The
hotel
is
clean
and
fine.
The
small
garden
near
the
lobby
is
beautiful.
But
the
service
needs
to
improve.
From
the
parking
lot
the
security
start
bothering
you
by
directing
your
car
to
be
parked
in
such
a
way
to
maximize
parking
space
(because
the
hotel
is
always
crowded
and
the
parking
area
is
limited)
then
ask
for
your
car
key
and
will
give
the
key
back
when
we
want
to
get
out.
Why
don't
they
just
ask
for
it
in
the
first
place
and
park
the
car
according
to
their
will.
They
need
to
understand
that
the
guest
came
from
a
long
way
and
want
to
just
check
in
and
rest.
No
need
for
the
parking
nonsense!
I
had
bad
experience
changing
rooms
twice
because
I
requested
2
single
beds
but
somehow
that
type
of
room
was
not
available
in
the
first
two
attempts.
If
the
hotel
is
mentioning
option
for
1large
bed
or
2
single
beds
in
apps
like
traveloka,
don't
mess
around
by
saying
the
2
single
beds
are
fully
booked
or
vice
versa.
The
hotel
doesn't
need
to
pretend
like
the
options
didn't
exist
and
proceed
the
check-in
process
without
mentioning
the
bed
options.
Please
be
honest!
And
besides,
the
beds
are
not
permanent
so
1
large
bed
is
actually
2
single
beds
put
together
under
one
bed
cover.
İf
the
hotel
want
money
just
charge
more
for
2
single
beds
in
the
first
place.
The
guest
won't
complain!
We
just
want
to
sleep
and
rest,
we
don't
want
to
argue
