Was my first time to the clinic as my usual GP was on leave. Dr Lee is unprofessional and unfriendly. Kept sighing and mumbling numerous times during the procedure. If he is unhappy or tired doing the job then don't work. Furthermore, the clinic and medical equipments are rundown yet the total fees are so much more expensive than other established clinic out there. Clinic assistant is incompetent as charge me the wrong amount and did not even apologise. Would have never step foot into this clinic if knew the service is like this. Suffice to say will never come back to this awful clinic again.

Contrary to the reviews on poor service attitude, I have had experienced warm and positive customers service by their staff and doctors on three occasions. It's not easy going through the day with demands and expectations by patients, kudos to the team! Dr Lee demonstrated good bedside manner, especially being patient and communicative when attending to a child.

Actually i came online to check opening hours and was surprised with the many 1 star review. I chose this clinic for my kids cos the next door one require I remember my child's birth cert number. Who does anyway ? Over at OneCare, I just give the names. I thought the reception was helpful. Not encountered the rude one before. U think OneCare staffs are rude, try the next door clinic. The doctors are worst. Most if not all, are locum doctors. Some have better people management skills. But is that important? I just wanna get treated and go home. If I need to be pampered, why not go a spa? My negative point is the lack of medication for children. As some of u might know, the only pediatrician in the area has a waiting time of 2 hours. It's raking in so much money I wish I studied harder last time. So over to u the owner. Not asking u to be a specialist but U can improve on general medication for children.

Bad receptionist! Came at 244pm & told us that its last registration 245pm!! Even tell us off! What a rude receptionist! Will never return to there anymore. All along i’ve been going onecare, this time round i wont be going there anymore!

Poor recep management. For every patient who entered the clinic were told off quite rudely to wait outside until you hear the intercom call for you to enter. Should just put a signage at the door to say do not enter. Doctor was fast and efficient, was in and out within 2 minutes and doctor talks in super speed.

I booked a Covid vaccination for my daughter at 6:30pm today. However my daughter mistaken it with Onecare Junction 9 instead. She reached Onecare J9 at 6:30pm sharp and the staff was kindly enough to direct her to Onecare Yishun. When my daughter reach Yishun clinic, the CA told her to reschedule the appointment cause vaccination only do in morning. I just find ridiculous why can’t the doctor or CA just accept the appt as she already at the clinic. Is wasting my daughter time and bus fare to travel there as I’m staying at Canberra. She went to J9 and then to Yishun just to do the Covid vaccination but was told off and ask to rescheduled other day. If only Onecare Canberra have Covid vaccination, I gladly enough to book there instead. Really disappointed with the service here. I’m a regular Onecare patient.

Onecare Yishun is the best clinic I found in Singapore where me and my family visits for any medical checkups and consultations. Recently my daughter was having high fever and visiting Dr. John at this clinic brought us with good medical approach and diagnosis. Thanks to Dr. John for his great experience and right first time diagnosis advising for her admissions to the hospital due to kidney infection. The staff at the clinic is also very helpful and professional in attending the patients.

The doctors superb! The so called outpatient nurses are disgraceful to OneCare Clinic Yishun 431. They really need to learn customer service. Please send them for the courses!
