Relatively tidy environment compared to other similar facilities at Yendi but staff although warm, need some little professionalism to have a significant edge over the others. Staff attitudes are generally too casual.

Extra quality has a great potential but management is very poor. Issues with doors, mosquitoes, water not running, ACs not working well but great infrastructure in my view. Could be better managed
