Stay there from 26th - 29th of January and the experience is good overall.. Many options on breakfast menu and spacious room.. Definitely a good option if we want to go to Yogyakarta again

Super cool, I came with Becak from train station… and it just took me straight to Lobby!! Only happened in Yogyakarta 😁😊 Stayed here for 2 nights, and this my first time too. What I like the most about this hotel is their brilliant associates and location! The staff, they have great attitude, warm and friendly, helpful, polite and respectful with all guests. The hotel has best asset!! Location near by Tugu Yogya, walking distance to Malioboro and train station, i must say almost close with everything you need. The hotel cleanliness was great and well maintained as well as the room. Bed is quite comfortable, perfect room size good for 2 people. Unable to connect with TV, no signal. There's no mineral water in the room which is really great, they placed a jug in the room instead. Water dispenser was literally in front of my room, but the drinking water taste strange, I don't think they used any branded water gallon. Booking comes with breakfast, but never had chance to try it so there's nothing much to share. Overall service quality was satisfied.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking, strategic location. Staffs were helpful & friendly. We love the breakfast, a lot of choices. I would recommend those who are looking for accommodations near Tugu-Malioboro to stay here. It’s worth the price!

What a beautiful hotel in Yogyakarta. I truly love Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta. This hotel is wonderful and of course it is really easy to find because Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta is located on the main street and nearby Tugu Jogja. The staffs are really helpful and friendly as well. The room is amazing and very comfortable. Then, the parking area is really wide too. I hope someday I can come again to Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta. Thank you so much.

I would say this is the best hotel in Malioboro area for now. Just a minute away frok Tugu and on walking distance to Malioboro street. Best to walk at night when Angkringan and street foods open. Room is big and spacious. Bathroom is nice, the soap aroma is very nice. They don’t serve bottled mineral water, in exchange you can bring water from dispenser in front of rooms.

The room is very nice. The housekeeping do their job perfectly. The food and the Atmosphere are also awesome.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful room, great ambiance, clean linen and towel. House keeping staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, i had a great experience with the Harper.

The location is very convenient and everything was perfect. There a lot of complementary snacks and drinks it's perfect if we stay with family. The Netflix, Disney's Star provided by hotel that's made me relax during my stay. Breakfast quite various and all the staff was helpful, specially April she is informative, polite and very helpful.

Good food (free cotton candy for kids and free food snacks after check out), good experience, good ambience, clean, friendly staff who always replied "My Pleasure" everytime I said thank you. The location in downtown area so it will be easy to look for food and tourist attraction site. A nice place to stay especially for new year eve.

Yes it does, its actually much greater than i expected, its very comfortable and all the workers were so polite. They gave us so much complimentary, all the food and drinks in the room was free! And it got refilled every day when you asked the bellboy to clean your room. I stayed in there for about 5 days, and they gave us another complimentary, we bookes 2 deluxe double room so they gave us 4 plates of dinner and another 4 plates that we can bring with us on our way home, like a lunchbox.The breakfast menu was amazing, so many choices and i really love the dimsum, also there's a cotton candy machine, how amazing am i right? You can ask the waiter to make you a cotton candy for free! The toilet was also very very clean, hot shower is waiting for you when you got back from your activities.

Had a complimentary room upgrade upon check in, thanks to our check in staff, April, and all the other staff have been absolutely wonderful so far. The bathroom in the room is very big and spacious. Also the breakfast had a very big selection with lots of variety too. Despite the earthquake drill at midnight last night, the night duty manager was very efficient and even unlocked the toilet for me to use when I needed it. Aqil, the duty manager in the morning was also very friendly and welcoming. Have really enjoyed my stay so far!

Sorry, I would like to give the hotel a rating of 4 stars. During my two-night stay, I had a pleasing experience overall. I really appreciated the option of self-refill water, as it supports the go green campaign. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The internet connection was reliable, and the selection of TV channels was impressive. The staff members were also very helpful, and I would like to give a shout out to everyone who assisted me during my stay. The only issue I encountered was that I accidentally made a double booking for the same day when I wanted to extend my stay. It would have been helpful if the staff had alerted me to the mistake, as I ended up paying double the amount. Nevertheless, I do appreciate their assistance in resolving the situation. The breakfast buffet was very good btw.

Great hotel compared the surrounding area. Looks inferior by the looks, but once we enter it, the lobby is really wide and luxury. Room is really clean and awesome. The breakfast (sahur) is delicious with many items compared to surroundings. Overall awesome place to stay. Will come back to this hotel!

Already many time stay in this Hotel at Perfect Location, so close to malioboro and tugu. Great Breakfast and Clean Room. The only effort is parking lot without any valet (Harper should provide this service on busy day) Just imagine when there are lot of group with bus come.

We booked 2 rooms. Great location to stay around Malioboro, hotel staff are kindly and friendly, always smile and helpful. We were given lovely warm greeting for our honeymoon staying provided by April-guest relation officer. She was lovely staff who organised every our request so well and perfect. Hotel room was so clean and spacious with complimentary free mini bar which my son loved it so much. We were so happy, we will come back to stay here again for next visit. Thanks so much for all. Exceptionally great hospitality services, the staff are very kind and helpful. The process check in is very seamless and fast. The room itself is pretty clean, not spacious but comfy enough for get rest. Toilet is clean, and hot water is also working great. Aircon in room is very cold. Location hotel is great, right in the middle of city, so if you want to stroll around city, this hotel is good choice. One thing to be noted if you want to stay here, if you got your room, check your sleeping position first, in my first room, i hear some of low frequency rumbling sound, like of generator sound, and that sound specifically heard when my head is sleeping on bed. I ask them for moving to another room, the sound is still could be heard, but not so loud. I think the mechanical engineering team need to inspect the acoustic treatment on generator / pump / whatever that is room :)

The room where so clean and spacious.they provide free snacks and beverage for every room to enjoy.one things that I notice,they put station to charge in every bed side,such a plus point for me that like to scroll my phone before sleep. Second plus point is ALL the GRO is so attentive! When im check in my room where not ready yet,then mbak Tina as the GRO greets us very nicely and give drawing kit for my kids,and then offer additional welcome drink that we can choose. In the morning mbak April as the GRO, greet us after breakfast and give recommendation places to go in jogjakarta.and they make sure that we have pleasant time. Good job Harper team!please keep up the good work,and next time I visit jogja we will be stay in this hotel again.

Incredible, helpful staff. We've never met more engaged and friendly people. Iis from the restaurant and all the workers made our stay unforgettable. The food was so delicious. Staff are very helpful, the room are nice and cozy. Lots of choices for breakfast menu. Good for family stay. The idea of using water dispenser is really a good idea to reduce plastic waste.

Decided to choose this hotel for weekend-staycation and overall everything exceeds my expectations. Hassle-free check in process and greeted warmly by the security and receptionist. I think Harper Hotel is one of the most thoughtful hotel that i've ever visited since they provide some snacks, vitamin booster, and it's free of charge. Since i preferred to stay in bed and watch movies during my staycation I feel fulfilled because they provide smart TV in each rooms so we can watch either TV channels, Youtube, and also Disney Hotstar! One thing that i forget to mention when the manager on duty came to my table during my breakfast and asked what is lacking during my stay, please clean the toilet more thoroughly, i spotted that the built-in water bidet on the toilet is quite nasty. They provide buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, even though the main course that I ate taste mediocre. The good side: I feel secure since the waiters and waitresses are helping the visitors to take the buffet meals so it prevents contamination from one another since we are in the midst of pandemic.

Courteous staff, fast wifi, clean room with free snacks and all you can drink water from the water dispenser outside, great buffet selection with a lot of local items, fast wifi, and a short walk to the train station and many attractions in Yogyakarta. The location is superb, 300m from Tugu Jogja. The hotel was clean, big lobby and bistro. The pool was a bit small but cozy, with the view of Jogja city. There was no gym. The bathroom is a bit too big compared to the room (deluxe type).

Food was great!!! AC in room was so food. Worth for every rupiah we paid. Staffs were friendly. Another superb service form Harper, we left our pants and they send it back to us with no charges. Thank you guys....

Best location, near to Tugu Jogja, Stasiun Tugu and Malioboro street, at night so many angkringan in front of the hotel. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. Complete menu of breakfast, good experience to stayed here. Free water and there is dispenser in front of the each room.

Located near tugu (iconic of jogja) and the staff are friendly. Room is good but maybe the ac sound is a bit disturbing. But not that bad. The water galoon service is nice for environment and sustainable!

Loved the stay at Harper with my in-laws. Everyone was amazing especially Mas Titus, Kak Fina, and Mas Bayu. Incredibly lovely, rooms are nice and big, water coolers on every floor and corner so we’re not always so thirsty and have to pay for water.

Harper Malioboro Check in was very smooth with no problems. The hotel is close to Malioboro Street, 15 minutes walking, and several other tourist destinations. Going to the train station is also close and can be done by gocar or grab, there is no intimidation from anywhere, anymore. Unfortunately, the shower is not working properly, needs repair (room 305) The most impressive thing is the breakfast! Interestingly, this hotel has a wide selection of Indonesian food and adequate western food. Chocolate Fountain fro breakfast is absolutely amazing 🤩 Beer and wine are still not cheap. Well, I can understand since this is a hotel. So, to have beer you have to go to Roaster and Bear which is in the same building of the hotel. Lovely! Anyway, overall this hotel is very nice!

Located in the heart of Yogyakarta City, very strategic places. I stayed for a week in Harper, but never got bored with the breakfast menus, you can find various dishes from local foods to international foods! Oh yeah, once we arrived at the hotel they served a very delicious bakpia! You can buy the bakpia too in the lobby of the hotel. They also have very nice and helpful staffs, the room is very clean and pretty spacious! Definitely, we’ll be back there!

Very happy staying here, all the staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast menu are vary and yummy, location is just accross Tugu, and within walking distance from train station and Malioboro. The room is cozy enough and quite clean, and all the snacks and beverage in the room are free of charge.

Had a great time during my stay here. The room was clean with smart system facilitation. Making it easy for me to turn on/off the lights and television, or even listening to music from spotify. The food and service were also great.. we had a lot of choices for food, ranging from traditional to western..with delicious tastes.. the staff were helpful, one of them was Mas Ari, who provided us with what we needed during our breakfast.. overall, I love to stay at Harper Malioboro.. 😊

Fio, the person helping us with our breakfast is a very sweet person and so are the others serving us. She and her colleagues are very attentive and helpful. We are thankful to them all. We are also thankful for their courtesy and willingness to accommodate dietary (vegan) needs of one member of our group. All staff are very sweet and courteous!

I love the ambiance here. The employees as a GSA with a short hair serve the guess very politely.. The room was so clean when i stayed there. Even, they provide various food which are delightful for me and my family.
