This hotel located in the heart of the city, near from Tugu Yogyakarta. One of my reason to choose this hotel is they also near from pasar Kranggan. I will try some famous culinaries there. They need to have more parkir lot, my friends was complaining about that because she felt struggled when find a parkir space for her car.

The WORST experience staying at a hotel. 1. I confirmed check in at 4 PM. yeah, 4 PM, far from normal check in schedule. So at this point, ideally they should CHECKED EVERYTHING and when i arrived the room should be ready, right?. BUT NO!!! They need to double check the room, ended up the room’s ready at 4:58 PM. 2. In my room, the AC remote and mini bar cooler was broken. 3. They gave me 2 bottles of shampoo instead of shampoo and shower gel. 4. The next morning, they put me on line for BREAKFAST. Looooong queue. 5. My brother rented bike cost some money for 3 hours ended up the bike ran out of battery in the middle of the road and my brother called hotel to be picked. 6. Foods from room service? WORST!! i never tried foods or lychee tea as worst as at this hotel. I ordered carbonara, bitterballen, and lychee tea. 7. They said that just in case need hair dryer, we can just ask. When I asked, they ran out of it.

Its allright, my problem was that ive given their clean up version of smoking room when I need non smoking one. Let me tell you, ones never be able to change smoking room into non smoking instantly.never.

My previous stay was trully my story. A big warm smile greet me upon arrival from the security guard, then an excellent and exceptional service give by the ladies at the front desk. But guess what?when we enter the room that was different story, 621 was really bad. A stain sheet, unmopping floor with a lot of hair loss on the floor ruin my first impression of this hotel. Try not to look at the corner area of the room but yes, you really can see the dust. I can not say anything but continue the next day to have my breakfast, it was quite good, and I love the gesture from the waitress that were very friendly and helpful. Hope it can be a good constructive feedback and the good compliment at the same time towards the hotel management. But I will consider and think twice to stay back at this hotel.

A very affordable hotel with a great location. This hotel is located near the famous Tugu Jogja. But, if you are planning to go to Malioboro by walking, you'll have to walk around 1 km or more to get to Teras Malioboro 1. The service is superb. The staff are very friendly. The room service is very good and fast responding. The breakfast needs more variation but the food is delicious. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner in room 716 needs a little some time to be cold but the engineer comes to the room to fix that problem. The refrigerator is not cold even after they changed it to a new one. The hotel is muslim friendly, you will find mukenah (prayers clothes for women), sajadah (prayer mate) and Al Quran inside the room. Overall, i have a really pleasent stay at this hotel. Will come stay again if i visited Jogja.

Love it so too bad too far from maliobor but it's ok You can go to Tugu Yogyakarta where there are many Angkringan around then you continue to Malioboro

Well u get good priced hotel with a good location. Rooms are a little small. Quality wise dont expect too much but they are good enough. The breakfast is limited but decent. The service is good but then everyone in Indonesia is so good and awesome. The swimming pool is really small and frankly u can skip if u want.

The hotel located strategic near Tugu Jogja also bunch of cafes around and there’s 24H CircleK nearby. Parking area is good and wide. Check in was smooth. The staffs are helpful, nice and super friendly. The room is neat and clean, if you’re a moslem, they provide praying mat without asked. The water flows good. My suggestion is maybe the hotel needs to add extra security for the parking area, maybe they could distribute parking card and collect it as the guest leave the parking area, or something similar. Overall definitely will come back.

Hotel with a very excellent location, you can go walk around by foot. Staff are very much hospitable,warm, with a very good covid protocol. Room size was enough compare to the price. Just maybe the room cleanliness can be upgrade. Keep up the good work!

a simple "thank you" or "have a nice day" after having a breakfast from the staff was all i expected, but i got nothing hahaha. the receptionist was nice tho. the interior is okay. the thing i wanna complain was the placement of the closet. it was too far for the one who take the other side of the bed. other than that, it was good staying here. not to mention that the food is tasty. i like the fried rice and the porridge.

Great place for meeting and the service for meeting is good. The staffs are helpful. But there is no one stand in front of entrance door to welcome guest and remind guest to do health protocols. I can't comment about the room.

I'm impressed with the service. They were good at helping you with your stuff. They're providing trolly and helping you deliver your stuff into your room (situation: 2 guests). They have narrow lobby, eventhough I love the restaurant and waiting room decoration. Mm.. I didnt like their layout room. They put stuff-table near your bed. The bathroom doesnt provide hairdryer (by request only) and doesnt have separator between shower and wastafel. Overall, I enjoy one night stay here. Thanks for the experience 👍🏻👍🏻

The room not noise proof. Can hear people talking from next room, Can hear people dragging the chair from above or next room. Breakfast menu not too bad, Even though not too much option.

It's an amazing hotel in the middle of town. The cost quite inexpensive, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Already applying the health protocol as well. But unfortunately, the mushola in this hotel is very small. So there's very little room. Especially in pandemic like this, worshipers have to be in line.

Love this place, the room is kinda small but clean, wifi is working even the speed is low, hot water working fine, for hairdryer must ask for availability, they have pool but very small either, still nice for swim in hot weather. Breakfast is not many varieties, location is ok, near city attraction and easy to find food.

Room was very small & not well maintained, low water pressure in the bathroom, sheets had blood stained, AC in the lobby were much cooler rather than in the room, breakfast was average and be ready if your room preference were ignored even though you booked your room more than a month prior to arrival date. Overall, it's not worth the price with experienced staying there. Better find another hotel.
