Rooms were not clean. There were so many cockroaches. And there is no ventilation at all. Room was very smelly. The fan was also not proper. It only ran on high speed and make too much of noise.

Tasty Breakfast: Enjoyed the breakfast. Kids were provided with Cornflakes. They loved the bread and jam. User friendly staffs: Checkin, Checkout was smooth. Communication was good. Car driver were allowed to use the parking restrooms. Management: Well maintained, Organized Loved the Lake view Clean rooms.

Average stay. Check in experience and restaurant service could have been improved. Check in: 1 🌟. Check in time was 1 PM. We reached at 2:15 PM and room was not ready. We waited in restaurant. Finally at 3:00 PM they made the room available. Staff and service: 4 🌟 Friendly staff. Very good service. Room: 5 🌟 Big rooms with balcony. Neat and clean rooms and bathroom. Restaurant/Food: 2 🌟 The chef is good but the restaurant manager is not experienced. Looks like confused and not friendly. There was no menu card. No varieties of food. But available food are good in taste. Buffet Breakfast was ok. Not much varieties.

Stayed here for 2 days and they charged a bomb as it was a last minute booking on a busy weekend.Rooms are clean, staff is courteous and food is good. Service is quick and most of the starters we ordered were tasty. They have limited options for dinner and service closes by 9;30 pm. They also offer complimentary breakfast and the spread is decent. Taste wise too it is OK.They have a parking lot so ppl travelling from other places in a car need not worry about parking which generally is a issue in some tourist spots.

The experience of stay in GVS was pleasant. The staff is very well mannered and helpful. Food quality of the restaurant was good. Choice of south indian dishes is little less. Lake facing rooms are good as it has a dining area and kitchen available. Toiletaries were enough and were of good quality during the short visit.

I would highly recommend everyone this hotel for stay, don't have any negative thngs to say. The way of service, room, especially food was awesome. If I have above 5stars I would happily select all the stars for them. Do visit the place and enjoy the service.

Car parking area was good but limited to only 4 according to my knowledge. Neat and clean rooms for families to stay safe and rest peacefully. This place is in yercaud town and not too much crowded.

Stay was excellent. We are 7 members stayed in Suite room and a premium room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Restaurant staff were very nice and we’re doing excellent service. Only con is the location a bit. But the excellent gourmet breakfast trumps that. I will stay one more time when there is a chance.

Location is very accessible. Near to bus stand. Breakfast has idly dosa bread boiled eggs and chutney sambhar. All south indian style and delicious. Feels like authentic home cooked food. Dum biriyani for lunch was awesome

Everyone from the front desk was very nice and very helpful, The rooms were very good and value for money, The restaurant staffs and main kitchen staffs are very friendly, especially Mr. Arun Restaurant captain and Mr. Gautham (Main Kitchen) is very nice to all the guests and they were taking care of all the guests very nicely, I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism of all the staff. We really love this place and all the staffs of GVS..

A nice residence and a good restaurant are located in the main place, easily accessible from the Yercaud bus stand. Rooms and food are affordable and have nice service. Recommended.

We stayed in both their premium deluxe room as well as cottage with 3 rooms. The rooms are well maintained. Location is also safer and closer to many shops for easy purchase. We really enjoyed their complimentary buffet breakfast. Definitely value for money.

We went to the hotel 4 hours prior to the checkin time and they provided a bathroom to refresh, room looks neat, safe and had hygienic food. Staffs take care of all needs.

Hotel is in a really good location from all side seeing location with four-wheeler parking. We had taken the room including breakfast and also the restaurant service is good. Above all the staff is interactive and helpful.

First I thanks to Mr. John, he is the night incharge in this Hotel, very kind person. Staffs are good and Polite. Hotels are clean and Neat. Nice Restaurant, all foods are tasty and hygiene. One disappointment is Briyani not available. Worth for money.

We booked an standard room for 2 days.the managers and staffs were so sweet. We came to the hotel early but they managed to give us our room early.the complimentary breakfast was very delicious and there are lot of options for us to dine.the rooms were very neat and hygiene.the room service was very good.till the time of checkup they responded punctually. Very good hospitality and couteous staff. Close to popular spots. Standard room is good for 2 adults and maybe plus a 3 year old. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was good and cost was nominal.

Loved the service here. The rooms are clean and everything is in working order. The breakfast buffet is a simple affair and the food is yummy. Situated just opposite the small lake , the view from the restaurant is beautiful. Good walking trails around.

We had a great stay in GVS Residency with family. The facility has small games room, a small lake nearby and they have good staffs to take care of us. I strongly recommend this place for family trip. Food - price and quality is reasonable. There is no lift in the facility.
