!!REVIEWS DURING PANDEMIC!! My overall experience is average. I got a good deal through booking.com for two nights, room only w/o breakfast; so I cannot review the breakfast. Restaurant service is off during pandemic. The room was quite pleasant and clean, the double bed is smaller than average hotel. We had small TV with good channels. Bathroom was OK, amenities limited, as I expected from budget hotels. The WIFI was great. The swimming pool is well maintained, but avoid having a dip in the morning, as many guests preferred to swim at that time.

Very strategic location. The room is clean and tidy. But no shower cap is provided. There are stacks of extra bed on the stairs?? The breakfast menu quite varies but tastes just okay3.5/5

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this Hotel during my visit to the city, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff members who made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a vibrant and bustling area with easy access to various attractions and amenities. It was convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy the local culture. Additionally, the hotel is easily accessible, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

I bring several foreigners here coz I thought it's the good one. At the time, I'm staying here myself for several days, now I know why I should NOT go back and recommend this place to my friends anymore. (Updated for Fave's response): you asked me to bring out more details and here I go: yesterday and today, I called the front desk in the evening and nobody picked up the phone till someone finally answered my call to tell the gel shower was run out (this was the first day we check in and we were so tired after long flight from abroad!) Second time, we called again the front desk and nobody picked up the phone again till I asked my wife (a foreigner) to go down to check whether she could find someone to help us. Then, finally someone picked up my call when my wife arrived there at the front desk. We asked for hair dryer yesterday. And after the request, that thing has not arrived till I have to call again!!!!!. Today, I called in the evening again when we learned the water leaking from AC and wet our clothes!!! And you're right, no body pick up my phone!!!! Then, I went down myself to tell this problem and bring us at least something like water container. And after yelling in the front desk as no body there, someone finally showed up and he promised me to send the thing to our room while I said we were about to go out so make it fast please! We waited several mins till we have to go and no body showed up to fix the problem. I can't cancel our reservation till 16 Nov. And now, if you don't believe me come upstairs check how noisy all the neighbors is! You should encourage all the residents to respect each other and maintain quietness. Put some board in every floor in bahasa: TOLONG JAGA KETENANGAN!

For the price offered, this is very attractive. a comfortable and not noisy place. the breakfast menu also varies. didn't take long to check in. but need to be improved for cleanliness in the bathroom area. there is still water crust at some point. but to me everything looks fine.

sorry for my honest review.. the room was standard actuaalt.. but the AC was the worst experience ever stayed inany fave hotels.. squeking and abnoying all night without enough desired temperature

Great service! Don't underestimate budget hotel! I went to jogja with family (2 children) and stay at family room. They served us well in every line. Security was polite. Receiptionis was good to explain. Housekeeping was very honest and clean well. Even give us solution when i got trouble. 👍👍 Breakfast staff also very gentle and nice. Midnight room service was very helpful. We know the room, facility, and food are normal budget hotel, but with those all kind of good service, I belive the guest will come again, me also. Thanks!

Amazing my only complaint is the room bathroom that had broken faucet, and a showering room with a glass wall that is only covered with blurry sticker but there are stip spots to peek. Overall my experience is great. Thanks to Efendi for suggesting ti review the place.

Hello.... Long trip from Bali, heading to Yogya and spending time for Iftar ramadhan (buka puasa) at Fave hotel Kusumanegara. Well, a good food brings a good mood and happiness while enjoy the meals and dishes. It's a recommended hotel to visit, believe me! Cleanliness OK, services OK and the utmost is friendly staffs. Overall it was a pretty good stay. The room was clean, the staff were great, and the breakfast was actually quite decent. Although the shower pressure was a little low and there's not enough equipment in the room (especially towels).

The staffs are nice. They provide everything you need. The keep your privacy as well. Well done, so nice hotel to stay in Yogyakarta

The place is quite comfortable to rest, and the location is quite close to some famous places to hang out/walk, like Jalan Malioboro and others.

Decent hotel and okay overall. Pretty cheap price. The parking lot is a bit small but they compensate with free vallet parking. Need to improve the shower water pressure and the bed sheet is not comfortable for me. But I can forgive that because The foods on breakfast is delicious. Got so many choices too.

Overall, it is a nice place to stay. The hospitality of this hotel is great. I’ll give it 5 stars if the water heater is better and the room’s soundproofing is improved.

Very dissatisfied, because the price of the room which is the standard price does not match the room we paid for and put wedding room there is for free but is not for free . Noise is very disturbing rest time . Less of strong rules to stop noise from newly arrived guests, especially group school children . Parking area very small .

The breakfast options and the staff service was extremely poor. It's not worth with the room price of 850K. This hotel needs lots of improvement.
