overall from 1-10, while my 2 days staying here in this hostel i can say for : • service and the hospitality of the staff : 9 • cleaness of the room 8,5 • cleaness of swimming pool 6,5 • toilet flush : 6 • wifi connection : 5 Unfortunatly the room that i stay (double room with private bathroom), is located near with the hostel enterance & lobby (exactly on left side), which for somehow other guest like to chit chat with loud voice near the lobby, that make my stay totally uncomfortable & since the room not soundproof, it's easily hear the sound from the road, if your the person that value quiteness, i think won't be suitable for you.

Stayed here for three nights. The double room was alright, the location is great, the quarter were the king lives is reachable by foot. However the service was perfect. Saturday (one guy of the staff) helped us a lot planning our days in and around the citiy, organised scooters (very cheap prive) as well.

We went in September in 2022 and it was a very pleasant experience for me and my friends. We got a spacious room that could accommodate max. 5 people, and there were only 3 of us. The room and bathroom are clean and neatly maintained. The surrounding is also comforting, not loud, and properly design. The facilities are just what we need - communal table, small kitchen, and pool though it's a bit too small. But what I like the most is the friendliness of the staff. Will definitely be one of my preferred options if I go to Jogja again!

Penginapan murah banget kalau buat staycation sama keluarga atau sahabat. The room was large, the service was extraordinary. They provide swimming pool, billiard table, playing room, play card, monopoly game, ect. The kitchen was clean and complete. We enjoyed our staycation there.. We just spent 375K for 6 person room one night

OstiC really deserves 5 star. As a hostel, the service is more like a hotel. Super friendly staff, comfortable room with double bed, great WiFi connection, and a communal room that has every traveler craving to; from games to pop mie. Oh, and they also have a parking lot for traveler who rents motorcycles. Last but not least, the location is at the city; jogging to alun-alun and enjoying the Jogjakarta ambience while having a taste of traditional food is worth a try.

Highly recommended guest house 🏡 to stay.. there's a lot of indoor game like pool table and play station. The room also so nice n cozy. The staff xpecialy ms Naina so cheerful and helpful. Will come again for my next trip.

What a beautiful place I've ever visited.I love OstiC House so much. OstiC House is incredibly amazing and wonderful. It's my first time I came to OstiC House and I felt amazed. This place is totally beautiful. The room is remarkable and very comfortable. The TV works and the AC works well too. Thank you very much OstiC House. I hope someday I can come here again.

If you are the explorer who love to meet new people, this is the right place! I was here before pandemic and recently in June 2022. The vibes of this place is still the same. Their staffs are very helpful & kind, make us feel like coming back to our beloved family. We can also meet people from different places, background, talks and sharing are always fun. The facility maybe is not premium, but humble enough to fulfil our basic needs, also very worth with the price. The location maybe not in a very city center, but in a walking distance we can found many nice restaurants & cafes. So, I highly recommend this place for you. Enjoy!

Great hostel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The food and coffee are delicious. Plus I had a good time hanging by the pool as well! I really recommend this place to anyone going to Yogyakarta.

Staff were courteous. Our room was rather clean although sometimes the toilet would have sewage smell. There are a few eateries and a mini supermarket within walking distance from Ostic.

Highly recommend. The stuff is the best - Saturday and Nira you are awesome. They will show you so much of the city. The only thing is the hygiene in the showers were a bit bad, otherwise the place is pitch perfect.

Clean and airy room with Muji vibes. The platform bed was comfy and functional and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient, a short walk away from cafes and a great gelato spot (chocolate monggo). There's also a lovely shop which sells contemporary batik nearby with beautiful designs at affordable prices. If you will like to have a cosy slice of Jogja at a super affordable rate, stay here:)

This place is having such almost complete facilities. Stay for a few nights with cheap price but having great facilities and so friendly staffs. Clean and cozy. I had been here a few years ago before pandemic and now this place has a pool xoxo.

Ostic house is really nice hostel , friendly staffs , they gave me full Informations about the attractions in Yogyakarta. You can find the place very easily and you can walk to Water Castle , Sultan Palace. They gave me also information about culinary maps around teh hostel. I would definitely come back to stay in Ostic House.

What a great experience! Pesan Japan Room, it was cozy and clean. Receptionist was Saturday and he was fun to talk to and hang out with. Recommended for anyone who wants different vibes of usual hotel/hostel. Bisa main Nintendo dan billiard juga di lantai bawah

Very friendly staff. Best hostel we had in java. Our private room came with air-conditioning and a private bath and our friend stayed in the bunks. TWO nights, 686,000 IR (45$ USD) for all of it. Free coffee all day and the staff is happy to help you plan your stay in this city.

Very good place to stay. Easy for booking some tours. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A lot of young people and very lovely place. Restaurants and supermarket around the hostel. You can walk to some interesting places around. Stapelbeds are a little bit loud and the door is not completely to close. From this reason it is good to bring your earplugs with you.

Very nice and cozy hostel with spacious rooms and a comfortable common room. However, the best of the hostel were definitely the people who worked there. They were all extremely helpful and overwhelmingly welcoming, they recommended places to visit, helped us arrange tours and even sang one of us happy birthday and got us cake. If you are looking to stay in a more of an affordable place I would undoubtedly recommend ostic house.

Awesome place. The rooms are cosy and clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. They can help you organize your transport and your time in Yogya. The place is really close to all the nice restaurants were you can try delicious Indonesian food. You also have convenience stores and post office. Definitely recommended to stay there.

Best hostel I've ever been! Prior to check in, the staffs were very fast, responsive and helpful through the email correspondence. Our stay there was fabulous. We got the family room (at a really cheap price) and it is super cozy. The staffs provided super helpful suggestions for meals(with detailed maps), offered to help book for tickets and tours and even helped us to plan our itinerary. They provided really good breakfast with a mixture of western and local food too! The location is also really convenient. You can walk to several tourist spots and they have stores and food stalls around the perimeter. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Very considerate service and we feel really at home here. Their service is just way beyond what we pay for.

Definitely would love to come again. The staffs were very nice and the place was exquisite. Room was comfortable, they got pantry, gym, leisure room and laundry. They also have public computer to use, cards to play, nice background to snap some photos that gram's worth 😂 5/5, would recommend ❤️

The place has a real calm and cozy feel, even though it's near the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, the aircon is cool, the hot water works, and the employees are absolutely wonderful. They're all so friendly and helpful. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook or you can just order food from the front desk, their food is tasty too. You can also try the food from nearby restaurants, there's a bunch of different dishes to choose from and a lot of them taste delicious.

Really nice hostel with friendly staff. Saturday (the owner) was really nice. Sometimes the hostel would go out for family dinner at the top restaurants in town. Good atmosphere to relax. Big lockers. Not too many facilities though. They even have a small gym. I believe they have a second hostel with a pool which is free for guests at this hostel. Good location although it is not located in the heart of the tourist attractions. Recommended.
