Though this is a 5 stars hotel, but sorry i can give 5 stars rating. Despite their very excellent location which is in the main street, near to Mall city centre and hospital, there are some things need to be fixed. First, i found that the bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. Shower in bathroom was very uncomfortable because lack of water pressure. The swimming pool was very small. For a 5 stars hotel, i expect bigger pool. Also there was no hand towel in the bathroom. No access card in the lift, so i think you need to improve your security. Since i am a family traveller, i also expect some kids playground. But, they have the best croissant i've ever eat! I tried cinnamon and chocolate croissant at breakfast. Also there is no doubt about their hospitality and cleanliness since it is ASTON chain. They also provide hairdryer, ironing board, weight scale, and also umbrella in the room. Very nice in this raining season.

We stay for 2 night in this hotel and in overall it was an excellent stay. The hotel and room interior was nicely design and room amenities were complete. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the pool even it small equipped with warm water so you will never feel cold at anytime you play in the pool. Last but not least the breakfast menu were excellent from the plenty choices and the taste. Will definitely back to this hotel if we visited the city again off course when the price just right

Very nice and large rooms that are also quite comfortable. Free WiFi in rooms and throughout the hotel. Very pleasant decor but the facility is aging. Facility management is quick to respond to all requests and repairs are completed ASAP. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and offers Western, Asian and Indonesian foods. Made to order fresh fruit drinks and multiple styles of egg plates. I highly recommend the Saffron Restaurant for evening dining. A good selection of dishes available for every taste. Quick service. Prices very reasonable! Reception staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping staff is equally responsive to individual requests and do a super job maintaining the rooms. The Grand Aston is a great place to stay when in Yogyakarta!

It was a wonderful experience during my stay at Grand Aston Jogjakarta. The hotel is very cozy, very wide selection of buffet (Breakfast, lunch & dinner) since I stayed here for a meeting. I also recommend this hotel for those who wants to stay for vacation, it's very accessible to the downtown! The staff was excellent, gave me the five stars service, good job!

Wow what a luxurious hotel. This glorious magnificent hotel is just fabulous. Service with smiles. They have a chef to cook poached eggs, omelettes etc at breakfast time, and you can can choose a typical European or more Asian both delicious. This room had separate bath and shower. The bed was comfortable with plush snugly pillows and really good bed, like sleeping on a cloud. Located in the middle of town centre. The views are spectacular. We had absolutely wonderful time yes we would re turn I highly, highly recommend.
