Real Paprika is nice restaurant chain for unlimited pizza and salads but specially for this restaurant i cut two star because of cold drinks with mixups water and manchurian taste is not good that’s whay cut two start but another food item is so good such as pizza and another salad sach as french friese overall experience is nice

The food was amazing but we got very bad experience just because of the bad customer service which we get. Not all but few peoples are there who has very bad attitude towards customers which creates totally negative image in customer's experience.

Worst pizza place ever i seen. Bad service and staff behaviour too. Staff is reacting us like we’re getting free food. Bad smell spread in whole place. In washroom tap is not working they arranged water bottles to wash our hand. We’re paying for that service? Taste, Staff, Vibe everything gone wrong.

I am not much of a pizza lover but the pizza's here were amazingly so so good. We were in surat for 4 nights recently and had pizza for 3 days in a row. Small restaurant was fully packed at 10pm, clean surroundings, and very good quality pizza at an affordable price Small place but good quality pizza. Very friendly staff and proprietor Good ambiance well worth the money spent

I have visited may branch of real peprika. This is one of good branch of it. Taste of pizza and garlic bread is average. Price for unlimited menu is around 160 for lunch and around 190 for dinner. You will get 3-4 type of pizza, 2 panini, garlic bread, 1 cold drink and 1 brownie..

Real paprika is one the best pizza chain in Surat. Ambience was good, food was good but seating tables were less spacious. I regularly visit real paprika, one thing i have noticed that their thin crush pizza base was inappropriate.

all starter verity is good nd specially franch fries but pizza are not good i taste only feel like melted mozzarella chesse on pizza 😅 if u want person like me who don't want to eat pizza in unlimited voh person starters se hi pet bhar lenge bez voh pizza se Better hai..

Staff Behaviour is not good. Food Quality also Average and Salad Also not tasty and when Electricity cut the Are the don't have Any Other Options. So in summer Not Good for Food. Coke is also some local brand.

The pizza here is made with an incredibly thick bread base that dominates the taste. It lacks variety, as it seems to focus solely on the bread. Their specialty seems to be cheese garlic bread, but even then, the cheese overshadows the bread, leaving very little actual bread taste. In the salad section, the potato fries are acceptable, but the rest of the offerings disappoint. The flavors don't come together well, making everything taste off. The most puzzling dish is a puff bread with a stuffing of one of their salad noodles, and they present it as a fancy French dish. It appears to be a mismatch of flavors and ingredients, leaving customers underwhelmed and confused by the attempt at sophistication. Overall, the lack of balance and creativity in the menu results in a less than satisfying dining experience. The focus on cheese and neglect of the actual essence of dishes like pizza and salads detracts from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Improvement in the variety and quality of ingredients would significantly enhance the restaurant's offerings and reputation among customers.

Over all good food but cold drinks and service are very bed. + soup is also not including in unlimited menu.... So I cut 3 star.

Update from 2nd visit : service is very bad. It's going down while every visit. Waiter has no interest in what you ordered they forgot and do some other work. Salad variety is not filled time to time, we need to wait 15 minutes for every item. i told about this at cash counter but i don't this they were interested in the matter as long as i obviously billed and going to pay. 3 star for whatever they have, variety of salads, pizza and unlimited cold drinks. What matter in review is why i haven't give 4 or 5 star is... - Didn't like salads that much compare to what i had in real paprika in Ahmedabad. - Few salada are not filled on time when i visited(it's 15 th January and very crowded) - Bread of garlic bread is very thick, i totally dis like, many other food chain has thin garlik bread. I feel eating only bread rather than garlic bread. - No soup in menu - Not a good management, one person told me that there is only one person in kitchen so it'll take time in serving food - need better management - didn't like most of pizza here In short food is not upto mark compare to price. Please consider other options as well.

real paprika food are average but i like to eat pinani,double layer. All hot and cold salad are good as seen at every pizza francies.

I was excited to eat pizza of real paprika but unfortunately excitation went to somewhere else bcz of low quality soup all hot things are cold and cheap quality), pizza was also not good at all .

I highly recommend that Lower Middle Class Family members visit this place and test for Unlimited dishes. Food services are Medium good. The atmosphere is good but, I suggest that you please maintain all those things that are needed for your customers. My opinion is Good 👍😊🙏
