Need to increase the order counters and staff. Even the quality and quantity they serve is not upto mark. They don't even know the name of the sauces they are using. They even sometimes just serve lettuce and no other veggies inside burgers or wraps. Only two or three time I got the perfect food. Complaint many times but nobody listen.

Everyone knows there no better alternative of McDonald's. All time food is quite nice and tasty with very humble staff. The service is quite satisfactory as usual. I have tried all the varieties of McDonald's. And I must say no better option than this. 😍😋

good hygiene and testy burgers Everything was simply delicious. The filling was generous and everything was fresh. The serving portion was huge and the flavours were heavenly. I loved everything I tried here. The quality and in quantity was excellent. Recommended ,,, 😋😋😋

I regret to inform you that the terrible quality of service and the rudeness of one of your cashiers made my recent visit to MacDonald's Sartana leave me feeling really let down and irritated. The staff's cold reception upon my arrival at the store set the tone for the rest of my miserable trip. The cashier, whose name I regret not to have written down, had an attitude that could only be characterized as impolite and unprofessional as I went on to complete my transaction. The cashier not only neglected to greet me or even recognize my presence, but they also behaved as if there were no standards of customer service when handling the transaction. They spoke in a condescending and brusque manner, as though they were annoyed by my patronage. Moreover, I felt dehumanized and unwelcomed when I tried to ask a question regarding a product and received a nasty reaction. Finding someone in a customer-facing capacity who exhibits such a lack of civility and professionalism is really worrisome. I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy as a paying customer, and I didn't receive either of those during my visit to your store. I have a bad image from this encounter, and I think I will do business somewhere else going forward. There is a thing called proper training which has to be given to the staff by the authority. Had a really bad experience there with the service. The discount or the coupons applied by the application doesn't work because the scanner is not working as per the staff who was billing. They don't have the basic idea to give a straw or stick to stir the coffee or drink the shake. I ordered a piri piri fries where I didn't get the masala and had to ask 3 times for that.The staff needs to be properly trained on the basic etiquette and how to interact with the customers. If there is rush of customers. then their burgers & wraps are half cooked. Cleanliness not at all. Garbage of Tissue papers and token receipts are here n there on floor.Tables are not clean.

Food is good but Internet was not working there so online payments and card payments was not working because of that people has to wait in queue and even they are running out of change.

McDonald’s is never in question when it comes to its food offerings, it’s just here the downside is the way they manage customers! The place is always crowded specially on weekends, such that you had to wait in queue for around 30-40 mins just to place order. They have only one working order counter though they have other unused-unattended order counters but don’t know why they don't even consider it to start. Even for rush hour.. I assume they don’t have enough staff!! Maybe!!

Food is never an issue at any MacD, it always test the best and same everywhere. it was handling of customer at that particular restaurant. it was crowded such that I had to wait half an hour just to place order. They don't even consider to start other two unused ordering counter for rush hour.. Everything was so delayed.

During my recent visit to McDonald's, I ordered a full meal with fries and a cola. However, the order taker informed me that cola was unavailable and suggested a milkshake, charging extra. No salt in fries. I am not only the one to give this review. There are victims of there bad behaviour. I suggested the staff to talk politely. She sarcastically taunted me. This is the 3rd time. I wanted no ice in coke. I didnt clicked that option on the screen. The staff started screaming on me. This is the last time i am coming here.

We ordered the newest burger they added to the menu, premium McSpicy but it doesn't justify the price of it. Burger was too small although it tasted good and the pictures they put out for it are totally misleading. I would rather go to burger king for a burger.

Worst experience During Order keep attention becz they will asking how many person You are and they will making bill as per person suppose you will order Allu tikki they will ask 1 slis or 2 slis if you will tell them 1 slis sothey will charge extra 25 rupees so you will getting alllu tikki at 75 rupees not 48 rupees

McDonald at Varacha,Surat is one of the worst MacD I've ever visit so far. Today I went there for lunch along with my frnds. we had ordered many things but eventually they didn't provide us a straw to drink a cold-drink. Additionally, order takers was rude and talk like she was the manager of that particular branch. After visiting many MacD branches for abuntants time,this is the first time she told us that we can order as much as only one time through redeem code in MacD application. Not only this, when we visited last time they even forgot to put one burger inside our take-away bags.

Good place to dine in. This place also offers parcel facilities. The cafeteria looks nice and very neat & clean. And the food served by the merchant is also nice in quality. Maybe you could find it expensive considering the quantity of food. But we all the brands do this for a long time giving their signature products with good quality at a higher price, And people buy them for their quality and signature. You would like to dine in once, i am sure.👌
