The food is still number 1 and only favorite in Yogyakarta. We love everything they serve here. Staffs are very nice too. But the dine in experience went a little off recently. Nothing bad. They still doing a great job and working extremely hard to please everyone which is uneasy. But the fact that this restaurant is always full booked, especially the non smoking area, i recommend you to book at least 2 days before if you want for special occasion. As the restaurant always full, the waiting time for food gets longer too, very acceptable but if you dine with kids or you are too hungry, this can be a little annoying. To me personally, delivery order can be best option if you are in no time, same food taste & quality and less waiting time. Those all happen because Mediterranea is loved by so many, so with that being said, people obviously come here to eat and enjoy the food. I feel so bad when i see people working from here take their time and chill while many people in the waiting list, waiting for a table. Please have some commonsense and emphaty to others. Cheers

If i could give 10 stars, i would give them 10 stars. Worth every pennies we spent here. Amazing & delicate mid-western/ french Cuisine. We had a great feast here. They have unique and affordable wine collection. A great compliment to their main dish. I Would love some experienced waitress to help us. Unfortunately, We had few new waitresses. Price : 10/10 Worth every Pennies $$ Service : 6/10 Food : 100/10 Wine : 100/10 Spacious parking lots.

Awesome experience as usual! My go to comfort Western Food in Yogyakarta. Service was still the same, very nice and warm. Ambience even though there’s not much renovation but has that nice home-like feeling. There’s a separate Smoking areas too for smokers. We had a lot of food but my personal favourite are the drinks and wines instead. They offer great value Wines and Spirits for you to enjoy your meal with, especially when we ordered a nice classic Pepperoni Pizza. I’ll always come back and have great meals on this establishment. Price is slightly below average over other high-end Western Restaurant.

Good place to eat in an area favored by foreign tourists. The menu matches the name of the restaurant, Mediterranean. There are also several wine choices if you just want to hang out with friends The parking lot is quite large, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. Ambience is great

The place is cozy, afordable, and the service is good. The food was the best part. We ordered 4 menus in total and non of them was a fail. Very reccomended. The live music is also perfect 👍. The toilet is also very clean. The room pf improvement lays in the fact that the door between the smoking and non smoking area is always open

Excellent bakery goods, especially the croissants. The restaurant offers complete breakfast, fresh juices and of course coffee, tea and chocolate. For our moslem bros and sis be careful real 'bacon' is served, so you need to make sure you don't order the wrong one.

Amazing restaurant with excellent value. The fish and the tatin tart (apple pie) are very flavourful and I couldn't recommend it enough. You have different flavours of the diverse Mediterranean cuisines, the Moroccan tea was refreshing and the service very good!

Hats off to the design interior, makes the room bright & wide, even toilet is v nice to visit 😉 We only tried; croissants, orange juice, cheese cake & cappuccino, overall everything we ordered is good enough. On the other hands, among all the waiters & waitresses only one seems to do most delivery to table. Welcomed vibe not very appealing from the staff. There is a little ‘Mediterranean’ oriented groceries inside the restaurant. Price not so pricey to my personal opinion. I’d recommend tho staff need to shape up their service and owner who seems to be there doesn’t even greet costumers and just staring on their phone. What a shame Hope this place always busy and wishing them the best.

This is one was my bucket list in Jogja. We ordered lots of things here, steak, beef kebab and pizza was really great and delicious. The waiting time is short, even we ordered a lot of things it comes out quite quick. The place was nice and they also have a separate parking lot for cars and motorbike. Pricing was great. Good to visit!

Surprisingly the food is not that pricey with a great taste. The staffs are nice and fast response. Better if you reserve the table first. And if you don’t est pork, mind that they serve pork too. Tell the staffs if you have allergic to certain food. + great taste + the tax is included in the menu + friendly staff - they sell sourdough and some cookies but better if they cover them with a glass or something so it won’t get dirty

Best Duck Confit and Salmon In Jogja. Affordable Price, Good Quality of Food, Big Portion. - Love being back at mediterranea again, since this is my second time to write a review about medit. I'll straight talking about food only. This time I ordered: - Duck Confit with potato gratine (IDR 85.000) - Salmon(this is a new menu) (IDR 98.000) *The price already include tax and service so you only to paid on that amount only. Duck is so tasty, juicy and moist. Its balance not too salty or sweet. It's a perfect combo for potato gratine that have cheese on top of the potato. The greens/veggies are perfectly cook, not overcook its just right so u can still feel the fresh and juicyness of veggies when u bite it. Trust me one portion of duck confit is enough. Salmon is good it got good moist, texture and natural salty and sweet. Mashed potato is a good combination for salmon, why? Salmon is not hard to chew, so you also want to eat something that is not hard to chew as well like a mashed potato. Now those two become in a harmony. Make sure everytime u coming here go for reservation first, if u dont reserve be ready for a long waiting list or you can just like me go crash dine in at the bar which is my favourite place to eat and talk with the chef.

It was worth the wait. Really. If you’re on the 15th queue, just wait. The line moves pretty quick. Hands down to one of the best place to get western food in Jogja! All of my food orders were deliciously good and the portion were huge. Only the lime and orange squash were tasteless. For the price, it is worth the wait.

The place looks nice, it is climatic. We were here during lunch time and it was busy. Seems it's popular. I don't know who this Kamil is, but it's a male name from rather Central and Eastern Europe. Anyway, back to the business of fair judgement of their food. Coffee, very nice, tasty, aromatic. Calamari, nope. Overcooked, chewy. The best thing about Calamari was the tasty Vietnamese sauce. The olives and feta cheese was a nice snack, that cannot go wrong. The pizza was fresh from the oven, yet it was saggy and wet, like if too much toppings were put on it. Shame, especially because this pizza is called "Chef" pizza in the menu.

Was hosted to dinner here last night. The restaurant is clearly popular for when we arrived we were informed there was a 30-60 min wait, and boy was it worth it. We were also able to sit, chill and check the menu out whilst waiting, and when the table was available we were served drinks pretty quickly so the wait for food eventually didn’t seem that long. And the food was amazing. Every aspect was lovely. Highly recommend!

The duck was absolutely incredible! I got the duck breast sweet spices dish that came with an aubergine confit and mushroom risotto. After a long day of travelling, I couldn’t of been happier with the meal I had even with the 30 minute wait. I’ll be returning to try out some other dishes from this restaurant tomorrow!

Absolutely delicious food, generous servings, professional service, nice atmosphere and great menu selection. This was such a great find. We rang early afternoon and got a dinner reservation but I've heard it can be difficult to get in at times so plan in advance if you don't want to miss out.

Very delicious foods with big portion.. Nice place to have family dinner. But better avoid the crowd on weekend by having an early dinner.. In my opinion, you need to review your booking and waiting list system... Few empty table without guests but the queue line was so long. But overall your restaurant is top-notch 👍👍 Will be back for sure in less-crowded time 😁

A friend recommended the place. However I get that it was over rated. Food was just ok..some were too sour for our taste. Our waitress Loesty was trying to be assertive, but was more aggressive instead. Her body language did not seem to care nonetheless having a servicing mindset. Service could definitely be improved.

Really hard to get reservations for this place.. but had to see what the hype was about.. turns out its worth it.. Had the lamb shank, tuna tataki, and duck breast! Everything was perfection.. I had medium cooked duck and it was very soft and cooked so well! It deserves all the hype it gets.. its a must try!

What a great place. They were sorry to have me wait as I didn’t have a reservation but it didn’t take more than 10 minutes to be seated. The staff is really friendly and the food is traditionally French (most of it) loved everything about it. Great place to try things you have never had before as everything is delicious.

The resto has an amazing range of menu, all that we ordered tasted really good, they know what they are doing. The price is affordable for locals, ambiance and service is homey. So glad this kind of restaurant exists in Yogyakarta, in Jakarta it could cost double

Oke, came and not greet nicely, no smile from waiter ,only cashier after paid. You should make reservation before came. They told only can sit for 2hour, so we not comfortable eat and meeting because thinking the time and checking phone. The food we tried is pasta and pizza. Not amuse me with the taste. And my friend say so. Not big park infront of place. But can park the side of building on different resto but same owned.

Carbonara pasta was so delicious with al dente fettuccine without creamy sauce. Da vinci pizza was also delicious with proper ham and thin dough. Salad was good with lot of olives. Price was included 10% tax. Very reasonable price with high quality food. Cheap price compared to other big cities.

The food is delicious and with affordable price. Spagheti seafood is fresh and taste amazing. Pumpkin soup serve still hot and quite good but if you like salty soup better choose other this is either sweets or salty but nice and comfy soup. The duck confit was cooked well and perfect , serve one package with potato cheese. Better reserve for weekend and at night. We visited at day around 13.30 and no need to wait.

BEST WESTERN FOOD IN TOWN! No doubt. Service is incredible good, Chef Kamil himself and team always treat me and I believe every other customers like family. Really nice greetings, excellent services. Food are the BEST! Delicious, authentic, fresh, very good quality ingredients and very fair price also. Also there is various fresh baked pastry everyday. Room is not super spacious but surprisingly it's feels super! Even when it's full book, you still feel like have a dining party with all your friends. My personal recommendations, carpaccio! You must get it as your appetizer every single time! Hahaha it's super fresh, umami, everything is on point! Also always check their today special! 😉🥂

this place has amazing atmosphere where all people come together around the world i see local and foreign tourists enjoy their time here i just happened to find this place when strolling around but unfortunately it’s full book, but i refused to leaving empty handed this place has a bakery store inside so i take out some sourdough bread and their house blend coffee beans (no waiting time or reservation needed for store take out) looking forward to dine in next time

We ordered: 1. Grilled Paprika & Tomatoes Soup. It was surprisingly tasty 9/10. 2. Lamb Shank Tajine with Prunes. Not the best, but it was quite nice 7.5/10. 3. Smoked Brisked Pizza. It was worth every penny, superb, one of the best pizzas in town 10/10. I'm really glad that we came here. Definitely will come back again.

Very good food and drinks. Prices are reasonable for the food quality. Good and fast service. We had to wait because it was full, but just for 10 minutes. They have parking for moto.

After strolling around the city , we come down here with empty stomach . Lucky enough we get a seat in the bar and have a yummy lunch . Foods are amazing especially pizza and hummus are our favourites . Drinks are yummy and staffs are super friendly. I would definitely give more than 5 stars 😉

My first time here and I’m enjoying the Salads, loving the desserts 🍨 and my Spicy Focaccia! Will definitely comes back for another shots of the menu! The place also nice and they have this small store for you to buy some gifts! And don’t forget to book especially for weekends and it’s a favorite in the area.

One of the best places to eat in jogja. If you close your eyes and blindly pick an item from the menu , I can assure you that it will taste great. Everything is worth the price, you get so much for a cheap price. I strongly recommend the duck breast and the pizza. The ambiance is great as well. Overall I would strongly recommend this place to eat if you visit jogja.

It's just authentic food. Amazing pastry, French quality. I bought choco bread (pain au chocolat) and some others in the morning, it stays soft and fluffy till dinner time. Dessert and main course the same. Must visit in Yogyakarta.

Nominated this as one of the best Italian Cuisine in Yogyakarta. They nailed on all the foods I tried. There are salad, lasagna, and pizza. However, they can still improve the coffee a lot. It’s a bit pricey for restaurants in town but I enjoyed my time here. And the service is great too as all waitresses were attentive and friendly. Definitely, gonna come again to try other dishes 😋😋

Love the food, ordered duck confit and it was really nice, very tender, flavorful and the portion is big. Almost couldnt finish my meal. Garlic bread and calamari were nice. Their service is good, the food didnt take too long to come. Overall good place and good food!

I love Asian cuisine but when you spend so much time away from home you need good European food and I must say the food is very good. The prices are a bit high by Indonesian standards but well worth it. Excellent choice of wines

Mediterranean food, which consists of Italian, a bit of greek and maybe french, too. Make sure you book in advance else you try your luck by coming at unusual time, i.e. 4-5pm. Pork is available however it would be better if they can serve wine. The price is on the high side for Yogya, however it comes with generous portion.

I literally just bought Hawaiian pizza delivered to my home like just now and the pizza was really in bad condition, it burnt , the box was oily and almost broken, the cheese was stuck together with all the pineapple and the pizza was COLD and very chewy! this is very disappointing didn't worth the price. For the chef who made the pizza please be responsible and respectful towards the customers, how can u serve sth like this like seriously ? 😀👎it shows a lot that the chef or whoever staff was on that shift making the pizza didn't give a s*it about his/her task job responsibility. Very very disappointing. As u can see in the pictures 🙃👍 it looks very unappealing and ini tidak layak untuk dijual ke Customer.

Good place to eat foreign foods! It’s a bit fusion but in a good way! Staffs are very friendly, foods are good while I personally not prefer to order steak here (not saying the steak is not good, but there are many different fusion options taste more interesting and worth trying)

The waiting list shows how good the dishes are. The waiter/waitress are super friendly, not too much chitty chatty but helpful and friendly enough. The food are amazing, each came with huge portion and the price is a lot cheaper than what I thought this might be tagged.

Used to be a very delicious restaurant. Yesterday we had dinner and food is just So so… especially the salad.. not recommend for salad we order… duck confit still delicious, focaccia 🫓 is very nice ! Duck& risotto is a very nice combination

Had the waitresses paid a better attention to the orders it couldn’t be better. Unfortunately, the salad came with the dressing as unexpected. Be careful… the Turkish coffee is sweet 🤦‍♂️

Best french restaurant in Yogyakarta. I tried from the appetizer to dessert. All taste delicious. Better than restaurant in overseas. Staffs are friendly, atmosphere is great for family. Food are delicious and exceed our expectations for its price. Will definitely come back when I visit Yogyakarta.

This restaurant is strongly recommended for good Mediterranean style food. I was there with a few friends for dinner. We did not make prior reservations and the restaurant was full when we reached at 6.15pm. We had to wait for about 40 minutes before we were allocated a table. There was a wide range of food to choose from the menu so it was a rough choice. We ordered the escargot, Napoleon pizza, octopus salad and duck confit and others. The food was delicious. Definitely not regretting the visit and wait. Price is definitely reasonable for the quality of the food served. Strongly recommended if you are in Yogyakarta!

Top dinning experience. Make sure you make a reservation beforehand or at least put your name down on the waiting list. If you want to indulge in some good food, the menu is vast and some of the options do bring Indonesia at the table as well. We actually went there to eat twice ;-) There is also a small shop inside the restaurant where you can buy Indonesian coffee, condiments and some other local snacks &co.

I loved this place and I totally recommended. I tried a few different dishes and all were great from starters to deserts. In rush hours if you don't have a reservation you have to wait a bit. In my opinion the food was the best in town. Last but not least everyone working there were super kind.
