    I visited the clinic on a Sunday. Silver Cross was the nearest and only clinic open. It was a relief doctor on duty and I had my worst experience speaking to a doctor. He wears his mask below his nose while talking to patients. I have never come across a doctor not leading by example. He asked for my occupation and I told him I have been wfh. He answered: “oh, housewife”. I was speechless by the assumption, I almost forgot what era I was in. Anyway I just needed some medication to apply so it wasn’t a major issue that I need diagnosis with, very thankfully.

    Hi, My wife tested positive and I was negative on 28 May and naturally we are a bit nervous as we are 60+ plus we have a toddler at home. Therefore, it will be irresponsible to travel to our usual clinic at AMK from Yishun. We quickly popped by Yishun silver cross clinic to seek medical direction on next steps, we pretty much have some clarity on what to do thru reading the newspaper but an assurance from a doctor will be comforting and whether any medications is necessary. Met Dr Johnathan Tan, he took the time to evaluate both of us and patiently explained what to expect in next couple of days, etc etc. It is refreshing to hear his advice and clear all our doubts. Thank you Dr Tan.

    worst clinic staff.. Not professional. the doctor is ok but I'm complaining about the staff counter. My son need nebulizer for his cough and asthma. After the doctors ordered and ask the staff to prepare what my wife heard they said they not sure how to do it. and they just said to my wife it's out of stock. please train your front properly and not to be lazy...

    Had an unpleasant experience today. The registration system should change. I was there to register, get ready with my nric, but i was told to wait at outside, once ready will call me in.. Ended up 2 persons came after me went in and managed to register before me... I was quietly waiting outside and wasted my time. Really cant accept at all. Follow their instruction, end up they forget about me...

    I went to the clinic today having high fever the whole night. Everyone who’s there I believe are sick. Regardless, everyone should treat each other with basic respect. However, the counter were so rude, one of them even rolled their eyes at me when I asked the question of do I need to wait if I come back later. I had no answer to questioni of waiting but one of them were nicer to register me first. Still, the counter being so extra mean to the patients and refusing the answer the simple question of “does one need to wait if they come back later as told (counter does not want to register first)”. I believe my concern was valid as I was so weak and it is a simple question too. I registered but I went back in to cancel and told them how rude they were but no apologies.

    I am having fever and getting terrible cough. Then reached to clinic 4.45pm today and clinic staff told me they are closed but door is opened and NO closed sign on that. Really terrible experience. I have to go back and find other clinic tooo after 15 minutes of walk reaching here and clinic reject me. Anyway, if closing before 5pm then please write it correctly not to waste everyone time.

    Had visited the clinic a couple of times. This is my very first unpleasant experience. Was given a wrong medicine. Only realized when I was about to take the 2nd dose. Called up the clinic. The clinic assistant weren't even apologetic and made it sounded as though it was my fault. Absolutely disappointed. Went back to the clinic to do a change, the clinic assistant again, didn't even apologise and even had the cheek to asked what medicine do I want. Visit at your own risk & check your medicine before leaving, if not the clinic won't take any responsibility if given wrongly.

    I just want to enquiry the staff the front desk, she's unfriendly maybe she need to learn basic matter, that's why no one visit this clinic coz of this type of typical staff. Maybe take staff with educated admin staff. Such a bad experience haiz

    I went to clinic recently because i was having flu with thick phlegm, very itchy under the ears thru the throat and sore throat.. doctor gave me fluimucil and difflam .. he mentioned that i doesn’t need antibiotics but i still requested to give me antibiotics.. it been few days ready but i feel more sick and never get cured up at all! my throat is very painful now.. the itchiness is getting worse.. i feel very useless with the medication the doctor gave me. ( covid test shows negative) im very disappointed.. waiting for monday to another clinic to be open

    My recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite clearly explaining the severity of my condition and requesting a three-day medical certificate (MC), Dr. [LOCUM] ignored my request and provide only a two-day MC. This decision displayed a lack of empathy and failed to prioritize my individual needs as a patient. I strongly advise others to seek medical assistance elsewhere, as Dr. [LOCUM] disregards patient well-being in favor of arbitrary rules.

    Never ever change...front staffs may change but same attitude. Today the best ever...show my daughter PINK IC...still can ask me if my daughter is a Singaporean...???!!! IC not PINK enough??? Give up on this clinic.

    Drs Girider gave medicine that doesn’t help with my situation and he always give pain killers for whatever illness, had to go to guardian to buy more suitable medicine (without queuing outside the clinic). Really disappointed and definitely wouldn’t visit again.

    I paid $75 for a visit for neck strain. Asked the receptionist if I can claim personal accident insurance and was told it was not possible. I submitted a personal accident claim and was told to request for a memo from doctor to certify the injury. I had to pay $36 for a memo!

    I don’t know understand why there’s many bad reviews. My family of 4 go to this clinic regularly and the doctors are reliable and friendly. Usually don’t need to wait long either to see a doc. The main area of improvement would be that the ladies at the front desk pick up the phone when I try to call. Never can get through.

    Had my first encounter with Dr Tan Ziyang Jonathan; he is very professional. He takes time to discuss my condition and advice me some of the possibility. He makes me feel comfortable thru out the consultation.

    The staff are very indifferent and unfriendly. Made to wait until staff complete her call before continuing to attend to a very sick me. Staff made me believe that I hv to pay a fee to take my weight and height reading thou already informed them that doctor signature is not required. In my option, this doesn’t align with the caring atmosphere one would expect from a family clinic.

    Consulted Doctor online via Healthway Medical app. Dr. Girider Ikshuvanam is super helpful and response to videocall appointment on-time. Medicine was delivered fast too, less than 1 hour.

    I visited the khatib branch on 11 Dec, is the first time I went this clinic with the shortest waiting time. Alice and Nalini at the counter are efficient, polite and friendly. Dr. Chan Kai Siang is by far the best Locum I have come across and the best Doctor I have seen in this branch. He is patience to explain my condition to me after some checks and show compassion. Everything went fast, steady and professionally. I usually avoid going to this branch to due to bad experiences but this visit totally changed my bad impression for the this clinic. Keep up the good work!

    Update 2nd May 2023: Stuff is very rude. Shouted at me for not wearing a mask and refused to provide a mask even though they have it. I knew they have it because I happen to visit previously without a mask and was provide one by them. Not too sure why they don’t wanna provide. It’s not like I’m well and healthy. Already took me a great deal of effort to walk to this clinic and now I have to make the trip again wth. Honestly this is the worse clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. Expensive and rude. Only visiting because I have insurance coverage for this clinic. Not too sure why the service suck when Healthway Medical have top notch service whenever I visit them for health checkup at downtown. Such a waste. I think I might consider switching my health checkup. Worse service ever. Dad went there to see doctor coz he's very sick. But he was unable to login to his AIA app due to the login timeout. Instead of helping him, the staff asked him to visit again the next day all because they are gonna knock off already.

    Dr Jonathan is en exceptionally friendly, thoughtful and helpful GP. He went through an extra mile to contact MOH and clarify the trace together vaccine matter. He even called us back personally and advised what’s best for us despite his awareness of not getting any service fee from us. Thank you so much, Dr Tan.

    Use touch light to check on my eyes, when I told home some things went inside my eyes never use proper equipment, I went to other GP, the lady doctor use proper equipment and to clean on my eyes

    the chinese auntie with small eyes working as a clinic receptionist there is very rude. She speaks so loud and shouted at me. This auntie should go work as a drink stall assistant since she has a loud voice and not as a receptionist. No customer service at all. Not going back to this clinic again, very bad experience with this clinic and the charges are too high for consultation and medicine.

    Just had my injection on 31st July. Completely painless. Dr Jonathan is very good.
