Very local set up. Full of tourists and friendly staff. The food was good, but unfortunately very limited vegetarian options (just fried food). The toilet was in a really bad state. Live music - might get quiet loud inside.

As in many other Indonesian restaurants, service is slow but food is good (specially the fried tofu!) for a reasonable price. The sugarless fruit smoothies are not very tasty, so unless you want it to taste like root, I’d have it with sugar. They offered card payment.

Knowing that their Nasi Pecel is one of their favorite dishes – I am putting Warung Heru as one of my go-to places when I am here in Yogyakarta. The place is walkable from my hotel, the staffs were suupppperrrr friendly and the service was great and quick as my food and drink came no more than 5-10 minutes after I sat down ordering. I ordered Nasi Pecel and Hot Lemon Tea which were a great combination for me as I just finished working. They told me that they will have Live Music at 9 PM but sadly I couldn't because I needed to finish some stuff before the weekend. The area really looks like Ubud with a small road and a few here and there restaurants and places on the side of the street. Also, cute pinky restroom with cool graffiti and stickers on the toilet. Super recommended to those who want to try Indonesian dishes with a chillin' vibe and friendly staff!

Tasty Indonesian menu & nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back! Slight downside, after finishing food/drinks we needed to come to counter to make a new order/more proactive staff, more sales?;)

Awesome place! The vibe you get...it's like you're the streets of Legian, Bali. The staffs are excellent. The music? oowwhh it makes you enjoy the place even more. Btw the music show only in Friday n Monday, starts at 9pm Can't post more picture of the place...bcoz I take videos more than pictures when Im there.

A relax and intimate place to hang out in Prawirotaman 1, Yogyakarta. Listening to home band, sipping your ginger tea or beer, and tasty food.

I had such a nice dinner experience here. I loved the decor of the place, it's what made me stay. We ordered beef rendang and grilled chicken for the main dishes along with some fresh jasmine and black ice tea. The food tasted authentic and tasty, I wasn't very impressed with the quantities. The waiters were helpful and there is an intimate atmosphere at night, especially when they play live music. Really good choice if you are around the area and looking for a nice atmospheric dinner

The best place to eat at prawirotaman area with excellent choices of food and drinks. One of the best nasi Soto ayam can be found here. Nasi goreng is good too. They have a special ginger herbal drink - temuruh. Its super duper good.... This is our 3rd time here during our 6 day stay at yogja...

It is a very pleasant place with good food and fantastic service (good English). They have open kitchen which is interesting to observe. The food is customized for Europeans, so don't be scared! And they have variety of beers, tea and fresh juices! We found this place accidently, but I would really recommend it 👌

We had an awesome experience here. Food menu is focused, clear, and organized, and the food we ordered were delicious. What made it better was the interactive live band that was playing music. These musicians are so talented! We must have stayed for good 2.5 hours eating and enjoying the music. Wonderful experience. I even got to play the drums with them. Love the food, love the ear candy, love the chill vibe - please visit when you come to Jogja!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this restaurant. We got really sick after eating rawon in this place, both of diarrhea and vomiting. Foods hygiene needs to be improved.

We had the nasi rendang, nasi campur, and fried tempe. The food was yummy and well-prepared, I enjoyed it with the artistic and carefree restaurant ambience. I also ordered an iced black coffee but it was hard to drink because of the grounds in it. Be prepared for prices that are slightly higher because of the location.

Nice Indo resto around Prawirotaman. Tried their Nasi Mangut Lele. It was rich tasty and flavourful! I believe they hire local cooks for the kitchen to keep the food authentic. Also lady at the cashier was so kind and lovely.

We ordered mangut lele and rawon. The rawon tasted too salty while mangut lele tasted bit sweety. Although its a local resto but way too pricey to compared with the taste. Found out many foreign tourist get there, and on the night it’s getting crowded.

My taste buds are still tingling from our last visit! I was happy to see how clean everything was. Everything was just so yummy. Make sure to save room for dessert, because that was the best part of the meal! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
