Kalyan Jewellers have great antiques collection. Diamond collection was ok. Totally it was an ok experience. Offers are nice. Poor ring and daily wear stead collection. Great silver collection. Kalyan jewellers is located in the five roads of Salem. There is a great parking place available.

Parking space is the only good thing in this outlet... Other than that not even tempt to try Kalyan ... Worst collection and worst customer service ... Not even close to pure gold ... Everybody cheats here... they are not ready to explain the bill and MR A. Venkatesan, manager, not even try to go to him.. It’s waste of your time for another cheap guy.. So Conclusion NEVER EVER GO TO KALYAN

Such a worse experience from a prestigious Kalyan jewellers was really shocking. We were not interested in continuing the gold chit but we were forced for several times to continue the services . Customer hospitality was worse ppl who came for gold purchase was treated with coffee but since we came to Close the chit amount of 17500 we were not even offered water, is this the way you get treated. DiY cost was 750 but it was way more higher than other places. We got a gold coin for this amount but we’re treated in a worse way ,highly disappointing. We would never suggest anyone this place.

Worst experience. They have not providing products as promised. Staff behavior also worst. We had three monthly installment plans from kalyan jewllers. At the time of purchase, they are saying so much condition to get that offer which they didn't say at the start of the plan.

Located near 5 roads. Very much visible and Conspicuous location. Sort of a landmark location. Constructed as a Spacious building. Adequate space available for car parking and 2 wheeler. Ornaments are neatly arranged (Nothingnew). Ambience is very good. Staff are courteous. 200ml Water bottle provided to customers along with tea/coffee and beverages. Gold ornaments and silver items are available. Price seems to be competitive but need to bargain to get a better deal.

Nice collections... But don't sale your old jewellery...

I planned to buy 8grm gold coin in Kalyan. Once I saw the gold coin i was totally upset. The coin is not looks like a new one. There is a black mark in the coin. When I asked about it they told it was the trademark symbol. But it not look like a trade mark symbol. One of the disappointed moments in Kalyan..

Lift is not working .... So elderly people have to use staircase to move first floor.... Variety of design available...

Hi staffs are very rude . can't fill customers commitment. don't buy in this shop. much more costly when compare with other jewellery shops. don't buy here and when I come out staffs are hide his ID cards and they hide shop feed back book also so pls don't go to kalyan choose other best shop

Visited Kalyan jewellers to buy a silver Kaapu. Designs were not much but I loved one of it and ended up buying.

Dear people...pls don't purchase kalyan shop anywhere.worst service and fake gold scheme...all are acting...kalyan store all products fake and make from Kerala...pls don't waste your time and money... because, every one rupee your hard work...kind request all brothers and sisters...That wards are not come any personal vangence...
