresh and very light. We ordered mushroom & onion pizza , chicken loaded pizza and BBQ chicken pizza. Also ordered white chocolate cheesecake and death by chocolate for dessert. Worth all that we spent and we went on a thursday, so they had offers which made it more exciting to order ! Our server Shahid was very helpful and the overall experience was really nice

Food wise experience was good untill one mistake of a waiter started demeaning and went way out of his ground and suggesting what and what not to order. with a consistent rude demeanour, it was no less than borderline harrassment to a customer. Very good place for getting wide variety of pizzas. Even much more better than pizzahut n dominos. They even have unlimited offer and special discounts for ladies on certain days. Loved the place and best option for pastries too.

Great pizza stop! They have a wide variety of pizza options both veg and non veg. Along with those sides like cheese garlic bread, plain garlic bread , potato wedges and many more. Dessert options are also available. Like a mousse jar, cheese cake jar, muffin, cup cakes, KitKat jar etc. One of the catch of onesta is it's unlimited pizza concept. It costs ₹400 per head and this package includes , unlimited pizza, unlimited garlic bread, 1 drink and 1 dessert. It's worth it ! The pizza has load of toppings! The taste was also good. The dips given with the food was delicious! I went there for the "name of the week" concept. Basically the person whose name has the letters announced by the Onesta's name of the week will get 50% discount on unlimited pizza concept. Along with that person whoever goes, they too get to redeem this offer ! A great catch isn't it ?! The staff is friendly and the ambiance is good too. There is not much parking space though. Great place to host parties as well. Arrangements are also done on prior notice. Overall 4/5 experience

Onesta, the name itself has a fancy vibe to it. The place has an amazing ambience. We got the pizza delivered however, and didn't miss out on the fun of the tasty food. The packaging was well done. We ordered Barbeque pizza, the best part about it was the sauce which tasted very different compared to other pizza places. Also there were adequate amount of toppings and overall the taste was great.

Pre pandemic the place was really good. Now food taste has come down and is not good at all.. do not visit with a notion that back then it was good.

In these times of the pandemic, Druid's policy seems to be "if we pretend it's not there, then it's really not there!". We were at Druid on a weeknight, and the management was packing people in like there's no tomorrow. We spoke the manager, and he seemed unmoved that they should really have a better policy on number of people they seat on any given evening. So in these times, going to this place, is a risky move... one we are NOT going to repeat!

This store has an awesome ambience.They play music continuously and although it is not Air conditioned it is a comfortable place to dine in. There is a special offer that unlimited pizzas* for 350-400 per person. We had gone for a birthday party and I really enjoyed the food. Superb place to spend time and eat real Italian pizzas. The ambience is great and the spread of tables is at a good distance for privacy. I like their Pesto paneer pizza and Potato Rosemary the most. However all varieties are nice. You can take all you can eat do not waste. They serve as many as you want, fresh and hot. The service is very good and one dessert and mocktail is free with the Pizza Buffet plan. You could also order "Serve all menu" buffet plans but frankly you may not be able to eat so much unless you are a big fan of eating Pizza/Pasta combo. Heads up. It's on the 3rd floor and the lift is not functioning properly. Use stairs to be a little more bon appetit.

Had the unlimited pizzas menu on Thursday. Had 50% off for women, so the net price was close to ₹250 incl. Taxes. The unlimited menu has pizzas, garlic bread sticks, 1 dessert and 1 beverage. Most signature and special pizzas were excellent. Particularly liked Basil pizza and a Schezwan pizza. Desserts and beverages were good too. The taste though is not close to Dominos and neither is the pizza quality. Probably the pizza given is better if ordered a-la-carte. The ambience is very good. Being a weekday, service was fast. The Onesta branch is not accessible by wheelchair and needs us to take stairs for one floor.

Exceptional service. The staff are incredibly attentive, have a happy smile and know the menu well. Very safe. Each person that enters has temperatures checked and they have a sanitizer spray for you and your bag and so on. Which is good! The food, well, we loved it.

This used to be a happening & talked about space but post pandemic they have drastically gone down in their service & attitude. The space is full of people without any social distancing norms and when asked to be seated on the terrace since its an open area and less risk of contracting the virus from others they flatly refuse and say it for 4 people and above. The bald guy there has an attitude of a horse and brains of a nincompoop. The reception guys calls himself the manager without an iota of knowing what a managers job is. This place should sink and BBMP should take note of the risks this place carries for visitors

I visited this place after seeing such high reviews. However the meatballs n burger were just average, the chicken tikka pizza however was really good, the coolers and the cake were amazing, must try. Don't try the pasta though. They do have unlimited food n buffet options at merely 400, 750 per person which is great if you have a huge group of heavy appetite people particularly for kids b'day parties. But otherwise is an average cafe. The staff however is extremely polite ❤️ and provide fast services.

Onesta well know for their unlimited pizza buffet, yes its in yelahanka new town. Was very happy to goto this place, as i have been to this place in other areas and like it much. As of now they do not have all menu buffet and they have only unlimited pizza buffet. this is ok ok. Ambience is as in other outlets wooden chairs n benches and with plants its very pleasant. Watch-out, no parking place road side parking only. so plan your parking before going. Coming to Pizzas, Cheese stuffed crust marg... is completely avoidable was expecting a lot but the cheese in crust is very less, its lot of bread no cheese at all. Cream roasted veggies is also very ok ok. Ravioli is good and well made. Veg lasagne is completely avoidable. Mango baked cheese cake is ok ok dessert. Completely avoid on offer days (the offer is if ur name has 4 letters you get a pizza n dessert free), if you go also you find very limited menu they say that is not available this is not available. Service is very slow and staff is not co-operative. they do not know whats in the menu. when its crowded they never attends the customers at all.

So here's my experience of this place when I visited it on 26th December. I had booked for two before visiting, but didn't get any call or email regarding that. When I visited the place, no one was there to greet me and take me to my table, unlike before pandemic, they were greeting customers as soon as they entered and tooking us to our table, etc. I got seated, and one guy came to take our orders. He took and just went away. He didn't even pour us water. Then I saw them making our food, since it is open kitchen like before, literally no one were wearing mask and gloves. And no one had the head cover inside the kitchen. I was shocked. Such a reputed restuarant, and this is what happened after it has been passed to a different owner. I heard from the manager here that the owner of onesta have been changed, so I was worried about the food quality and taste, that it might have gone down since after the pandemic, and it was true. The food quality, menu choices and taste, all three do not meet atleast 50% standard like it was before. Menu choices were narrowed down to 60-70% of dishes compared to before, prices have gone up for unlimited menu. And the taste doesn't meet atleast 30% lime it was before. I am referring to the taste of the entire menu excluding desserts. After having dinner, as usual we paid the bill and we came out of the restaurant disappointed. My final conclusion is if you have visited before and want to visit again, I am 100% sure that you will be very disappointed by their service, cleanliness, taste and pricing. Instead me personally would choose other buffets which one can get for similar or even lesser price. For people who didn't try Onesta before, can give it a try, since there is no other restaurant with similar buffet for such a price. (I forgot to take the pic of the new menu, they have reduced the choices of pizzas, taken out ravioli and lasagna from the menu, and increased the price for unlimited entire menu to Rs.649 for veg and I guess Rs.699 for non veg)

The ambience is just amazing. But service was way too slow due to the IPL screening. The crowd was a lot. Rooftop was also great. They helped us with candle light dinner. Although the staff pulled through most stuff food want great either. Every did item was bland and the udon noodles was slightly burnt which gave it a funny taste. However the dessert was too AMAZING. Chocolate hazelnut cake was simply divine. Best thing to order. But it is slightly overpriced. They can definitely work on their pricing or quality. One of them has to improve. Overall it's good only for Indian cuisine and their brewery.

Big fancy place with no basic facility like a card swiping machine. Sumit was the most discourteous and impolite steward. That's my 2 cents on this place! And absolutely no social distancing or even temperature checking. So a covid hotspot in the making.

For starters it's a very big place. The seating arrangements I must say am impressed with. Coming to the service, it's exceptional and the ambience is superb. Loved going there and it's a must go for any brew lover. Pricing is decent and the food options are pretty good too. FYI, Happy hours exist till 6 PM and this was when I visited the place on a Sunday.

Tried this place on recommendation of a friend. Located on the roof. Had a lot of sitting space. Was quite empty when we visited but had a rush of online delivery orders . Tried out the deserts. Must try the apple and pear cheesecake. Staff behavior was ok.They usually push you to order the all you can eat combos. Service was slightly slow. Roadside parking is the only parking available. They accept both cash and digital payments.

Great place for some fresh and hot pizzas, and their buffet pricing is unbeatable. Though i have to point out that they have removed some drinks from the unlimited menu which is a bummer. Dominoes fans beware this is not those kind of pizzas, these are simpler pizzas where the flavour is derived from the toppings and the cheese, the pizza base and flavouring isn't over the top like in some spicy and flavour laden pizzas dominoes is known for. This place is generally not overcrowded and the time to table is bearable.

An economical place for school and college kids to hangout in Yelahanka New Town. The menu is specially customized to encourage youngsters to eat more with their unlimited packages. Though the pizzas were small and thin they tasted good and were not too much filling like the other common brands. For instance 2 of us were able to eat 4 pizzas, a grilled chicken burger and a DBC along with our choice of fizzy drink. The service was pretty poor even when the place was almost empty at around 7.30pm. They can certainly improve on this aspect. I would recommend this place for all who are looking to fill your stomach at a descent price. I recommend you choosing one of the unlimited packs and take advantage of it.

Must try the unlimited pizza option, food is good, order it in advance so you enjoy continuity as baking pizza can take time. Only problem is the monkey trouble and they are all over the roof and it's a bit scary as well. They sit right above the kitchen and cooking area most of the time after evening hours

This place is really good. Should surely go for big gathering of 20 to 25 people.(we were 17 people) Free dessert and complementary soft drink. Pizza- It was average not to good not too bad. Staff- Staff was friendly, and was adhering to request Service speed- Speed was pretty slow. We waited 20 minutes for our unlimited pizza batch. This place is nice for birthday party occasions and you can try out the place.

Onesta is known for their thin crust Pizzas, and a lot of variety in their menu. However, I did not see that kind of variety here... anyways, that did not take away our experience of the Pizzas. They were tasty and served hot. The service is great. There are some beverages, sides and desserts available on their menu which are good, but they didn't have some of those items at the time. Overall, you should give the Pizzas a try. They are delicious!

I usually come here with my friends and go for the Unlimited Pizza Menu. The pizzas are quite good and I highly suggest you to try the Chocolate Banana Pizza! Everything is Good Except Deserts they're are not fresh

One of the worst in terms of hygiene I have seen. A rotten banana eaten by one of the staff is left lying on the main table used to make and cut pizzas. The condition of the restrooms was worse. Hair around and in the washbasins was sad to see. Pizzas taste was manageable but cheese was slightly uncooked. Not recommended until things change.

Great place. The only thing is that the taste keeps degrading as order increases up to a point where you wont find any difference between two distinct pizzas. The offer of unlimited sides and desserts and beverages at 480 was a very good one and they removed it in the new menu. Edit: Onesta is now shut down.

If you want a pizza and tall glass of coke. This place is good. Be careful not to order anything fancy like the bbq shrimp/prawn pizza or the double cheese chicken. These are not good. They do the simpler meat and veg pizzas well. The size is nice. It's a good place to take children and family but you cannot expect a healthy meal here.

The pizza tastes fine. The ambience is nice. The issue is, it is on 3rd floor and there is no lift to reach there, you have to take the steps and i would recommend not to go alone specially after 6, there are no shops at any floor, its vacant. I had almost tried all the pizza and few starters, i wud say the skewers are not good, it is not marinated properly, the spices should me infused in the chicken and paneer, instead u can taste the raw oil and spice mix.

To all the past customers of Onesta, you will be disappointed at the taste of the food if you are visiting after the lockdown. It's a honest review. I've visited onesta plenty of times before the lockdown and the food was so good but I am very disappointed by the food that they have served.

Came here after a long hectic office day and planned to celebrate V'Day. 14th Feb they had a special dinner menu for couples and all foods were delicious, just loved it. Staffs were welcoming. Overall it was a nice experience. Loved to visit again.

The ambience is quite nice, the waiters are very polite, the food is good, and the beer is excellent. People from a wide range of age groups are there, so whether you go with family or friends, it's a nice place to be. There is the added advantage of the place being located in a very nice and happening neighborhood. Prior reservation is recommended. Downsides: the place was quite crowded, with no efforts of implementing social distancing (we were actually told we were wrong to even expect it). I've been to other places recently who have taken more concrete steps (distance between tables, fibre glass partition between tables etc), so I don't see why Druid Garden can't implement any of these. Also, the place is quite expensive.

If you love beer, you will most definitely like this roof top brewery. Delicious food and wonderful craft beers just makes this place awesome. Seperate smoking zones, clean restrooms and friendly staff will make your day.

Very disappointed with the service, the food was very late, our soup was served after our main course which was basically tasteless and not at all how it was described in the menu, pasta was served reheated, sorry, wouldn't recommend going there. So dissatisfied!!

Good serving of pizza and drinks. The desserts could have been a bit better in taste and richness. The bacon and prawn, chicken cheesy and pepperoni pizzas are their best.

We had cheese pasta and pizza, cup cakes, cheese cake, fresh lime soda. I liked the food. The ambience is really good. The price is not bad. I have ordered before but this was the first time in the restaurant. It's a nice place.

Been in the area for some time now but still had never eaten here. Decided to get a paneer sandwich followed by 2 pizza, one being pan and the other being thin crust. Both were prepared well but I would go with the thin crust option anyday unless you want some quantity then the pan crust would be the option. The chicken tikka topping was amazing. Disappointed at the paneer sandwich. It came in cold giving the feeling that it was made using items straight out of a refrigerator. Would definitely recommend coming here for the pizza.

Last time I visited I had a great experience. But last week when I visited it was a waste of time and money. Sorry people. I'm giving it 4 star because it was 5 star initially 1st visit now it's just 3 star.

We Took 2 unlimited and 2 regular pay per pizza. I felt the quality was compromised is unlimited pizza, the same pizza tasted better when I paid for it separately. 🤔Anyways the quality was better than other pizzas in the market. 🤪 Garlic bread sticks seriously was bad. 😣

Give it a pass! The food was uneatable. I told them i wanted pizza with bacon and prawns, they mentioned prawns was unavailable which i understood and told them to get it only with bacon instead. and boom!! they added pineapple without even asking me and say “mam prawns weren’t available so we added pineapple” i went with my friend but there was one more accompanied with us!! it was a spiderrrr! onesta is overhyped.
