Great 3-night stay - Staff was welcoming and professional, the hotel is beautiful, my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had several meals there and the food was fresh and tasty. Spa experience was fine too, I had a great massage and another not so much. Location of the hotel is approximately 1h20 min drive to Borobudur and 20 min drive to Prambanan.

First thing first, I was kinda surprised when I saw the toilet, they use black marmer as the main theme of the toilet. The breakfast and dinner was very delicious. Lobby breakfast has western food, like omelets, waffles, and cereal, as well as traditional Indonesian food. Staff is very kind, and friendly. The hotel itself is very beautiful. There is a floating lounge above some beautiful artwork, and is also close to many shops and malls. The business suite has a bathtub, and that is hard to find here. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is small. The robe sash was torn, the mirror is slightly sideways and rubs the top of the sink faucet when you turn it on, and the towels were not very soft. Small reasons. Do not let that stop you from seeing the beauty of this hotel though. It is worth seeing...

Everyone [the staff] is very friendly and has lots of beautiful smiles. I enjoyed the smell of lemon grass aroma when you walked into the hotel. I booked the business suits, The room was on point! Very big and clean and has a bathtub for my kids. Definitely will come back when we visit Jogja again :)

This hotel has a delightful lemongrass smell at the lobby. I enjoyed every day the breakfasts, the comfort of the bed and the thermo gel pillow I borrowed. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The buffet offers western options as well as Indonesian food. The Gudeg was very good. It has a decent small gym equipped with dumbbells, bench, treadmill and other nice machines.

Room clean and nice but please also take care when room service clean the room after check out. I left my medicine in a white plastic but after few hour I call back, your receptionist said nothing found. I consider its my fault but hotel should help guest also. So becareful guest

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my parent's anniversary and first day of eid fitr. We were blown away by the amazing experience we had. The surprise my parents received upon arrival was fantastic and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. Besides, we got two rooms in the corner where the view was amazing. The service provided by the hotel staff especially afom Mr. Rendy and housekeeping team was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. They truly made us feel like VIP guests. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a variety of dishes during breakfast time. My favorite was different types of jamu and gudeg. It's been a long time since I ate gudeg. Again, the service was great. We already had our table reserved. The gym at the hotel was also fantastic. It was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy for me to maintain my fitness routine while on vacation. Overall, we had an incredible experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Thank you to Ibu Nung and the hotel staffs for making our parents' wedding anniversary celebration so special and making Eid for me after seven years of not being able to celebrate Eid with my family a memorable one.

Excellent hotel for a very comfortable stay. All of the staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the “pillow bar” (see photo 6) whereby guests can order extra speciality pillows to the room. Breakfast was well worth it, with a wide variety of quality food items - I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast option. A few suggestions for improvement: we had a 5-night booking and paid extra to add the breakfast option, therefore we were well aware that the breakfast was available between 06:00-10:00. We’d enjoyed the breakfast on the first two mornings but on the third morning, for some reason, the reception staff called our room at 09:00 to inform us that breakfast was available (which we already knew). We treated this as a kind reminder and thought nothing of it. On the fourth morning, the reception staff again called to our room at around 09:00 to remind us that breakfast was available, which we were already aware of. This felt a bit annoying as we’d been woken up by this phone call, and were planning to go down for breakfast at 09:30. It’s a nice courtesy to inform/remind guests about the breakfast, though it felt strange to do so on our third morning after we’d already enjoyed two breakfasts and were very much aware of the breakfast times. Secondly, the shower head in room 826 was broken and the water stream could not be adjusted due to the plastic tab on the shower head to rotate the setting had been broken off. Not a huge deal but this could be looked into as I enjoy using a setting with higher water speed.

The room was great! The carpet had stains close to the tele but otherwise, everything was good. I appreciate that the staff even cared to fold our clothes and arrange our shoes neatly. It was amazing.

I enjoyed 2 nights I spent here. Pleasant, spacious and clean room with complete amenities. Sizeable Bathroom is laid out great with separate shower (can be cleaner). A note for housekeeping, I spilled some coffee while seeping it on the bed on first night. The next day the sheet was not replaced, only tucked. In my opinion you should replace the sheet if you see stain on it. Letting it stay may cause it more difficult in cleaning but furthermost the guest must return to a stained bed.

Staying overnight at a five-star hotel, but experiencing disappointment with the service reminiscent of a budget hotel this time. It all started with the housekeeping staff, who usually clean the rooms every morning as part of the procedure and hospitality towards customers, ringing the bell three times but not waiting for a response and loudly OPENING the customer's room door without coordinating with the receptionist to check if there were any guests staying or if there were any guest requests for room cleaning. My hubby and I, who had just landed in Yogyakarta from Jakarta and were still feeling tired, were SHOCKED to find someone else entering our room 😭 Instantly, our hearts started beating faster due to the surprise. What kind of hotel is this with no proper system integration between housekeeping and reception? We chose to stay at this hotel for a family trip to find peace, comfort, and happiness. However, we got the opposite. Will our peace and comfort be ensured for the next night? By the way, we are staying here for 3 days and 2 nights with connecting rooms for our children. Can you imagine how disappointed we are with the service we received this morning (Thursday, 8/2/2025)? And will this happen again with other guests? No one knows 🥹

Stayed at this hotel was actually pretty nice and comfortable, the room was great, the price was standard, the foods were superb but honestly the breakfast menus could be a little bit better than that. The concierges and the securities were great and super polite, sadly the front desk service was disappointed and uncoordinated, needed longer time than expected just to give a card-key when in fact we had already cleared all the necessary administration to check-in into the hotel. Other things that I personally enjoyed was the ballroom. It was amazing, serene vibes, the interior was well designed, the foods quality (for the ballroom service) were also magnificent. Keep up the good work and keep improving the bad one.

Our rooms placed on the same level with the pool, its clean, tidy but a bit compact ponder to the price we paid. So, overall for business trip this place is awesome, you can enjoy traditional meals as well here. Oh, their roof top bar is fascinating though you can access this floor 24 hours

Friendly staff, clean and super neat room.. and overall excellent services right from my entrance to the hotel until the exit.. also I'll never forget the live-cooking breakfast, it was freshly made and delicious!

The rooms are ok, the appearance of the hotel in general is also ok. But the parking lot is not well organized. In addition, the lighting in the meeting room is very bad (Janaka Meeting Room), especially when meeting at night. The worst? You have to stand in a long line to enjoy breakfast, it gets worse, because the staff in the restaurant are not friendly. The excuse that the hotel guests were crowded at Christmas was unacceptable, it means that the capacity planning of this hotel is not good, because the hotel was definitely have had the information of the number of guests, days before. Try to imagine, when you want to have breakfast and enjoy your morning on a holiday, then you have to stand in a long line first with an unfriendly attitude towards you from the restaurant's staff? it will ruin your morning of the day. What a bad experience.

It is modern concept hotel but you can feel the traditional vibe of staying in Java. It has nice room with full carpet. Checking in was not so smooth, need to wait for 20-30 minutes. The only downside was the wifi. Two times staying here but the wifi was always slow.

I spent my holidays with my family during the new year's Eve. We really love the hotel, the ambience feels so homy, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is rooftop with good view. We can see fireworks during the 2023 countdown from the rooftop. The food need more improvement, but I love Bakmi Jowo by Kang Moel, the nasi goreng, mie nyemek and mie letek taste so delicious. Our stay at Swiss Belboutique is so nice, we surely come back to this hotel when we visit Yogyakarta again 😊🙏

Overall: Very Good.. from reception, bedroom, breakfast area, until check out. Only ceiling inside the room quite noisy (bunyi kretek kretek) will be better if fixed. Thx
