Christina was very helpful and friendly during my visit on the 28th of November. She even told me about the discount voucher that I could use, and explained the differences between the different items. She also offered to show similar items when the item I wanted was unavailable in the store. When I told her that I only wanted the item in the picture, she had helped me to booked the item from another store. The service provided by Christina was really amazing, I had a very pleasant experience in the store today.

I was casually browsing last night for our wedding band, and Jacqueline assisted and encourage me to try some items. I liked some of the few pieces that matches my solitaire ring but its not my size. She told me I can come in next day and she will order the rings on my size. Today me and my fiance tried some pieces, and for us to see the ring on our size, I believe she fetch some of it on the other branch which I am grateful for her to take the extra mile.
