I have been coming to Nail Palace Northpoint since I moved to Yishun. The staff are very friendly and informative. They pay a lot of attention to details too and will make sure that I leave with very pretty nails each time! Thank you for making sure that I enjoy every appointment :)

Very wrost service and, no words explain their actions. Here, are the story.. i went with mother-inlaw, and sister, three of us went for express gel nail for the first time in Singapore. I get nails only cutting& color they charged me and ask me to sign for compeny protocal i did everything, they charged me 290$ for three person. I asked for details she told ne hand nails -48$, leg- 58$ , i paid off and left I share with my friends she told me i was cheated by the nailplace team , only for cut nail& color expersss nails need to charge 16$- 20$, they never clean, never put any art, or get still charged like deluxe charges .. i feel ashamed infront of my family.. this was humiliating they shouldn’t cheat people like me very bad…… Please don’t go and cheating….

Caring staff and beautiful nails!😁 The staff pays attention to every nail, making sure it is in good health, looks good, and completely dry. They are very efficient, you may have four people working on you at once! One for each hand or feetMani! Recommendation: Moon for pedi and Amy for mani! They also take very good care of you from water to snacks. You ask they give! 😊 Thank you for taking really care of me!

Spent $136 on gel mani pedi. The gel mani last only for a week. I was told I need to pay to get them fix as it pass the 5days workmanship warranty. Why would I be paying this high price to get poorly done nails which doesn't last beyond a month. Been to so many nail salons, this one don't worth the price with poor after sales service.

Lovely staff and comfortable place The staff pays great attention to your nail conditions, very well trained and knowledgeable staff! The service from Haley and Ah Sa are extremely good. They display professionism in their work. Very attentive to their customers. Able to solve the client's problems and advise as accordingly for the treatment. Kudos to them. Excellent service.
