Owner Abdulhameed Ghanima is very big problem person. He just want to get much money from you.Money is most important for him. very very greedy. but He almost did not guide. He does just driving and waiting in the car. He says ''Go arround by yourself,I will wait here'' He did not come with us. We asked ''You are tourist guide so please come with us and tell us about the place. but He is very bother to guide ,come with us and getting angry easily,cry. I think he just want to go back to hotel early time.If we ask something,He does not answer seriously. If you suggest him something about tour something, He does not hear you. He act like a child. but On E-mail ,not like this. because He make you come to Yemen to get much money from you. He will invite you on E-mail and He say "Yemen is very safe,no problem, situation is improved, very nice. I never see terrorism'' but all these are telling a lie. If you have any problem, he does not refund you. He feign friendliness. If you go there, He ask you money everything on firstday. He canmot hold back his emotion. He is smiling when he is in a good mood. looks like a dual personality. Yemen have many great culture and great people. However, He is really NO. First of all, I have to say that after I had been in 122 countries I could say that this is one of my best trips. Abdul and I were talking around 2 months managing this adventure. People told us that we were crazy because Yemen wasn’t safe and comfortable. As I told before, our trip was brilliant and it’s thanks to Andulrahman and Jamal, these guys are excellent people so they were worried all time for our needs. We were 6 days together, I take two brothers with me. They invited a wedding party, Muslim celebration, football match… I recommend do this trip with Easy Travel to Yemen, I rarely repeat same country because I want to visit the whole world but I will come back for sure. I spent one week on the Yemen mainland with Easy Travel to Yemen. The experience was unforgettable. I visited the Hadhramaut region and also Wadi Dawan, which was amazingly beautiful. Communication with easy travel to Yemen was fluid and transparent, and the driver picking us up at the airport in Salalah Oman was unbelievably patient with us. Our luggage never arrived from our connecting flight through Doha with Qatar airlines to Salalah, and he patiently waited for over an hour while we processed our claim under stressful circumstances. I know it probably messed up their schedule a bit, but there wasn't any complaint on his end and the service was great. I went to Yemen with Easy Travel from Dec 25 2018 to Jan 4 2019. I went to Socotra + Hadhramaut. The original plan included Sanaa but unfortunately my permissions fell through at the last minute due to peace talks + prisoner exchange. I see 2 1 star reviews and I can honestly say my experience with Abdul Hamed (Easy Travel) was the exact opposite. Abdul Hamed is incredibly caring, honest and flexible but most importantly: he understands Yemen and makes what would be an incredibly difficult trip (the country doesn’t issue tourist visas at the time of this post) relatively easy.
