All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Especially the bar staff, they kept the cocktails flowing! Was a bit hesitant when I heard that all of the food was buffet but it was seriously incredible and such a wide selection. This was the perfect break for me and my friend as a post-graduation treat, we were so well looked after. The hotel and the room itself is beautiful and so well maintained- I will say it is very Brits Abroad but that’s what we expect from an all inclusive, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back one day.

I cannot thank the staff and management enough for my fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel, the room and complimentary wine and fruit blow my mind, they were delicious and with the view brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for that. The location, service, hotel, restaurant, bar, entertainment, gardens and facilities are second to none! They made everyone at the wedding party feel extremely welcome and all our needs were taken very good care of and I look forward to our return. I wish the hotel every success for its future and I know that they will do very much that with the hospitality they currently have. I would recommend this hotel every time to friends, family and anyone else visiting the beautiful island of Cyprus.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel and we really enjoyed. Huge dining room with plenty of varied and delicious food. In addition, there is a buffet that is open most hours by the pool. Three large pools, one for kids with water slides for the little ones and in addition there are slides for adults. The hotel staff provides activities for children and adults from morning to night. The disadvantages are: 1. Children's club - actually there is no children's club and it was missing. 2. The rooms are very small, we were a couple with a 3.5 year old girl and a 1.8 year old baby and we barely had room to move.

We went for a family wedding and had a fantastic holiday. We arrived at the hotel and were asked to fill out a checking in form while a waiter brought us drinks over. No matter what time you arrive, there is always food offered. Rooms small but lovely and spotless. View from room was gorgeous. Food is great every night. No complaints from anyone. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Our Bar waiter at night was always Aziz. He worked so hard but always had a smile for everyone. He was so funny and friendly an asset to the hotel.

Had a really pleasant holiday at this resort, which is geared towards families. The staff are engaging, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Ably resolved a room issue (due to break down in communication between us & Tui). Food is reasonable and varied with a good selection of food aimed at fussy kids (like mine). Building is a little dated with some maintenance issues/poor repairs etc. Be prepared to follow the pool lounger reservation policy otherwise during peaks times you might struggle. Overall we all had a great break and would go back!

My Girlfriend and me had a wonderful time spending my Birthday in Cyprus there. From Service to location to the vast amount of different cuisine that they offered, we were more than satisfied. The Hotel Manager was really friendly I would even say he acted familiar with all the customers. It is the perfect Place for every age class and they offer a lot for each Group. The only thing that I wish to see are more activities for young Adults. We'll definitely be back next Year.

Just come back from an amazing holiday. We arrived at the hotel from the airport after our flight was slightly delayed. We arrived by coach and straight away when we arrived we had our luggage brought in by staff. We was told get a bite to eat and our holiday started. Breakfast was unreal full of variety. Cereal and cooked and pastries galore. The main pool is massive. Me and my boy loved it. The lunch and dinner was amazing so much variety u just have to try it all. We was never bored with it and we was there for 2 weeks. Rooms was spotless cleaners work hard and it was complete luxury. Spotless room at all times. The entertainment team was very upbeat and made us welcome we joined in lots of activities during the day. At night they do themed nights and they work hard and they are very good at what they do. Entertainment massive plus well done team if u see this. Bar staff very quick u don't have to wait to long for a drink. Reception was brilliant any problems they delt with them. The whole hotel is run very professionally and also had a personal touch. U knew they enjoyed having u there. It was so nice and we as a family can't even pick one fault with the hotel. Deffo recommend this hotel and you will never be disappointed. Paradise for all your holiday even when u leave at the end. They help you with your cases. The moment you arrive the moment you depart. You will have such a amazing experience and me and my family want to go back already we've only been home for a few days. Top marks highly recommended.

Coming to the end of a 10 day stay here and I cannot fault the hotel at all. The food and staff were amazing. We have had the best holiday and the waffle bar was a massive hit. The rooms are on the smaller side but we weren't in there enough to mind and the air con was fantastic. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Great hotel; fantastic staff, unfortunately let down by encouraging large groups for weddings which get rowdy and a lack of policies so toddlers splash around in the adult only jacuzzi times and all 5 pools. Used to be great, but overrun with no rest from the mess now. A few policies could fix this.

Great hotel, staff are wonderful, entertainment is excellent! The food is delicious and always tastes fresh. Hotel overall is very clean and tidy. Rooms are suitable for 2 adults would be snug for more than this. Would recommend.

We had a great time made possible by the entertainment crew. They went out of their way and it was great to be made part of a family environment when on holiday. Superb staff, every single member of the large team we met were extremely warm and welcoming people. The facilities are fantastic for kids and the entertainers were fantastic in that they took the time to get to know everyone! Room a tad small for a family of 4, but we only really slept in there so wasn’t the end of the world. Had a great time and will most likely return. Thanks again to the great managers and team!

We had a stay for two weeks here. Friendly Hotelmanager, the food is fantastic!!! Not usual in all-in hotels! Rooms are clean and service is excellent. Attention: the beach is very bad (many small rocks and flat) swimming is nearly not possible. And also the waterpark is just for kids from 1,30m! That was sad for our smaller kids, they had not that much fun in the baby pools.

Great hotel and very nice facilities. Renovated with a nice waterpark for kids and adults. The food is plenty and always available during the day. However the price is way too much for what you get.

We have had a very relaxing holiday. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Rooms in my opinion are small and bathrooms could do with updating, we were next to staff cleaning room so awake by 6.00 am usually with noise from cleaning staff but obviously not their fault The cats were very friendly and sweet. We looked after them with food etc. I hope the hotel management look after them as well. I have witnessed the cats being mistreated by very small minority of guests. Let’s all remember they are lives as well and deserve to be looked after. I would really like to see. Cat charity in place for their well-being and neutering?.

The overall atmosphere in the hotel is great! The hotel staff is great, very kind, happy to help and assist with any questions. The bartender is excellent! Prepares excellent cocktails and is very friendly. Need to improve the maintenance in the hotel (elevator and facility).

Great hotel! My mum & I have stayed for a week as a last minute holiday. The food is sensational, everything has so much flavour and plenty of choice. Whilst the rooms are small they are very comfortable and we will miss the beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very easy to use the bus routes to get in to the harbour as there is a stop right outside. 10 minutes and you are in the heart of the town. Water park on site is great fun. The beach outside the hotel is nice though you need to use the steps to get down which are slippy. Recommend walking 5 mins to the sandy beach for a swim. Only improvement I will suggest is to move away from pre-made cocktails and make them fresh.

I was blown away by this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they couldn't of done more to made the stay more enjoyable. Massive thank you to Rudi who went above and beyond to make my sons first time abroad enjoyable! Honestly your passion and dedication to your job was a breathe of fresh air! The hotel is very welcoming with an extremely good selection of drinks and food, food varies day to day with some items being the same, normal bits for fussy kids essentially. You won't go hungry thats a promise. Rooms were immaculate just like the hotel, clean airy with excellent air con and bathrooms. They left couple large bottles of water in our room each day which fit perfectly in the fridge. All staff were very attentive. There was plenty of sun beds by the pools they're was never a struggle to get any with parasols. The entertainment through day and evening is the best I've ever come across at a hotel. Great selection or activities for all during day and a fantastic variety of evening entertainment with things that will suit all weather you want to get involved or not. Hazel, Alex, Lily, Jamie, Ella, Alice, Meg, made it so enjoyable and deserve a mention because of the passion and enjoyment they showed. All in all I can't fault this place at all so much I booked whilst there to visit again next year. If you haven't been your missing out of an extraordinary stay that I'd say not many hotels could match.

Lovely hotel with great food for all inclusive, especially the sweet and sour chicken - yummy. Gorgeous desserts too. Room was fairly basic with limited sea view. Service is great too. Will return again one day. Recommended - bus stop outside - buy a week long ticket each week - easy access to lots of the surrounding areas if you do and as it is a reasonable way from Paphos Bay and not much going on to the east, the bus is almost empty if getting on here. If you fancy the walk, the beachside path is not too far away and is lovely. Gorgeous little church nearby that looks very old but is in fact quite new. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Bar staff great, and waiting staff plentiful.

Had a fantastic family holiday here, the staff were incredibly welcoming, arrived at 10pm and were sent straight to the restaurant for food. On check out day we were allowed to leave our luggage, use the hotel facilities all day and have a room for 30 minutes in the evening so we could shower and change, for no extra cost. Plenty of entertainment all day everyday right up to 10pm with the entertainers incredibly enthusiastic. The Aphrodite Water park is a 5 minute stroll away. The hotel is right on the beach with sun loungers overlooking the sea. Food was excellent with plenty of variety. Couldn’t fault the place, highly recommended.

Our 3rd visit over the years, so we were excited to see the hotel's refurbishment. Communal areas i.e. restaurant and atrium are great with vast improvements, but the rooms are still very basic and the bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The food is amazing which is is a huge plus, and I dare anyone to find criticism! There is so much on offer for every sitting, and it is honestly delicious. We used the loungers on the grass, purely to get away from the noise of the fun and games, but if entertainment ticks your box then the pool and surrounding areas are the place to be. The animation team works extremely hard, both day and night, and there's always something going on if you fancy joining in, and there's no pressure if you don't! A local bus service takes you to the centre of Pafos, or it's around a 45 min walk. All the staff work extremely hard, but a big shout out to Jenny and Olympia. Thank you Louis Phaeton, we will be back! The small, constructive criticisms, are minor as this hotel is just great.

The entire staff and management team were extremely supportive and helpful. Going above and beyond with service. My son has autism and interacted with him, with grace and respect that any human being should receive, but above all else patience. Going out of they way making you feel welcome as well after the dramatic couple of years makes it even more satisfying. This is our 1st time in Cyprus and we was here for a friends wedding ( which I would highly recommend to do here)at Louis patheon. For me personally and our family as a whole, we would definitely return again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Really friendly hotel and service was excellent. All inclusive food was of a good standard and the rooms were always clean and tidy. Lots of entertainment for families and hotel is well located, near the beach and its a lovely walk along the sea front to the harbour. We stayed here before a cruise on our honeymoon and returned here for a day before we flew home. The management very kindly allowed us to use the facilities for the day at no extra cost which made our wait to fly home so much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a difficult Hotel to rate. I wanted to start with the service being very friendly and the staff going out of their way to help us. I am rating three stars due to the hotel being run down in the communal inside areas and the external building, having fairly small rooms and the restaurant being quite loud and having a canteen feeling. When comparing to some other hotels along with beach, this one feels like its beyond it's time and needs renovating. The positives, the pools were fantastic with excellent slides. The food quality was good and the location was next to the sea and easy to get to paphos. I was happy with my overall experience but something I would want is more outside dining, larger rooms and balconies and opening the pool bar next to the sea in the evening. We decided to eat out a few evenings as we wanted a dining feeling instead of a loud canteen feel. I hope Louis Phaethon make some small modifications to the restaurant to reduce noise and maybe dress the tables for dinner. We paid a high price for 7 days at this hotel (out of high season) which I would guess is due to covid-19. For this reason I dropped from 4 to 3 stars as it wasnt great value for money.

Once again, my wife and I flew to Cyprus for our holiday. Unfortunately,due to the restrictions last year, we missed out. This year we were determined to go back to the Louis Phaethon Beach hotel. It was our 12th visit there. We had a really great time. The hotel had undergone extensive upgrades in the past year, while it was closed. The dining room was really good, now that they have installed cooking display areas. The bedrooms are brighter and just as comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable, their attitude towards the guests were exemplary. They were a credit to the establishment.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a much needed holiday, overall it was a wonderful holiday made extra special by the warm welcome, attentive staff, great food and wonderful evening entertainment. The hotel rooms are of a decent size and although the balcony is a little small it is perfect for couples to have a drink at the end of the day - I would recommend the sea view. The food was really great, and no matter if it was in the main restaurant or the pool bar, there was plenty of high quality choice for everyone's taste. Two main pools are available, one hosts the many daytime activities that the entertainment team run and the other is a little more relaxed. The water slides are a big hit. The Entertainment Team are a professional group of singers and dancers that put on all of the activities and entertainment. You will find them very busy by the pool all day and then into the evening with the most wonderful entertainment, from children's discos and quizzes to amazing imaginative shows. The local area also has lots to offer, the Harbour is well worth a visit, but there are also other restaurants and bars. I will definitely visit again.

Outstanding feel I have to do another review before we leave this beautiful place. The views, pool and hotel are amazing, lovely little church has to be visited where you can light a candle for loved ones and the walk by the sea makes it worth the while. BIG shout out to Mr Rudi for looking after us going to miss this place 💜💜

Everything about this hotel is on the next level. Room food, and staff are all amazing and cannot do enough for you. The entertainment team are exceptional Ollie one of the team, as become like a family member, my wife and I love him so much we’d like to adopt him lol. Thank you all so much. We've just returned from our two-week stay, having been coming to this hotel every year for 22 years (missed last year due to Covid restrictions). Setting the tone ..... imagine getting off your transfer coach to be greeted by name, with a welcome drink, by most of the Management team, including Mr P, Rudi, Roddos and Gareth. A VIP welcome no less. Check in was very smooth and again, to be looked after by Katrina and Eilida (spelling? Sorry) along with other Receptionists, and given the same room as we've asked for, completed our welcome. The hotel itself is so clean and cool - the air-con is much appreciated - yet I swear the cleaners are invisible... very discrete. The refurbished bedrooms are really good - quite a bit more room for clothes (we asked for and were given extra coat hangers) and more 3-pin power plugs installed. Another new thing was having a bottle of water left every day for us (which can be refilled upon request). The new restaurant is a big improvement. The layout took some getting used to after so many years but is so much better. We mentioned a couple of things to Rudi, Michael or Raphael and our comments (minor things) were taken on board and acted on. The food and choice was absolutely amazing.... the new Chef has certainly made her mark already. The bar service is second to none! Choice and measures .... hic! Yes, local brands are used but they still hit the mark and Jenny, Olympia, Bobby, Thomas, Tommy, Eli and many more servers kept the drinks flowing! Poolside - clean, great water temps, safe and good to see the lifeguards upholding the safety aspects. Slightly disappointed in seeing guests taking food around the pool, despite regular requests not to, but the staff soon cleared away any plates/beakers/trays etc. The new entertainment team - Gareth, Hannah, Ollie, Kirsten, Harry Robyn, Tilly, Ginny and Arto were so talented. Organising sports and games during the day then putting on spectacular shows at night. 'Around the World' gave us goosebumps ... superb!!!! We even made use a few times, of then in-house shop which has everything you may have forgotten. Overall, another top class stay at the Phaethon - Thank you one and all..... see you in 2022.

Staff at the hotel you cannot fault, always polite and helpful. Food was fine, good choices - though bread rolls and sandwiches at the pool bar were past their best by 2pm, very dry and rock hard rolls! Cocktails - I love a cocktail, but what I was given was not a cocktail, I watched it being literally thrown together and I could not drink it, it was so awful. Rooms are good, spacious, cleaned regularly. Our main gripe was the music. One set of music from bar, one from restaurant (canteen) and one from the pool bar. All competing with each other. Many people these days have their own music via headphones, i personally cannot see the need for all this music. It would be so nice just to sit and listen to the sea or birds on a peaceful holiday. We went in November and did not expect under 16s - but there were, quite a few - none particularly under control! This hotel has its good points, but not one we would stay at again. I hasten to add it was not our first choice - but had to change due to TUI issue.

Had a lovely holiday very relaxing. Hotel staff very accommodating few little problems when we first got there but All sorted with half hour and very friendly. Food in abundance all very tasty. Can't wait to go back.

We’ve recently stayed at this hotel and we could not fault it. We were so shocked on arrival at how amazing the staff greeted us and they were so friendly and could not do anymore for us to make sure that we had the most amazing and relaxing holiday. The food was incredible every single night there was so much choice and there really was something for everyone. The entertainment was amazing every night we loved the DJ’s music and the shows that the team put on were amazing! The two pools were lovely and the slides just added so much fun to our stay here. We would definitely return!

Staying on an A.I. basis. Food and staff excellent. If you want to get out and about, bus stop outside the hotel, get a day ticket costing €5 and roam wherever you want.

My first all inclusive holiday and I loved it. Staff were very attentive and there was a wide variety of food. We loved the Chinese snack bar and the chocolate cake (what is the recipe please?!) The reception area looks a bit dated and after a while the food does get a bit samey but the waterslides and swimming area were a joy.

Had a great week at Louis Phaethon. All the staff were great and very helpful. The Tui Team were also amazing. My only slight issue is the noise of guests in the early hours of the morning, it would be great if we could control them !!

Just returned from a most enjoyable trip here. It really is a hotel that caters for everyone, with everything from well equipped children’s pools and play areas, a lovely spar to a night club. All facilities seem to mix really well. The highlights for me are the lovely buffet restaurant which has excellent food choices, the central food court area by the pool, open through the day, again with good quality food choices to suit all. Interesting and good concept in these areas are help yourself drinks including wine and beer, really worked well for us. The main atrium bar which has a lovely outside terrace area is worth a great deal of praise. This bar is so well run and managed, the staff are fast efficient and very polite. Credit to the bar manager who seems to have everything so well under control. We spent most of our days on loungers overlooking the sea, absolutely perfect for us and nice and quiet. Spa is nice for a relax after a long day in the sun, again another well run facility. room was a bit basic, and a little tired in presentation, but comfortable enough for our stay, we only spent a short time in there! All in all a magnificent stay and we where made so welcome by an excellent team, well done.

We spent 11 nights in this fantastic hotel, which we booked due to its excellent reviews. We had a really nice room with a view of the pools and the sea. The food was excellent with so much choice. All the staff are so friendly, and go out of their way to help you. The Entertainment team work so hard, and their singing and dancing was first class. We will definately go back.

The staff and location on the sea front were amazing. The food was delicious and varied. Entertainment in the day and night is fantastic with a great selection of daytime activities. For us the only thing that let this holiday down was the small rooms. They also need updating as they were quite shabby. Other than this, this is the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars.

This hotel is great. As soon as you wake up to when you go yo bed the staff can't do enough. From breakfast to late night snacks it's food, drink,food,drink and the food is excellent looks great tastes great never had a bad meal all week. If you want a relaxing holiday then this us the place we went with 9 adults and 2 children aged 1. They absolutely love babies and again can't do enough for your kids from fetching high chairs at breakfast, lunch and dinner to wanting to hold then. They even brought them a gift. So I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and it was a lovely surprise as we usually prefer to go to 5* hotel. We read all those good reviews and decided to give it a go. There is a great variety of food, all of it very tasty! Every evening there was traditional food from different cuisines. The rooms and the hotel in general are clean, the pools were clean as well and we could change the pool towels every 2 day which was not an issue for us. The hotel is family friendly with many areas for kids to play. We walked to the town centre, around 40min by the sea. It was a lovely walk and we stopped for a drink, there are many nice bars and restaurants. The only thing we didn't like was that the drinks were not branded but for a 4 star hotel it might be ok. The staff is very nice, we were really impressed with that but Special Thanks to Elina from the reception for being a star: super helpful and so kind. If everyone could be like her the world would be much better.

Room is clean and cozy with a balcony. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Beer and wine is included during meal time. They have a complete gift shop. Its like a gift shop and convenient store in one. Very good price too.
