Awesome ambience and hospitality. Stayed in Arabic suit gust house, shared pictures of the room. Had a grander experience. Good parking facilities. Wish there should have been some entertainment activities around. Some sites were under construction hope that will come out with entertainment arenas.

We had a pleasant stay, the rooms & ambience was good, but had issues with the bathroom, it was smelly & there were few instances of power cuts. And the phone wasn't working & it wasn't fixed even after repeated complaints There's a small pool, we'll maintained. There is both indoor & outdoor play area. Food was good but its little overpriced, and the servings was unorganized. They served the main course first, the soups came at the end. The restaurant is situated at the top of the hotel, it could be difficult for elderly people as the pathway is pretty steep. Over all the customer service could be a lot better. I would rate this place 3/5.

Room was just ok. Very poor room service. You don't get morning tea through room service. No shampoo, hand wash, total toiletries items were missing in bathroom. Worst was when I asked for tissue paper they said they don't provide. You can enjoy pool with your family and friends. Complimentary breakfast was too good. Served well and staff is the restaurant were polite and helpful. Overall was not atall happy with the stay. Didn't meet my expectations.

Stayed for a weekend with family. Neat, calm and clean property. Clean rooms. Well maintained swimming pool. Snacks and campfire with DJ in evening. Restaurant with good food and decent breakfast spread. Room space is bit less especially if you are going with kids. Major drawback is the location- need to drive through about 500 m of rough patch of road and no view.

Resort is quite good. All standard amenities like swimming hall , Play area for kids, indoor play room, big and small auditorium, open and outdoor auditorium all are available. Point to improve: 1. Must rework on the entrance. The entrance looks some old dilapidated buildings gate. Won’t justify the interior 2. Food especially North Indian stuffs needs improvement. South Indian stuffs are good

The resort is adequate. However, the food is subpar for the price. Additional mattresses are the worst thing you can get, so avoid them and book a separate room. They told they will charge for extra water bottle.Overall, a pleasant and clean environment. They can improve in some areas.

The rooms were neat and clean. Service was excellent. The only issue is the street that connect the hotel to the main road is not proper. I would recommend it for the excellent and prompt service they provided.

We stayed in a suite room and were charged Rs.8000 for 4 members. It was not like a suite room at all. The room was not spacious enough. Food service, room service and housekeeping was very poor. We had to call several times to get food or other room service. Housekeeping never came even after making multiple calls. Not worth the cost they charge.

It was an amazing stay in resort,well maintained rooms ,ambience is gud,kids will enjoy in play area,restaurant ambience and food tastes very gud,there breakfast buffet is so gud and all items are tasty .I highly recommend this place

The place is located next to municipal garbage dump. The entire resort has an unbearable stink most of the time. The approach road is very bad. The rooms are small and not great. Room service is very slow. Food was ok but service was very very slow.

Place is good with calm surrounding. Food at restaurant is also nice. Breakfast spread is vast and tasty. Commute to the hotel will be a difficult task if we don't have own vehicle and would need to rely on Auto n Cab. Autos were available from the stop we got into and that was a relief. Other facilities at hotel is also a plus point. Will be useful for planning stay cation too

Rooms are very clean. Neatly maintained the facility. Food taste is excellent. Kids will enjoy the open atmosphere. Morning buffet is excellent with lot of varieties. Ample car parking space. Very calm and good place to relax.

Good experience in TGI..Rooms were neat and clean..Water heater were in working condition..extra quilt were provided as per our request without any extra charges..Only issue was with food..on the first day the food was served chill and spicy. Also the number of items on their breakfast and lunch menu were very less..Moreover we had very less south Indian items on their menu list..So this needs to be improved.. However Compliment breakfast was tasted good and we had a variety of items. Overall a good experience in TGI...But pls do carry more umbrellas from home while travelling in winter season due to unpredictable rains..

The room was clean and nice for two people. The washroom was kept clean too. The problem which we faced is that there was no wifi provided plus no bonfire. It was a waste of money for us as we could not enjoy with our family. Please confirm and go on the property.

I have not yet stayed here but visited the resort in August 2023, just to check it out as we are planning a college reunion in January. The rooms are fine but the bathrooms definitely need improvement. All modern day hotels & resorts in this class have shower partitions to prevent water entering the wash basin or water closet area. This keeps bathrooms cleaner and also prevents slippery floors in the non shower parts. Please look into this immediately. Thanks

Stayed with family. Stay was comfortable with good service. They are having a kids play area and kids swimming pool which girl enjoyed a lot. Evening time, they had the shops inside the open area was awesome with snacks and tea with music and songs. Food menu was limited but tasty. Good weekend location for family.

Excellent resort. Only thing is lunch and dinner food needs to be worked upon. Breakfast is excellent. Room service and hospitality is very good.. Note: Try commuting with your own vehicle. Else you will be charged huge amount by local auto drivers. There is no rental bike/car available in Yercaud..

Good place to stay with family. We stayed in Avacado room. Lots of monkeys are there. Keep your door and windows closed always during the stay. In a fraction of seconds they come inside and steal food items.

We have booked the entire resort for 2 days wedding at a good price. There are different category of rooms, Arabica, avacado, robusta and flora. Each category has suite rooms and normal rooms. The resort has pool and play area. There are 2 banquet halls for any event. There are 2 parking places. Overall it is a good place for any event personal/corporate.

We had super cool stay at TGI Resort for my Birthday this year. I loved the whole place and the room was soo clean and I liked the room ambience also. Kids will enjoy in the play area. And we enjoyed the night camp fire for the cool whether. We played indoor games and shuttle also, we spent good quality time in this resort. Staffs are so friendly. Over all good experience by spending the weekend especially on my birthday..

It was a last minute booking the room is good but can do better. The location is good near the lake and botanical garden walking distance. The place is nice and green has play area and ample parking space. The food is average can do better. The weather gets colder at night do carry warm clothes pool is available from 8-6.

The room is like a hotel room with no sitting space outside and no view at all. Food is not that great, it is better to opt the rooms without food option, there are plenty of restaurants a km away from the resort. Pool space is without chairs, parents accompanying children have to sit on the floor. Staff is service is good other than that the place is unsatisfactory.

Service at hotel rooms and restaurant was top class. Whenever we requested for room cleaning, the responded promptly. Kids enjoyed the well maintained swimming pool, and play area. TT table and bats were broken. Located at the center and everything is accessible. Climb and Ascent from the location is steep. Limited varieties available in complimentary breakfast. First day we went to restaurant and ordered, had to wait for more than 30 mins. Came to know that usually guests order 30 min ahead and then visit the restaurant. That did work 😊

The room service in room dinning and no proper response from there side and didn't like the response from there side , we have stayed for 2 days Overall a good . Customer Satisfaction is very important People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. Put yourself in their shoes. The basics of business is to stay as close as possible to your customers—understand their behavior, their preferences

Rooms looks old. Might need to walk a steep slope if your room is far from main gate. They say monkeys might come so keep doors and windows close. Buffet breakfast is good. And location is good. Otherwise resort stay wise not recommended.

Amazing experience with my family. The buffet breakfast and dinner were commendable in their beautiful in-house restaurant. Lovely staycation on a luxurious cottage. Great food and of course great hospitality of all the staffs there. We were also offered complimentary buffet breakfast. Enjoyed the stay.

Good ambience, Good services, Well maintained rooms. Food is very tasty. I ordered south Indian curd rice and it came the way I wanted. Chef led by Mr Ajay and his team took good care of our taste buds and made our stay memorable. Strongly recommend stay and dining too.

The rooms were neat and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. The morning breakfast buffet is worthy of mention. A good spread. Monkey menace is an issue. But the monkeys come for the food that the guests leave outside even after being advice by the staff not to do so. Overall a good place to stay in yercaud.

It was an amazing 3 day 2 night trip to Yercaud and TGI had amazing facilities, especially with the Activ8 group, who arranged some amazing and innovative activities. The Staff was kind and helpful, although we came in a group of 140 and had to be stuffed into 5 per room, it still felt quite comfortable. The pool is very good although the sport/game materials are not well maintained. The food was quite impeccable, especially for a large group such as ours.
