Decent hotel at perfect location. Arrived at 04 AM by train, only 5 minutes walking distance to the Neo hotel 🥰 And the lobby is clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, the room is clean and no smoke odor. Implement no plastic bottle policy, so they provide water dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast are various and tasty. But since malioboro and other tasty yogya food are only 5-10 minutes walking time.. time to hunt the yogya culinary 😆😁 Recommended hotel near train station 👍

Great location, clean, very close to late night eats too. The rooms were nice and tidy. I had a problem with getting a smoking room (which i could not stand), but there was a way out and i was moved to a clean and nice smelling non smoking room. The breakfast selection was quite vast and pretty tasty.

I didn't stay here. Came in for breakfast on 2F. At 12k it's one of the more expensive breakfasts, however it was excellent and worth it. Buffet with good Indonesian and western options

Loved this place in every. The location. Close to the railway station, I took the train and back to Yogyakarta airport and walked from the station to the hotel. The rooms are great , the staff are so polite and thoughtful and the washrooms are spotless. The breakfast buffet is great though I felt the menu was about the same every day. Tonnes of shopping and eating options and the hotel connected me to an economical taxi operator for the sight seeing. I have nothing but praise for the place

I love this hotel! Their service is really great, very helpful. Their room is clean, comfy, and hygiene. They have almost everything that I need on this family trip. Oh, and try their breakfast. It's worthed.

Good location, near Malioboro and many tourist spots, Across the train station yet my sleep wasn't disturbed by any bell's noise or whatsoever. Rooftop with pleasant seating and view, though I couldn't see the mountains clearly due to the clouds. Friendly service (esp by the roof top Resto person and the front office person), Becak in front of hotel that you can rent for strolling around, Mini mart within hotel area, beside the lobby.

Rooms was decent, breakfast for 3 star hotel was great, pool was amazing! Location is one of the reason i stay here, you can walk to stasiun tugu within 5 min, and lots of great cafe infront of the hotel, malioboro is very walkable, such a great location! However the cleaning service forgot to put back towels and others amanities in the room, lucky i bring my own towel and it was my last night too.

the reception staff is really friendly and accommodating. The Skyline bar is really incredibly beautiful, but the service doesn't pay any attention to you, you get your card by yourself and have to run to the bar to order. I don't think that's appropriate for such a luxury hotel. she also cleared our whole table, which made us feel very uninvited! However, the food was ok

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Yogyakarta! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

The best hotel with affordable cost to enjoy Malioboro Yogyakarta. 3 minutes walk from Tugu Train Station. 2 minutes walk from 0km Malioboro. A lot minimarket surroundings. Bus station shelter available. Exactly located opposite of Selasar Malioboro shops. “Becak” & “Andong” easily reachable; don’t forget to negotiate though. The pool is clean & enough for kids to enjoy, the breakfast is nice. The staff are responsive to give direction for car park and the room are clean. Worthed & enjoyable.

Strategic hotel, we just need walking to Tugu Station and Malioboro street. This hotel really good in service, they are serving a good taste of breakfast. Their room also comfortable for sleep and clean.

Soft pillows and clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and patient. We've seen an incident when we were about to check in, there were gentlemen who were angry (even though I think it was the father who was at fault), but the Neo hotel staff looked elegant and professional in handling these gentlemen. It's good anyway. Only the TV channels are few. Sometimes you hear the sound of a train passing by, but that's okay. Overall, the service at this hotel is quite satisfactory. Have a nice staycation!

Cozy and perfect for me. I don't know why they shed the bed but the glasses we used are not cleaned and still at their place. The cleaner even don't wash them. I like the shower anyway.

The room is clean and tidy, provided with good amenities. Cable TV using Indihome's STB so I can stream YouTube but unfortunately Netflix isn't supported. Nice buffet breakfast with mostly Indonesian food menu and have a good taste. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Kinda disappointed with the Wi-Fi because it becomes quite slow at prime time until midnight. Sometimes I can't even stream 360p videos. Recommended hotel with strategic location, will come back here again.

The reason i give 4 for this hotel is just because randomly when i stayed here i got street view. White the view itself is not a problem as this location is buzz with people in daily basis, in front of this hotel is a train station. Yes...a train station where then and now you will hear the train coming, the whistle and the train announcement where practically you are not really care in day time, but night time will be really distracting for those with sensitive ear. So, ask the back room. Yet, the rest of this hotel is great. You can find small convenience store just next to the hotel (still in the hotel parking lot). ATMs just outside. The lobby itself is warm to just sit and read newspaper. I dont remember whether they have swimming pool or not, but they have roof-top restaurant that is great to enjoy the night and early morning to check Merapi Mount. The black and white ambience is soft enough with friendly staff that will help you with information of surrounding. This hotel have underground parking lot though not big enough. anyhow, the staff will be helpful to guide you with parking arrangement. The food is not bad at all . and the best part is that this hotel is really near with malioboro street. Hei...even that noisy train station will be your plus point if you are travelling by train as you just cross the street. So, dont be afraid....you will like this hotel.

The location is great, near Tugu Station and Malioboro Street, and surrounded by many cafes, coffee shops and angkringan. But other than that, needs an improvement in room services and amenities. When I was staying there, the soap has run out even though I’ve only showered once. The dispenser was not plugged, so I couldn’t get the cool water. But probably the worst was the Valet service, when in the morning I found out the car’s window half opened, and I remembered the night before I handed the keys to the security that my window was fully closed. Luckily nothing missing but still it was dangerous.

Everything was good, but there were a lot of open wires inside the pool. Better tidy them up for safety reasons, especially since there are a lot of kids using the pool.

I wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew they were closing the pool for renovations for the whole week. Maybe they should have informed ther public of this in advance.

This hotel placed in Pasar Kembang street near The Tugu train station. And also very close to Malioboro street. The strategic place make this hotel so worth it to stay for our trip. At the front of the hotel there is Slasar Malioboro that has live music. Loko Cafe and many options for us to spend the night near the hotel.

It is located next to the famous Malioboro Street. You can easily take a walk and enjoy the ambiance. Oh, you can find Train Station just right in front of the hotel, so each time you can hear the sound of the train horn clearly. For me it is okay because I found it interesting. But if you don't like to hear loud sound, better find another place. The hotel is part of Aston. They have spacious room and affordable room rates. It is clean and hygiene. They offer various dishes for breakfast. But I have to say that there is nothing extra ordinary about the taste. Surprise surprise, they have a Sky Lounge which offer a magnificent view on roof top. If you ride a car, they surely have spacious parking lot in basement. The staffs are friendly and helpful. One thing I only dissatisfied about is the Wi-fi connection. It was slow and need improvement. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay here during my business trip.

I can’t find any information regarding where you source your eggs used in the hotel? Does it still come from battery cage farms? Because there are a lot of battery cage-free commitments from Cafes and Restaurants in Yogyakarta especially, just thinking does your hotel have that kind of commitment.
